Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Great user experience with amazing customer support. Our Success Architect (Shelby) has helped every step of the way and is extremely knowledgeable. Live chat has also been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complex to set up some functionality, but the team has been helpful with any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to solve reaching target prospects as soon as they land on the website. Helping us to fill our pipeline with qualified inbound leads.
Qualified - Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, it's not so complicated that you have to spend months to get started. And, there is so much power in Qualified, you continue to build, learn and add new functionality which drives leads, pipeline and new revenue.
However, our true success has really come from our Customer Success Leader, Jennifer Schneider who continues to share new ideas, helps us drive our strategy and pushes us to get the most of Qualified. Without her, we would not be this far, but in such a short time we are already driving new leads and pipeline - she is a huge key to our success!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - I have found the platform and Qualified team extremly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us qualify leads through our website quickly and provide availaiblity for Live Chat with our BDR team. Additionally, when a live person is not available it schedules meetings for us.
Qualified Is Critical For Business That Want to Drive Revenue
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a dedicated client success architect for our account. Our new point of contact is Cormac Malley who took over after Genise Christianson. The hand-off was seamless and Cormac was able to dive in and immediately help by building out custom solution dashboards for us and simplify some of our currrent lead routing flows. I love that all of the technical work is handled by the Qualified team and since launching the new AI SDR capability it has been very low lift internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to have a multi-select option within the chat if someone was interested in learning about more than 1 product/solution. Our sales team would like the ability to leave the chat window and view another tab without being marked as away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped to provide an interactive and proactive engagement experience on our website. Rather than passively waiting to have a web visitor fill out a form, we now offer a proactive chat prompt from AI SDR we built. It helps provide real-time guidance to our web visitors. We were also able to offer a "skip the form" meeting booking experience, which has helped speed up the lead follow-up time for our sales team and reduce the amount of time trying to schedule a meeting. This is a better experience for the prospect and our internal sales team.
Chat, prospecting, and monitoring tool all in one with extremely helpful account management!
What do you like best about the product?
I would say the fact that we have an account manager helping us build segmented chats & constant training of the tool. Our previous chat vendor required us to do all of the backend work which was extremely time consuming. Our account manager is amazing and the ability to integrate with our other tools like 6sense, Salesforce, and Marketo makes everything better. It is also amazing to monitor who is visiting our website, allowing our inbound sales reps to hop in and start a personalized chat! The tool is very easy to use and the best part is that we got MORE with LESS cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We have been using the tool for a few moths now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solved many things. First, it gave us more time back in our day because we have a dedicated account manager to help us create our chats. Secondly, it helped us with reporting, analytics, and tracking since Qualified integrates with our other tools like Salesfore, Marketo, and 6sense. Thirdly, it met our budgetary needs without sacrificing our inbound web engagement.
Qualified is a great partner for driving unique experiences
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create custom chat experiences by landing page or audience is exactly what we are trying to do with our segmented approach to marketing. We are seeing, real-time, valuable engagements from these experiences. I'd say our biggest value with Qualified is our partnership. Our Success Architect, Brittany Rhyme, makes working with Qualified easy and is constantly bringing new ideas and best practices to the table. Qualified is a valuable tool, but Brittany helps make it invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to say. We enjoy working with this product and team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows real people from our company to connect with interested buyers in real-time. In the past we'd have prospects fill out a form then someone would get back to them. Now, we can answer inquiries as they are happening. Which aligns directly with the level of service we bring to our customers.
A near-perfect experience with Qualified!
What do you like best about the product?
Allows a seamless chatbot experience via our website. The onboarding/customer success team has been extremely valuable from Day 1. Integrations with a variety of platforms are done easily, and have yet to have an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Qualified is having another tool to manage, increased lead engagement, and opportunity creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps our ISM/BDR teams get involed directly with site users. It allows them to easiliy schedule meetings, and provides great analytics and intent for prospecting.
Qualified is a great way to have conversations with potential prospects evaluating our solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The live chat aspect as well as the snippets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a negative experience using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified provides visibility into what companies are visiting our AppExchange listing and allowing us to have live conversations with this prospects that is much more streamlined than the typical outbound activity.

We’ve been able to see results very quickly and we had an outstanding experience with our Account Manager, Logan Brown, so great job on Customer Support also. His guidance and dedication to the success of my team on Qualified have truly made a significant impact and I believe it’s essential to share my positive experience. His training sessions for the new reps were nothing short of exceptional. The way he effectively conveyed the information and ensured that everyone grasped the key concepts was truly impressive that he has a deep understanding of the nuances of our work and his ability to translate that knowledge into practical, actionable steps for the team was extremely important and we consider now Qualied easy to use .What sets him apart is not just his expertise but his commitment to always improve our results. I appreciate how he is always seeking new ways to optimize our teams interaction via Qualified. His proactive approach in exploring strategies to book more meetings reflects his dedication & support towards our team and our collaboration. Our reps are better equipped to handle various scenarios but also more confident in their approach and is very important as we using it daily Qualified daily.

Helps us generate more leads in a short time, helps us test several experineces from the Marketing point of view and understand what products generate more interest and in what geo, etc

What do you like best about the product?
To call Qualified a chatbot would be the understatement of the century. It's AI-centric pipeline cloud has revolutionized the way we think about our prospects and their site experience, and helps us continue that thoughtful approach in our other marketing initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it has SO many capabilities, implementation can be a little overwhelming, but absolutely worth it.
