What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and quick to interact with prospects. The format is laid out nicely for quickness and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is an update, it makes the website lag and kicks me off

Identifying target leads and the ability to communicate with them
Great Implementation Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The product is really really powerful and within just a couple of days of launching we already have reps interacting with leads using the tool. I can attribute a lot of this to our rep Zac who has been instrumental in making sure this implementation has gone smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like. I'm interested to see it's affects long term, but overall the biggest downside is that because of how robust it is, it can feel overwhelming to understand all the features and capabilities at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us quickly and easily interact with leads as they come onto our site and interact with our content. It's making it super easy to get leads to our reps so they can start selling motions faster.

The functionality for our reps and the data to improve our go-to-market and outbound flows

Native reporting could be improved. We always appreciate more data/signals

Easy to understand and a great tool to interact with website visitors with lot of options and Good customer support.

Quickly Interact with prospects and resolve their queries about the solution ,scheduling calls and increasing sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is as easy to use as it was demoed to us. It really works! Integration is quick and it's been a joy to see leads flow into our system.
Our rep, Logan, is a marketing expert and an outstanding CSM, providing invaluable guidance.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's been easy to set up, but not quite all of the setup was explained to us at the beginning. Once we got fully integrated, we really began to see the value of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us convert users who come to our site and want immediate answers. It's also helping us quickly convert general visitors into leads by signing them up for direct interactions with sales. We also use pop-ups to collect email addresses when users indicate they're going to leave the site without converting.
Great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has helped us streamline our prospect journey and consolidate some tech stack, providing more precise reporting and alleviating issues we previously had with other tools related to SFDC connectivity. Our Qualified Success Architect Genise has been a hugely valuable resource, working as an extension of our team to get things done in our rapidly changing world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways we could easily customize the data passed to the event object when a meeting is booked via Qualified without leveraging hidden fields or custom SFDC-/Marketo-side workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us connect prospects with our sales team, booking meetings with defined groups based on criteria, and allowing sales team members to chat directly with prospects on the site.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like best about Qualified is how much data you can capture in real-time with the opportunity to book meetings and get valuable insights on your visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind with a dislike, I would say overall the platform can be tricky when it comes to someone who is new to Qualified but you start to get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified supports our initiative to have meaningful conversations and is ready to support a seamless experience as they come to our website to explore our different solutions.
Transformative Engagement Tool with Seamless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Qualified uses segments to organize all of our site visitors. The signals feature is great for seeing which accounts frequently visit the site and what content they're looking at, which helps us target them for potential expansion. Our AI SDR has been great to see in action, making the whole experience smooth. And honestly, there's nothing that comes to mind that I don't love about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to engage with every website visitor, routing interested ones to sales immediately. I love using segments and signals to organize visitors and target frequent accounts for expansion.
Amazing technology and even more amazing Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
It's so rare to find an amazing product with even better customer service. I've been blown away the support of integrating quaflied into our website and the help along the way to get it fully integrated. In the past I've been sold software only to be frustrated along the way because it doesn't work as expected. Qualifed has gone over and above to make sure everything is working as told. They've actually gone above what they've sold which I don't think I've ever experienced. Amazing company and grateful to be a qualified customer!
What do you dislike about the product?
If it was a less expensive that be even better but I understand that you get what you pay for and I feel I've received more than what I've paid :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates seamlessly with salesforce so when website visitors come to our website, they are added into salesforce and allows our team to engage with our customers with valuable insights from salesforce. Our website visitors also get routed to the right rep to save quality time.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been a fabulous addition to our tech stack. It's become a tool that we use, not just for web chat, but to strategic guide visitors through a flow that makes sense for their use case. As our ABM Director, I've worked closely with our CSM (shoutout to Brittany Rhyme!) on custom experiences for ABM accounts. It's been really interesting to see the data and leverage it to improve our strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find things in the platform (back-end) because our instance is a bit busy! Other than that, not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us engage with web visitors in a timely manner, understand their use cases and needs, and respond accordingly. The reporting is great to understand who is landing on our pages, what they are engaging with, and for how long. From an ABM standpoint, I am able to get a gauge on how our list of target accounts is engaging/interacting with our website - something that was very difficult to see in the past.
