The difference maker to hitting quota!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is the tool that completed the missing piece to my outbound. So much communication goes out but its awesome to see that communication drive interest back to our website. Qualified provides instamt access to a customers curiosity. The implemetation process was quick and easy. It helps me see what the customer is looking for and then join the conversation at the perfect moment to create an opportunity. Its user friendly and customizable to my daily workflow. I've booked at least a quarter of my quota on Qualified each quarter which is a total game changer. I've booked meetings and held meeting within minutes of eachother which have led to deals closed with the ultimate efficientcy. Hence i use all day everyday. I'm never not logged in and ready to pounce.To top it off, the customer support is top notch with answering questions and providing solutions that have made a massive difference. Rob has all the answers each time i speak with him and i would recomend him and this solution to any sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything i didn't like. Any of the adjustments I wanted to make in the beginning were all implemented with ease. Things like, leads being drafted to the right departments. More alerys to see as many visitors as possible. These are just a couple of examples of customizable adjustments that were implemented very quickly once brought forward to Rob.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is bringing potential customers to my screen the minute they visit the website. I can interact with that customer with pin point accuracy as I can see what they are viewing which helps me guide the conversation. I'm booking meetings that would not be booked as I'm able to chat with propects were as in the past i was unable to do so. The speed in which meetings are booked in incredible. I think customers love how easy it is to speak with a real person and get the answers they need ASAP.

What do you like best about the product?
The logic seems to be extremely helpful for routing leads accurately. Our CSM Andrew has been very helpful notably as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for customer interaction. Getting all the information from new accounts poses a challenge at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing customer experience through earlier interaction/intervention. It also creates an opportunity to see the mindset of potential buyers as well as customers alike. This helps give us better marketing and sales data as well as impact a number of accounts that may view our product but not typically have any action beyond that. Overall I expect it to increase our conversion volumes to some degree.
Amazing upgrade for our previous chat tool
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has allowed our reps to have more directive and impactful conversations with prospects.
Also our CSM has been very quick and helpful through our implementation and is always there to help our ops team problem solve.

I wish there was more insight on tracking and visibility , when it came to viewing when prospects were coming to the page ( more in depth that what is currently there)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping our XDRs get to their prospects faster, we are driving more and quicker results and meeting the prospect where they are.

There's a lot of product available. Not a complaint, but the biggest challenge is using it all effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an awesome tool! It has a great UX and the customizable features have enabled us to tailor our chat experiences to our unique business needs, which has resulted in an improvement in our speed to lead and our overall website visitor experience. What truly sets the tool apart is the amazing customer support– the qualified team is proactive and accommodating to make sure we are getting the most out of the tool and all that it has to offer. We were able to integrate the tool in about two months thanks to the Qualified Team. Highly recommended!

We just implemented the tool, so still learning the capabilities.

Qualified has already started improving our speed to lead and we can initiate targeted conversations and connect with prospects quicker than ever before. The meeting scheduler feature has also helped improve efficiencies within our sales and ADR orgs. Overall Qualified has provided a better experience for our site visitors!

Its a new product I must learn. I need to figure out the intricacies to be as efficient as possible.

Efficiency: With Qualified's chatbots, qualified leads are encouraged to skip the line and schedule directly with our BDRs. No more time wasted on intial scheduling emails and outreach.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI / UX from the setup side is a bit confusing if you aren't familiar and even after using for a while I have to click around a lot to find what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been really beneficial in retargeting and broader marketing campaigns. As a result, we're driving more qualified / interest parties to our website and simplifies the process of identifying serious sales leads and nudging them to schedule a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of working with Qualified is the partnership and collaboration with our dedicated Success partner. We switched from another chat platform and from day one the process has been smooth–from initially getting all of our experiences set up to the day-to-day support. In addition to the technical help we get from our Success partner, he takes the time to understand our unique goals and ways of working and provides actionable feedback and relevant ideas to help us get the most value out of the platform.

I don't have any complaints about Qualified. We've been able to do anything we've needed or wanted to do within the platform and look forward to continuing to partner with Qualified.

Qualified helps us keep prospects and customers who visit our site engaged. Qualified makes it easy to identify and segment the appropriate audiences and offer up relevant content.
Responsive implementation, fast results
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation - our dedicated rep, Cassie, was extremely responsive, helpful, and proactive during our implementation process. As an admin, I had endless technical questions that were always answered (sometimes multiple times). Once the details of set up and integrations were clarified, it was easy to set up our segments and targeting criteria. We were able to start seeing progress and results almost as soon as we went live, with both booked meetings and pipeline generated. The integrations with Slack and HubSpot helped enable our team to adopt the tool quickly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only piece I struggled with was understanding the UI and specifics of set up, it's not entirely intuitive. I believe this has to do with the larger number of features compared to something like Chili Piper, so it took a bit of time to get familiar enough with the features to be comfortable making changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us to identify high intent engagement and provide personalized experiences on our site, leading to higher quality leads and less friction in the process.
Excellent Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from Drift to Qualified, mostly due to the lack of support and service offerings we needed from the partnership. Our Qualified CSM, Shawn, went above and beyond to not only implement the solution within 30 days, but also to help us set our KPIs and benchmarks for success. The team is dedicated, responsive, and has incredible ideas to help us build out our overall experience playbooks, which was critical for us as we are an incredibly small team. We've already seen great results using the tool and it's only been live for a quarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, none that I can see. The tool is easy and effective to use.
