Brittany Rhymes is the ABSOLUTE Best!
What do you like best about the product?
I commend Brittany Rhymes at Qualified.com for her exceptional role in the successful implementation of our technology. Her efforts have made the process seamless, and her commitment to explaining metrics and benchmarks is instrumental in shaping a compelling comp plan and success path for our SDRs/BDRs. We appreciate her dedication and expertise in ensuring our team's success with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind that I dislike about qualified.com. It has been super easy to implement, understand, and get reps to adopt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Empower, we are in a hyper-growth phase. There is an essential for automation and utilizing AI and technology to support our growth and GTM strategy for 2024.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issues of customers reaching someone in a timely manner to resolve an account issue! It benefits our company because it is providing much better customer service and therefore, happier customers!
Amazing platform and great team to work with!
What do you like best about the product?
We are very early on with using qualified.com but the experience has been great. Alex was a huge help in getting us the info needed for approval, and we loved getting to spend time at their headquarters. I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service and support everyone at qualified has provided. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and successful implementation on boarding and implementation process.
First and foremost, the communication from Brittany Rhyme throughout the entire project has been exceptional. Brittany took the time to thoroughly understand our requirements and objectives and kept us informed every step of the way. She is always available to answer our questions and provide guidance, making us feel confident and supported at all times. Not only is Brittany highly skilled and knowledgeable, but she also demonstrates a genuine commitment to our success. She is an unofficial member of the Empower team and we are grateful!

What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified platform is powerful - integrations into CRM, Slack; can take over CTA on our website; crafted personalized chat experiences.
The Customer Support team, especially our QSM Brittany Rhyme, helped us every inch of the way in setting up this beast of a tool. Not only did she put thought behind her tailored plan for our org, she logged numerous requests for us and really took the time to understand our product and approach. She is easily our favorite CSM to work with!

What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified is daunting at first. There are labrynthian levers and features, and though they're all connected, you can't always see how. For example, if I've setup a meeting link to be served in chat experiences, I can't see a list of those experiences. So if I need to make a change to the meeting, I better be sure I have a list of all related experiences elsewhere I can check against or that it was well defined upon creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Serving and engaging our visitors as well as our webapp users. Generating leads at top and middle of sales funnel. We've also switched over our meeting booking and routing to Qualified.
Great tool, even better support!
What do you like best about the product?
While Qualified has exceeded all of our initial expectations from a performance standpoint, the level of knowledge and support we receive (shout-out Katie!!) takes our experience to a new level.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't necessarily a knock on the platform but to extract maximum value, you need to have buy-in across the organization. Without that, you won't recognize the potential impact of the platform.

Qualified allows us to automate our demo request process and provide customized experiences to different potential audiences.

* took a little time to get solution fully onboarded and integrated with our website, but we had just brought on a new web agency that slowed things down
* regardless, we were still up and running within their expected 30 day window from signature to go-live so all-in-all very happy with the speed and efficiency of the setup process
* this isn't even a dislike - but now that we are set up so well I wish Qualified could help us drive more traffic to our website so we can use Qualified to convert even more visitors into legitimate sales opportunities!

* chatbot on website = better buyer experience and ability to drive more traffic to key form fills and booking meetings
* key form fill meeting booking = allows for target visitors to book meetings directly with the correct AE determined via routing rules that are easily set up within Qualified
* ultimately solves two problems for us when other solutions could only solve one - the consolidated platform is a key benefit

I love how simple the interface is. When we switched from our old booking platform I was happy how simple workflows, forms etc. were to set up on Qualified

We are using Qualified to capture meetings for our sales team
Polished & User-Friendly, with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Our team is primarily using the conversation (chatbot) experiences and the live website analytics to identify and communicate with website users from our target account lists. The tool was super easy to integrate and enable the team on. Ease of use means our team can focus on daily processes and best practices that lead to great conversations and engagement with top prospects without getting bogged down by the tool. We're seeing measurable increases in meetings booked, and we feel we're providing a valuable UX to help users get answers to their questions quickly and easily. Last, we've had an absolutely world-class managed onboarding experience provided by our CSM, Steve. With weekly calls, lightning fast email support, and Steve shouldering a significant amount of the setup and configuration workload during our first 90 days, we were able to ramp up quickly without consuming a lot of internal resources. Bravo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any particularly negative experiences with Qualified. We are still working to fine-tune and optimize a few of the features but by and large it's been great!

Improve our website UX, answer prospects' product and business questions in a timely manner, increase initial call bookings and lead gen, increase intelligence about user activities and intent.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualfified is incredibly powerful to help increase the rate of conversations and conversions from web / app visitors to more in depth meetings, discovery, and opportunity creation for our GTM teams. Customization for experiences is pretty rich and flexible which allows us to tailor chat sessions so that we can deliver on best-in-class customer experiences.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has a bit of a learning curve. The UI at times can be confusion to admin, especially if you are running a lot of different experiences and experiments. This is offset but Qualified's incredible on-boarding and success team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us create high touch human to human chat experience with users and helping us convert visitors to meetings.
