Great Product, Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Qualified has been wonderful so far! Our QSA, Danielle, answered every question we had during implementation to make the process as easy as possible. She was also extremely responsive, organized, and professional throughout the whole process - she was a dream to work with! As for the product itself, I'm really impressed with the amount of features Qualified has, especially Signals! I also really appreciate the in-depth Qualified University training offered that helps get the whole team up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing I dislike about Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal with Qualified is to engage our website visitors and encourage them to book a call, and Qualified has been doing a great job of achieving that. Unlike its competitors, Qualifed goes beyond just chat and offers more features, like Signals, to help get more insight on buyers so we can create more personalized experiences and ultimately drive pipeline.
Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Their implementatin process was so lovely! Our main point of contact feels like an extension of our team rather than an external vendor. The Experience set up utilizing content blocks is one of my favorite features. It will enable consistency across different Experiences and make updates so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We chose to create Leads in Marketo rather than SFDC and with that we lost some reporting capabilities in Qualified which is a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is enabling chat on our website allowing visitors to request demos & schedule meetings with rep. In the long run, we plan to enable live chat as well. This helps support overall revenue & marketing influence on the pipeline. Ideally, with the scheduled meeting feature we will see an increase in our conversion rates.
Exceptional Software and Support - Fully Satisfied with Qualified Chat Service!
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified Chat Service has been an exceptional experience for Youreka. Their customer support is top-notch, always ready to assist promptly. The interface is incredibly intuitive, making navigation a breeze. The features and functionality not only meet but exceed our expectations, especially the capability to fully customize a visitor's site journey, enhancing engagement significantly. Moreover, their expertise in this field shines through as they offer invaluable guidance and support, ensuring we optimize their tool to reap its full benefits. Overall, their service has been indispensable in boosting our engagement strategies and has become an integral part of our GTM operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this time, fully satisfied
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified Chat is serving as the source for visitors to our website and our app listing on the Salesforce app exchange to engage with our team as well as book meetings and get additional information about our solution. We benefit but tracking visitors as well as converting visitors to qualified leads and eventually customers.
Could not be happier with the transition from Drift to Qualifed
What do you like best about the product?
The entire onboarding expierence was very seamless. We were able to get up and running within 3 weeks. Our CSM there has been excellent in regards to getting us started but as well as ensuring we are maximizing Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any issues or dislikes with Qualified thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us maximize the traffic we are getting to our website. This is enabling us to setup more meetings, create more leads and MQLs, and more importantly creating pipeline.
Great product, great team, great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Our primary goal with Qualified was to be sure that we weren't missing out on qualified traffic coming to our site. We have a specific set of accounts that are a high priority for us, and it's important that those accounts have a positive experience as they learn about our company. Qualified enables us to customize their onsite experience, get human (and/or non-human) help as needed, and book meetings directly with the right reps.
We are very early in our Qualified journey (just officially launched today), but I have been very impressed by the implementation process and support we've gotten from the team. It was very easy to integrate with the rest of our tech stack - Salesforce, Marketo, Slack, Clearbit, etc., which makes all the data easy to track.

What do you dislike about the product?
We're so early on that I haven't yet seen many downsides. That being said, I'm eager to see continued progress to the technology, including AI-enabled conversations that will be more fluid than pre-built experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this stage, our primary focus is on pipeline generation and building net new revenue. Qualified is helping to ensure that we take advantage of every interaction on our site to provide a positive first (or second or third or tenth) experience for high-value accounts, and be sure that they can get what they need seamlessly.
Great Sales Team but Poor Product
What do you like best about the product?
They have a nice looking UI. Plenty of lipstick trying to make it feel more mature than the product actually is. Good tool for live chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product is not mature and requires complete dependency on the Qualified team which can be the bottleneck in using their services. Salesforce integration requires too much customization and work from the Qualified team to get it running. Missing AI capablities and automation capabilities that would help scale out the use of bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is used to help us engage with site visitors and create new leads. We have been able to use this to start chats, but have found that more of an automated approach to qualifying visitors before live chatting with them is a better use of our time.
A delightful experience working with Jennifer
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of it and understand the platform and it's features, it is fairly straightforward and easy to configure. I am in the ops world and inherited ownership of the admin side from a predecessor. When Jennifer from Qualified stepped in to assist us with reconfiguring our instance to optimize feature usage for insights and scale, it was a gamechanger. Jennifer has a level of knowledge and skill in strategy and marketing that I rarely ever come across when engaging. She is also patient and understanding and will meet our business where we are at, while also thinking about the future. Most recenlty, we have had a few working sessions to set up our engagement reporting in Salesforce so we can get better insights on the quality and outcomes of the experiences that visitors are receiving from our website.

Like any other software or platform, you do need to put in the time and effort to learn its features and benefits and how it can help your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bespoke experiences - the ability to serve up an individual experience based on the type of visitor.
Fantastic customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar booker UI in both chat and on the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team is very responsive, but app reliability and uptime could be better at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified combined a few tools we used before. That saves us a few contracts.
Qualified is the gold standard of a Customer Success/Support Team!

Qualified is so helpful for our organization in a few different ways:
1) Being able to pounce on visitors to drive more engagement and meetings.
2) Allowing visitors to book time with my team directly for sales conversations.
3) The customer support and customer success team is the best I've seen.
4) The shear number of features that you offer is almost mind-boggling - I'll specifically call out all the enrichment Qualified does on visitors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only got 2 things for this:
1) PLEASE let me open Qualified in multiple tabs (as an Admin - this is sometimes a huge pain)
2) Those custom experiences are tough to navigate/set up - even with the help of my CSM. Maybe make those a bit easier to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to engage with visitors on our website and the ability to book sales meetings directly with the team. Also calling out the enrichment added to the visitors and the ability to flag certain experiences based on captured fields (industry/intent-specific marketing).
Incredible solution and top quality account support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified helped us to simplify and optimize our lead funnel flow through advanced booking capabilities, live chat, insights into user journeys, and many more features. It integrates smoothly with our systems and is a great tool to measure channel performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to add here. Great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us qualify MQLs and book meetings through chat and Contact Us. We often use Live chat to book leads instantly.
