Superior Platform and Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
The SF integration is strong and has been incredibly helpful for both reps and reporting, plus the level of insight on website traffic and audience segmentation options is excellent. Danielle is a fantastic rep supporting our implementation and ongoing activity -- she's very responsive, helpful and stays on top of things. Qualified is already positively impacting our pipeline and has stood out as a superior conversational platform compared to others we've reviewed or used previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved website prospect experience, lead progression, and pipeline influence.

Superb Platform and Even Better Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified provides us with the best chat platform we've tried to date. Our previous platforms of choice weren't successful and only provided a small subset of features compared to Qualified. They also left us to do most of the work during implementation and we felt alone after. With Qualified our CSM, Jennifer S, has not only helped us get up-and-running but has built functionality for us, directed us toward best practices and offered solutions to our specific scenarios that are unique to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost was a bit higher than we had planned to spend but a few deals will make the cost seem insignificant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of a usable chat platform on our website - Qualified provides us with what we needed and much more.
Ability to schedule meetings quickly with prospects - Qualified provides a scheduling feature that allows our live chat participants and our bot chat participants the ability to schedule a meeting with a member of our sales team with minimal effort.
Tracking chat success - Our previous platforms didn't make it easy to tie conversations with opportunities in Salesforce. Qualified has this built in.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Qualified is our Rep, Jennifer. She is a rockstar and pushes us so we are not stagnant and continuing to drive leads and pipelines to our business. Since implementation, Qualified has been a consistent lead driver monthly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Throughout our current time with Qualified, we have not had a negative experience. The buying process was great, the implementation was great, and the leads provided have been a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is adding a channel for visitors on our site with less friction to contact someone quickly. Qualified has help drive more high quality leads to our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an amazing tool for our Sales and Marketing team. We love the reporting/analytics feature and appreciate the visitor insight. Our Success Architect, Genise Christianson, is one of the best reps I've ever worked with. She makes it easy to stay organized and strategize experiences for our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides I've come across in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us capture more accurate and comprehensive performance and pipeline data. We've seen a significant improvement in sales cycle velocity by grabbing prospects based on their engagement behavior.

Phenomenal, user-friendly technology with even better support

What do you like best about the product?
In short, Qualified makes me an all-seeing oracle of our web traffic, in real time, with the ability to start a chat with no more than a button push. Sales will sometimes ask me: "can you tell me which companies have been on our site?" With Qualified, I can reply: "Are you kidding? I can tell you WHO is on WHICH PAGE right now. I can see them as they browse. And I can pull up their browsing history with us in a blink." Thanks to the tremendous support -- shout out to Robert E. and Taylor H. -- my colleague and I can easily create customized experiences based on visitor role and interest. Our human BDRs are awesome, with domain expertise you can't get out of a box. But Qualified is their ultimate assistant (and mine, here in marketing.) I don't foresee ever maintaining a website without Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve. With power comes responsibility to understand the many features. But fantastic support helps you navigate at your pace. Integrations are smooth and flexible. Some can be set up in a minute. Others take a little more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highly granular visitor and session intelligence that lets us conduct precision selling. Empowers all of us to chat and help visitors understand our solutions in real time. Have hopped on many productive meetings during the visit!

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from Drift as our chatbot, this is a definitive improvement as to what you can do with website visitor data.
Not only that, the ability to fully customize our visitor experiences, the intent and signals data and the different types of routings in the back-end, make this a must in our tech stack.

Also, world class implementation team. Shout out to Zac!

Great customer service and great results

What do you like best about the product?
My company moved to Qualified from Drift because of its increased customization capabilities, and it has really delivered for us. We have been able to customize our chatbot more than ever before, and love the capability for prospects to book meetings within the chat. We are consistently getting more meetings booked with reps.

On top of their tool being excellent, Qualified's customer service is superb. Our CSM Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable, and is always helpful and responsive. It is clear she is dedicated to helping us succeed with Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with routing to the proper sales team, but our CSM has worked with us to overcome these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us customize our chatbot experience far more than we were able to in Drift. It is also more user friendly and has far better reporting. Our sales reps are seeing more leads come through via chatbot.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting live time alerts when someone is on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to set working hours to keep rep active during those times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve the problem of having live responses when a customer needs it most. We live in a day and age when instant gratification is needed in every aspect of life. We want to know the answers to our problems now, not in 20 minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a new customer, the team was very communicative during the onboarding process. If we have questions or would like their feedback on experiences we're building, they're always ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We've been using them for a few months and so far I haven't come across any dislikes. We used a different chat vendor before Qualified and the friendliness of the team is what put us over the edge and sold us on changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connectivity to our existing apps/platforms, app and dashboards are user friendly and very easy to navigate
