Jeff 'Beard' is the best around

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is extremely user-friendly, and the implementation has been a great experience! Jeff offers great insight and suggestions to help us make the most of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been using Qualified long enough to see where there are areas of improvement but so far, I think there are a lot of steps to get it set up properly but you have great support from the team so it doesn't feel like a crazy big lift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to understand what top accounts are hitting our site and be able to reach out to those prospects in a timely manner. They can also book directly with us so we don't miss an opportunity for a conversation with an interested party.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-use and easy to set up product. Most importantly, the hands-on support from our Client Success Architect, Genise Christianson makes us feel supported 24/7. Genise has literally been an extension of our team and has been with us ever step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to dislike. The one wish for future generations is connectivity to Marketing Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is providing a live agent hand off as well as product selector services.

Amazing Sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to engage with prospects while they are showing interest. Prospects really love being able to speak with a human right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much customization available to users - need to go through system admin/Qualified rep to make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is lowering the activation energy required by prospects to get a meeting scheduled. We set a lot more appointments this way than our entire outbound team!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified suits my needs to support our users by allowing live chat, video, and audio. It feels nice to use and is supported by an excellent team. Kate, in particular, is a superstar. Her attentiveness and professionalism is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I dislike are minor details most likely not yet implemented or already on the roadmap. When there is a dislike, they fix it fast!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps our company make first contact with potential buys as well as optimal live chat support.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and analytics are POWERFUL! I can see how prospects interact with the chatbot and where they come from. Also the customer support is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. Pretty powerful platform with lots of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Real-time chat capability

Qualified solved this, and additionally the powerful analytics is a strong plus.

What do you like best about the product?
Jennifer Schneider is a delight to work with and the entire team speaks volumes of how impactful her support has been throughout our partnership

That the bar has been set so high that it has become challenging to partner with an organization that is as great as Qualified

Qualifying inbound leads and establish an immediate rapport with quality, connecting with those truly in immediate need of solution

What do you like best about the product?
we are able to find the warmest leads and most in-need buyers right when they are in the mindset. this is easily the most effective tool I've ever used in the field of sales development.
What do you dislike about the product?
i think some of the routing could be better, but i understand a lot of the time ip addresses don't necessarily match to the country where the company is located.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the new signals feature is giving us clearer vision to which companies are in the buying cycle currently. for smaller organizations, like those my team services, this information is pivotal to determining whether they are a good contact to target.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a great tool - it allows you to interact directly with any visitor on your company's website. Combined with its ease of use and helpful features like shortcuts, visitor prioritization and unique analytics/reporting features - I'd highly recommend looking into Qualified as a resource for sales and marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few bugs and road bumps during the initial set-up of our instance of Qualified. However, the customer service team and their CSM attaché have been extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or issues we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us secure more inbound sales leads through our website. We can now take advantage of reaching out to website visitors while they are active on the site instead of waiting for them to come inbound via demo requests or form fills. This has drastically increased our number of inbound leads and the quality of said leads since we can interact with prospects and visitors at an earlier stage in the sales process.

I love the ease of use, intent data, and champion account manager we've experienced with Qualified. They really care about helping us move the needle - and that's really important!

Nothing. So far loving all the functionality of Qualified.

Qualified allows our team to have real-time conversations with people on our website and allows us to provide world-class service and solutions!

- Native Salesforce integration
- Customer onboarding service & success architects
- Hands-on support for roll-out and technical setup
- Intuitive interface and experience building
- Valuable reports & dashboard to prove impact & ROI
What do you dislike about the product?
- If you have a lot of chatbot experiences running and a lot of people using the platform, dedicated admin time is needed to onboard users, update routing rules, keep experiences relevant, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Speed to lead: avoid wasting time going back and forth with leads via email to book a meeting
- Personalized greetings and flows based on data.
- Lead qualification & generation more dynamically, as apposed to static forms.
