Amazingly capable tool with stellar customer service
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Qualified in 2023 and since then, its been doing wonders for lead gen and booking meetings. It is a very feature rich platform that allows you really get insight into those visting your website and makes it a very seamless process between lead and Account Executive.
By far one of the best things about Qualfied has been the customer support. Shawn has been extremely helpful in our onboard and continued refinement of our platform. He has made himself available anytime we have needed anything and is a great asset having the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, Qualified has been able to address our issues/concerns and Shawn has been terrific with providing support when we have needed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having real-time data on who is on our website and the implemenation of a chat bot to help us schedule meetings while the person is on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Success Architect, Jennifer Schneider, has been amazing to work with. I was new to my company and Qualified as a tool but she's very hands-on and has ensured we're set-up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit less intuitive than other chat tools I've used - but that speaks to the sophistication of Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing us to book meetings in real-time with users on our website.
Great Solution and Amazing Implementation Services
What do you like best about the product?
We were about to pull the trigger on a competing Chat Bot solution, but after engaging with Qualified quickly hit the brakes and went all-in on their superior approach. We've already seen success and MROI, as well as unlocked opportunities for growth with the utilization of the 1st party intent feature. Tanya, our success rep, has been an instrumental in our initial success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a powerful solution and can feel a little overwhelming at first, but they provide a Qualified university certifcation and exceptional support to get you comfortable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a chat bot and though the is a very easy floor to meet with basic Chat Bots available, Qualified offered a better approach that was customizable to our operations. The meeting scheduler is removing friction from our prospects and our BDRs. And, the intent-data is transforming how we prioritize target account prospecting. It's early days and we'll be exploring much more of what Qualified has to offer, because as we mature the solution will scale with us and unlock opportunities for a strong ABM program in the future.
Excellent Service and Product
What do you like best about the product?
From the demo to implementation, we have had a great experience with Qualified. Outside of being a powerful tool, the customer experience has made it an easy and enjoyable implementation. Tanya Mamayenko has gone above and beyond in her support and expertise on helping us getting trained on the platform and getting it up and running properly. Integrations were easily and our sales team is loving it.

We have not had any issues with Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The meeting scheduler as well as the chatbot have been very benficial. The intent data is great for our team.

Brittany is easy to troubleshoot issues with and discuss possible improvements to increase conversations.

Can not right click to copy or past within app, nor can you use spell check within app.

Getting providers in touch with sales as quickly as possible to provide instant qualifying and getting them to sales reps for pricing conversations & account setup

I commend Brittany Rhymes at Qualified.com for her exceptional role in the successful implementation of our technology. Her efforts have made the process seamless, and her commitment to explaining metrics and benchmarks is instrumental in shaping a compelling comp plan and success path for our SDRs/BDRs. We appreciate her dedication and expertise in ensuring our team's success with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind that I dislike about qualified.com. It has been super easy to implement, understand, and get reps to adopt.

At Empower, we are in a hyper-growth phase. There is an essential for automation and utilizing AI and technology to support our growth and GTM strategy for 2024.

The issues of customers reaching someone in a timely manner to resolve an account issue! It benefits our company because it is providing much better customer service and therefore, happier customers!
Amazing platform and great team to work with!
What do you like best about the product?
We are very early on with using qualified.com but the experience has been great. Alex was a huge help in getting us the info needed for approval, and we loved getting to spend time at their headquarters. I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service and support everyone at qualified has provided. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and successful implementation on boarding and implementation process.

The Qualified platform is powerful - integrations into CRM, Slack; can take over CTA on our website; crafted personalized chat experiences.
The Customer Support team, especially our QSM Brittany Rhyme, helped us every inch of the way in setting up this beast of a tool. Not only did she put thought behind her tailored plan for our org, she logged numerous requests for us and really took the time to understand our product and approach. She is easily our favorite CSM to work with!

What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified is daunting at first. There are labrynthian levers and features, and though they're all connected, you can't always see how. For example, if I've setup a meeting link to be served in chat experiences, I can't see a list of those experiences. So if I need to make a change to the meeting, I better be sure I have a list of all related experiences elsewhere I can check against or that it was well defined upon creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Serving and engaging our visitors as well as our webapp users. Generating leads at top and middle of sales funnel. We've also switched over our meeting booking and routing to Qualified.

While Qualified has exceeded all of our initial expectations from a performance standpoint, the level of knowledge and support we receive (shout-out Katie!!) takes our experience to a new level.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't necessarily a knock on the platform but to extract maximum value, you need to have buy-in across the organization. Without that, you won't recognize the potential impact of the platform.

Qualified allows us to automate our demo request process and provide customized experiences to different potential audiences.
