What do you like best about the product?
Our business has noticed an increase in leads and conversion rate, Implementation process has been smooth thanks to Brittany Rhyme!
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified.com is great, I wish salesforce could reflect all the data shown in qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing turn around times and engagments with customers.

Excellent functionality, exceptional service

What do you like best about the product?
There are many live chat services that have varying degrees of functionality, but the thing that always sets vendors apart is their service. And our rep, Shelby Bensley, is the defintion of exceptional service who goes above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pathing and branching can be complex and time consuming to make adjustments to, but this is more due to the overly complex nature of our own business. And when those changes do need to be made, our rep Shelby is always extremely responsive and supportive in making the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gets interested prospects connected with sales faster than traditional demo request channels.

Great tool, and a better team to work with

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize what experience someone receives is great, it allows us to really narrow in on specific messaging.
Our success architect, Zac, has been outstanding in getting us up and running with the tool, as well as optimizing our experiences as we continue to build and grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some kind of organizational/folder structure would be very helpful to keep our experiences separated out a bit better and make them easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified provides us with a better customer experience on our website, allowing for a more personalized journey for a customer as well as a lead generation and meeting booking platform for our sales/marketing teams.

Driving Sales Pipeline Couldn't Be Easier

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration to our CRM and Marketing Automation tools; ease of implementation in our Tech stack; ease of use by our BDRs; and attribution in the sales cycle. Additionally, our QSA Brittany has supported and guided us through the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the downturn in the Tech market, we've seen a drop in qualified sales leads coming into our pipeline. Qualified has improved who our BDRs are speaking to, getting Sales Opps created and closed, and overall increasing our Sales funnel at the top and middle.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in setting up the user experience is amazing. This has allowed our very complicated website to come up to speed in very little time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. It's been an incredible platform and asset to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, it's almost like we're adding in another custom level of engagement for our prospects and customers while helping our MDR's understand who is coming to the website in real-time and what they are interested in. I always equate Qualified to a digital storefront. Qualified is helping us solve one of the biggest gaps in modern marketing: turning high-intent website traffic into real pipeline. With Qualified, we have an AI-powered BDR that engages visitors the moment they arrive and qualifies them in real time. I think the vetting is key so that we are not wasting the precious time of our BDR's to make sure the lead is the right fit. It’s also removed the limitations of working hours—Qualified works 24/7, so we’re no longer relying on a human BDR team that can only cover part of the day. The AI SDR has been more efficient, booking 4x the meetings and creating a steady lift in booked meetings month-over-month. What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is one of our top lead generation tools and we are only just scratching the surface of how we are using it, but the absolute best thing is our QSM Jennifer who really is the gold star standard for Custome Success Managers - thank you Jennifer for all that you do.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had the time and resources to make the most of the tool - hoping to dig in more in 2024

What do you like best about the product?
White glove service. They understand that if they make their customers successful, they will be successful too, and they work very hard to ensure we are successful from the start. They don't just set it and forget it; they continue to collaborate with you as a partner organization well beyond the product itself.

One person can only update an experience at a time.
