What do you like best about the product?
Their team is higly supportive and responsive at all times, always looking for ways to improve our performance within the platform and helping us solve any doubt that might appear on ur end.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics area have some space to improve but nothing really major honestly speaking

It help us to streamline business opportunities at the right time and maximize engagement across our site

Great implementation process with an amazing partner

What do you like best about the product?
We just implemented Qualified with the amazing Danielle! She was there for us every step of the way and our whole team is impressed with the tool so far. We have already seen a lift compared to Drift after just one week live. The tool is inuituve and has been able to accommodate all of the nuances with our territories and routing rules. Excited to continue optimizing with Danielle's guidance!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes to report at this time. We were able to resolve any issues before going live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing friction for our site visitors, giving them an easy way to engage with our team and book meetings.

Great product for GTM teams to build more pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Qualified helps our sales team build more pipeline by providing an intelligent chatbot and live chat system. One of my favorite features is how customizable it is for different webpages and based on CRM fields so our sales team is only spending time on the most qualified leads.

Also, it's not an exaggeration to say that the Qualified customer success team is one of the best I've ever worked with. Our CSM Anna is always ready to answer questions, build flows with us live on calls, conduct A/B testing, and check in to see how the team is doing. I'm amazed at how great our experience has been.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, it takes some time to learn the platform, but it is very intuitive and integrates well with our tech stack. Also there are some limitations with the meeting booker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us build more pipeline, frees up our sales team to focus on the best leads, enables us to deliver a better customer experience on our website, and gives us more insight into site visitor metrics.

Qualified should be considered the Standard for software implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Our QSA Brittany, and her shadow, Cormac, have provided probably the most amazing implementation experience I've ever been a part of. We went live in 15 days, and started booking meetings on day 1. It wouldn't have been possible without Brittany and Cormac going well out of their way to ensure any potential obstacle we had was handled proactively, and with care.

I believe other Onboarding/Implementation/etc. teams should consider Qualified a Standard for how to do it right.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a little bit of growing up to do on the analytics portion, but Qualified confirmed it is a part of their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to provide granular experiences for all of our pages and to specific segments, which can help us meet more potential customers where they are in the Customer Journey. \

What do you like best about the product?
It's powerful ability to identify users based on IP, and provide them with prompts which can help to get them to the information that they are seeking, whether that be an evaluation of technology with the sales team, or additional technical information with the support team.

Also, the team at Qualified are extremely responsive and partenr to build and create whatever you need , the integration was fantastic, and our rep Robert has been very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been working to ensure Qualified routing integrates and works alongside our Marketo and Ringlead systems

Routing customers to the appropriate team, and sales inquiries to the sales team

The ultimate chat tool for your tech stack

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Qualified strictly for its meeting capabilities and it’s been great at serving right-on-time meeting availability to our visitors for anyone who fills out a form and routes according to our ownership rules in Salesforce. We’ve recently added our sales reps to the platform and this gives them visibility to who’s on our site so they can have real-time conversations with visitors who are showing intent. Plus, Kalyn, our Success Architect, has been a wonderful partner during all of this!
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's a relatively straightforward tool, it does have a bit of a learning curve especially when it comes to the naming of different areas on the admin side and a few random product quirks (ex: it's odd that the meeting confirmations don't utilize a separate location token or that the reminder confirmations come directly from them instead of being able to make it look like it's from the salesperson booked with), but the team is receptive to feedback and has noted down these kind of token updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Build our pipeline and get meetings on our reps calendars with quality visitors
-De-anonymize visitors on the site and parse out the right personas
-Create customizable experiences for different visitors

What do you like best about the product?
We are continuously blown away by what Qualified can do and how much visibility it has opened up into our marketing funnel. It's truely an incredible platform that can be so easily customized to your company's specific needs and processes. It automates daily tasks, syncs with our entire tech stack, works while we sleep, and is worth EVERY penny.

Our experience from sales calls, to onboarding, to optimizing has been SEAMLESS. Lily Weller is our Success Architect and she has gone above and beyond to understand our complex ICP and internal processes to make sure that we are truly set up for success. She is proactive in coming up with ways that we can leverage the platform to our advantage and is incredibly helpful and patient with our daily questions. It is clear that the entire Qualified team loves what they do and rightfully so because they are behind a product that their customers love.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but I will say with such a robust platform comes a large learning curve but the Qualified team is awesome at handholding in the beggining to get you set up, while also educating and instructing so you can run with it in confidence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has solved too many problems to count but here are some of our favorites:
1. We are able to see user behavior in real time on the website and gain an understanding of where they spend most of their time and what their painpoints are before even speaking with them. It makes our initial conversations with prospects that much more customized, meaningful, and productive.
2. We are booking triple the amount of meetings that we were with our previous chat bot (Intercom)
3. It works while we sleep -- waking up to meetings booked is the greatest feeling.

What do you like best about the product?
We have seen an uptick in our net new leads captured and meetings after form fill conversion rate due to Qualified. The platform has been nimble and customizable for us to make easy edits and easy for our team to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to fully set up your different experiences; however, the Qualified team takes the bulk of that implementation on for you compared to providing just help guides for you to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us solve our website conversion and helping us get more out of our website compared to other vendors.
