Does what it's supposed to do

What do you like best about the product?
By far and away, my favorite element of leveraging Qualified is the very low number of issues and roadblocks we have experienced since partnering. As tech evaluators and leaders, this can be all too common. Our department communication channels are actually focused on how best to leverage Qualified strategically vs getting the chrome extension to work - music to my ears.
Strong communication and partnership with our CSM has also been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside experienced yet several months into partnership
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maturing our prospect and customer experience on our company website and speed to lead processes aiming to increase conversion from website to calendar.

Amazing Product With Good Functionalities

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for AppExchange solutions. It not only helped us maximizing our lead pipeline but also enabled us to empower our sales reps. Super easy to use with a nice dashboard. The best part is it can be seamlessly integrated with most of the sales/marketing tools. The support is amazing as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently it serve our exact needs. Mobile app could have been a bit better but I am sure the team is taking care of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily it is helping us to maximize our lead opportunities.

Easy integration and good onboarding team

What do you like best about the product?
Very thorough onboarding process. We had a very short and concise implementation. We were able to start immediately after signing. We had our IM with us on daily calls to get us trough before our previous contract was ending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Might need a few more wirtten docs. However reps were very knowedgable for information not avalible in docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website chat for out prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The CSA team is very helpful and invested in our business. John embodies this as we dive into our weekly calls. He is always on top of things and willing to meet to work things out
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a lot to get set up and running. Starting the experiences from scratch is a lot to manage. It would be helpful if there were more pre built flows in the system from other customers. Would improve ramp time on the platform and quicker line to producing results.

Website engagement and new business.

Qualified - Smooth Implementation of chat for SFDC AppEx listing

What do you like best about the product?
working with John Duffy, Success Architect, Customer Success made our implementation of SFDC AppEx listing chat very smmoth and effortless. This specific product feature is great and it was super easy to implement. Based on this experience, I'm eager to tap into the other product features and fucntinality that Qualifoed has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything that I dislike about Qualified atm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are curretly using Qualified to better help us chat and route prospects that are reviewing our SFDC AppExchange listing. Before, we would only get a leadintegrated into SFDC but now we can have live chat route and notifiy our BDR team while the prospect is still on line increasing our chances of a positive engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified helps to identify, engage, and convert website's most valuable visitors.
Qualified is user friendly, easy to integrate, and has excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified has a learning curve and requires some training and customization to get the most out of it.
Qualified is not very customizable and does not offer much flexibility in terms of design, branding, and personalization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to capture the attention of high-intent buyers who visit the website and start a conversation with them in real time.
How to qualify leads based on their behavior, profile, and intent data and route them to the right sales representative.

Ripped and replaced Drift with Qualified and couldn't be happier!

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Qualified, both from a technology and capabilities perspective as well as a relationship perspective, has been nothing short of spectacular. You would think our Qualified Success Architect, Danielle, is only supporting our account, because it feels so white glove. Additionally, the implementation of Qualified was the easiest process I've experienced when it comes to rolling out new tech that impacts multiple teams cross-departmentally.

There are some use cases we were trying to get up and running with Drift, which required multiple calls with product engineering over several months without resolution. Those same use cases (like getting Qualified live on our marketing landing pages in Webflow) have been literally a breeze with Qualified.

I also love that they only work with Salesforce customers, but have still worked with us on syncing to Marketo first and made the workflow work extremely well for our operational requirements here. Danielle is extremely strategic, tactical, and is also very, very knowledgeable about Qualified, Salesforce, and more. She feels like a true extension of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike about Qualified. What I will share is that if you are coming off of another conversational marketing tool like Drift, there isn't a template that Qualified offers to help extract playbook targeting and bot flow content from Drift to make it easier to rebuild within Qualified during implementation. Luckily, we did find a workaround and our Qualified Success Architect, Danielle, was able to help make this process as seamless as possible.

But I would also say, trust the process. Qualified views experiences for site visitors differently than the way Drift views playbooks for site visitors - so it's also just a great time to refresh strategy at implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us strategically convert the right website visitors into demo requests, engaged visitors, and eventually prospects and customers via personalized experiences served up to our target and ICP audiences. It's also helping to enable our SDR team to drive more opportunity through both inbound chat and outbound chat or "pouncing." We've also been able to activate our AE teams to passively schedule meetings with pipeline prospects, which is something we did not have the capability to do with Drift (i.e. Meeting Only seats).
