Great product with great staff

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been an easy-to-use tool, and the support we've received from our account rep has been exceptional. Our weekly syncs are productive, educational, and easy. They really do feel like an extension of the team, which is classically not true with most partners. But, Qualified really does it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can sometimes be a bit tricky. Seeing exact numbers on who has viewed which experiences requires some digging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing leads on our website is the main use we gain from Qualified. Also routing new leads to SDRs and getting customers in touch with their account team quickly.

Exceptional CS Focus Sets Qualified Apart

What do you like best about the product?
Outside of the incredible product, all of the great information that Qualified provides the sales org, and the integrations available, the focus on CS at Qualified is a huge reason why we chose this platform over others, and we're so happy we did.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a newer company, so they might not have all the bells and whistles, however they seem to be innovating at a fast pace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us solve 2 user experience problems:

1. Easily allowing known contacts to download or read a piece of content without filling out a huge form, which is amazing and makes the experience so smooth.

2. Enabling prospects to talk to our team and get answers to their questions in real-time, which expedites the sales process.

It also allows us to curate/personalize the messages that prospects and customers see while on our website, tailored to if they are a first time visitor, a reccuring visitor, a customer, and so much more.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been a great addition to our tech stack. The ease of use and the exceptional support of our QSA has allowed us to scale experiences across our website and have delivered excellent results.

The customer support from the initial demo to ongoing support from our QSA has been phenomenal. Shout out to our QSA, Mike Curley!!
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience so far has been positive, with no issues or concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to scale bot-based & live chat across our website, allowing us to provide a personalized experience for our site visitors. Qualified's detailed reporting has been a game changer in informing our strategy and giving us insight into areas of opportunity. Qualified is also helping us gain more visibility on our prospects, from insight into their digital body language to the ad campaign that drove them to our site and where they ultimately converted.

Very little to dislike about the Qualified platform.. Very intuitive and easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
As the title says, they treat you incredibly well and are always ready to work with you to launch optimized new projects. The platform itself is user-friendly and well-designed. They must also have a great engineering team because they seem to release new capabilities every few weeks. These aren't just minor UI changes; they are impactful and help drive new results for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be slightly tricky to navigate at first since they have so many more capabilities than just a chatbot. But the layout makes sense once you spend a little time in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves many problems for us. It has a smart and intuitive chatbot experience, and we can personalize these based on our target ICP models. It helps us find better engagement results on our website than simple GA can provide. It also helps us find engagement signals so our outbound team can see who is researching us.

What do you like best about the product?
Switching from Drift to Qualified was one of the best decisions for our marketing team. Qualified is a company that truly understands the meaning of exceptional customer experience. From the moment I engaged with them, I was blown away by their unwavering dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Every interaction with Qualified's team has been nothing short of remarkable. They are hands-on, friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to address my questions. The platform itself is also intuitive and delivers valuable insights that help inform both our marketing and sales strategy. It really is way more than a chat tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't had any issues or concerns. It is a complex tool, so even with the exceptional customer support, you do need an internal person dedicated to ensuring you're getting value and that it is set up in a way aligned to your business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us uncover buyer signals from our target accounts, discover net new leads, increase the velocity in which meetings are booked and interact with prospective clients in an effective and efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
Within the first few quarters of using Qualified, the tool sourced an enormous deal - creating a 1,000% ROI. The front-end user experience is much better than other web chat tools we have tried (and we've tried multiple of the top names in the biz). It has been a great tool for us. Also, shout out to Brittany R. for being a TOP notch QSA. She's a gem!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated to build Experiences yourself, but this complexity creates more opportunity for customization and branching logic. Plus, the Qualified team is extremely supportive and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Qualified a chat-bot on our website, allowing us to route to live reps, book meetings directly on our reps' calendars and promote marketing programs to targeted audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified made the roll out and adoption so seamless. Having a dedicated, engaged team made the entire process effortless. Qualified is not a vendor...they are a true partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can say did not work well. The entire process, hands on approach and delivery has exceeded our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Mobile Health, we found a number of amazing prospects falling off after engaging our forms and website. Qualified helped us reach speed to lead at a lighting rate. Our drop rates have decreased and the engagment with new prospects is currently at 38 seconds!! We recognized that people searching for our services, needed a response right away and to ensure we maintained their interest....qualified was the only solution we wanted to invest in for the future of our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is giving us great insights on who is visiting our site and is also tremendously helping the journey of our leads. Our prospects and clients are more easily funneled through our site for the best experience that is trackable and actionable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expectations may have been a little skewed on some of the capabilities as well as the ease of implementation. But we have worked through a lot of it and are happily progressing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is able to solve for booking of calendar times directly with our AEs. It also is helping with directing all of our site vistors to the place they need to be. And finally they are helping with understanding who our market is and giving us insight on our audience

As our migration to SaaS model, we wanted users to guide to try and buy our products, where we implemented Chatbots and Qualified helped us with implementation part not only for English but for localized languages as well.
