Intent & Increasing engagement
What do you like best about the product?
automated intent and meeting booker is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it does the job well. Wish i could automate slack messages of hot accounts with signals, but can automate weekly emails

What do you like best about the product?
During the short amount of time we've been using Qualified, the team has been fabulous. Our solutions rep has ideas to grow our business that we hadnt even considered. The team always has a quick response, and works hard to adjust with any request. I know i can ask a question and get a very thoughtful, knowledgable response the same day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say anything negative but I'd love to learn more about use cases and cant seem to find the time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us pinpoint website page that should be conversion points and take greater aim at our target audiences.
Must-have marketing tech tool
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest selling points for us was how much functionality Qualified had consoldated into one product/platform. Between the meeting booker, chat bot, live chat, intent signals, and personalization - it really covers it all. Being able to create customized experiences for different audiences and ensuring we're only passing through our target ICP was a must-have for us. This tool has provided immediate value to our sales team through an increase in meetings booked, but also the level of insight it can provide reps. The best part about Qualified outside of the product functionality is their onboarding/CS team. We had an amazing sales experience, but the post-sale/onboarding experience has been a true game changer. Cassie has gone above and beyond to help us get the most out of Qualified!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Sometimes there are small discrepencies in the data enrichment, but that is a Clearbit issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is making it easier for us to convert target ICP web traffic to booked meetings, and provides in-depth account insights to help our teams prioritize outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has given our reps visibility into which target accounts are on our site in real time enabling them to have real time conversations resulting in conversions & pipeline. the ease of implementation and amazing training meant reps were ready to go on the first day.

What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now there is nothing I dislike. Excited to see what they come out with next!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Qualified were unable to see who was on our site and from what account. Get insights into what drove them to the site and the ability to create reports/dashboards for each rep. Helping us drive conversations, conversions, and pipeline. Not only helping our reps but giving prospects and our customers the ability to get questions answered immediately.
The platform and support we received for onboarding definitely exceeded my expectations.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and offers extensive data analytics. However, what enhances its value is the support we received during onboarding and afterwards. Mike Curley has been exceptional in assisting us with strategic planning, development, and analysis. If you are purchasing Qualified, request Mike to be your customer success/architect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far and I have been using multiple different chatbot platforms previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing obstacles in the user journey to facilitate their connection with sales on our marketing website.
Qualified is a must-have for building pipeline!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my SDRs are instantly notified when a prospect is browsing our website! It gives my team another channel to start a conversation with their target accounts. Kalyn and Andrew did all of the heavy lifting during implementation and made the process super easy for us Managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides, just wish we had started using the tool sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping surface prospects who are visiting our website and routing those prospects to sales reps in real time.
A consolidation play that is more than the sum of its parts.
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to centralize both my chat and instant booking tools into a platform that also had sales tools that opened up a new world for my SDR teams. I moved from Drift for my on site chat tool and from Chilipiper for my instant meeting booker on my main contact us forms. The ability to manage the users and stakeholders for both of these needs in a single place was a huge reclamation of my time. The reliability and robustness of the integration has been a huge load off my mind as I move on to more strategic pursuits.
The deployment and integration process was also one of the best that I have ever had. My CS has been enormously helpful in getting our existing chat journeys over from Drift, getting our teams onboarded and enabled, and helping us use the platform to the full extent that we are able. That being said, we still have more features to explore that we dont have internal bandwidth to tackle yet. We are excited about the possibilities that are still in front of us with the tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd probably only say that the analytics portion of the platform could be more robust and user friendly, however, Qualified provides so much information to SFDC that I do most of my analytics there. I have already watched improvements roll out to that area and I am told even more will be rolling out soon. So, generally happy with what I get in SFDC but would like the platform level analytics to level up to the sophistication of the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for our chat and meeting setting tools to be consolidated and reliable at the same time. The consistency has made my life a lot less unpredictable. The additional tools that come along with those things are also benefitting us quite a bit. We have seen either improvements or consistency in key metrics through our transition. The ability to make this transition and have all my assuraces to leadership validated was huge.

What do you like best about the product?
We were shopping for a comprehensive and easy to use chatbot system for our website that connects with our CRM. We decided to go with Qualified and cant be any happier with our decision. Many positive results and outcomes after implementing Qualified. Shout out to Danielle Lipschuts, our Success Architect, shes been a great asset to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot that Qualified isn't doing right. Qualified has met all my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We noticed the trend where users prefer live chat experience over submiting forms or making phone calls. After implementing Qualified, we have seen improvements in website's engagement rate and the overall leads.
Best tool of its kind with the best onboarding team I have ever witnessed.
What do you like best about the product?
The setting up of persona based or campaing based type of custom chat experiences is fantastic. The deannonymization of traffic and matching records is also great. But I have to say what made this software platform just a joy to use is our onboarding and customer success team. In particual Shelby has been fantastic. A great product is only great if it gets used properly and to it's full potention. The onboarding was great, the platform it self is very inuitive, but the customer success team an onboarding really made the use of the product dead simple and easy to see the ROI. After implementing Qualified we had a 27% increase in actual speed to lead / booked meeting and 34% increase in more actual qualified inbounds hitting our funnel. I think every Saas serious about having a very fine tuned and integrated marketing funnel should be on the qualified platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything to dislike about the Qualified platform itself... The only area that I wish was better is having more data sources availible for their deannonymization and enrichment of website traffic. Right now the primary is Clearbit and we are finding that our match rate for Clearbit was hovering around 25% to 30 % match. I mean overall we are glad to get any accurate extra enriched contacts from our web traffic, but we just wish the match rate was higher. I guess this would be more of a comment on Clearbit than it would be Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is definitely screening more of our web traffic and automatically booking meeting only with the most qualied of leads that hit our site. the efficiency gains alon make this product worth it...
A must have for SDR teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use platform that transforms the game for SDRs teams! Immediately being able to have a conversation via text, video, or phone call is extremely beneficial. Our team has been absolutely incredible... always quick to respond and does outstanding trainings for the team (shoutout Andrew and Kalyn)!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had minor issues so far such as employees being recognized as prospects but the team has made it easy to work around this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see which prospects are interacting with our outreach and interested in our platform lets us know where we should be spending our time which is massive.
