Wonderful product, makes my life easier

What do you like best about the product?
Our success architect is amazing. Danielle helps us set up new campaigns every week and explore different tactics to utilize the platform. The platform works really well with SFDC. The implementation of Qualified was easy and we were able to see an immediate benefit. The integrations with our software stack and ongoing support are 12/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified started with, in my opinion, the best chat product on the market—especially if you are using Salesforce. I'm incredibly excited to see where they go with the complimentary products like meetings and ABM. I think Qualified is positioned to make a strong run for the "all-in-one" marketing tool, and I am excited to see the growth in the other products along with chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is out product for ABM (signals), Chat, and Meetings.

Absolute difference maker

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility into who is on our site, what pages they're visiting and the ability to "pounce" on high-value prospects is a true game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not super intuitive to build the views you'd like, but really, I'm just finding something to nit-pick about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although we had live rep service answering chat inquiries previously, we might as well just had a bot because they were just message takers. Using Qualified, we have so much more visibility into who is on our site, notify via Slack and with Qualified our reps who can attempt to pounce on high value prospects. Even if a rep isn't available, we can offer a time/date to meet that is presented right within the chat interface, making for a much better customer experience. We have numerous documented won deals that came directly from chat interaction, both live and bot, in just the first two weeks of using the tool.

Most importantly, the people actually using the tool love it. They see the value and the increase in meetings booked that help them reach their quota. Our AEs get notified when their opportunities are on the site and have successfully pounced to re-engage, get meetings booked and close deals that otherwise may not have closed.

What do you like best about the product?
We are still in implementation but I only have amazing things to say about our experience so far. Katie O' Neil has been absolutely amazing throughout our implementation process. She has been patient with us as our organization is trying to get our crap together, and has offered amazing solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say at the moment about Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving many problems for us. Primarily it is allowing us to catch all leads that come to our website.

AMAZING Platform and Service!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualifies embodies everything we'd want for a martech partner. We've had an incredible experience so far, from the sales journey to the implementation stage, and now that we have been live for more than a month, we are seeing excellent results.

Tanya Mamayenko, our Success Architech, has definitely been the highlight of our experience. She's highly knowledgeable, listens and understands our business, and uses this information to bring great ideas so we leverage the system as much as we can. She has great energy in every single call and is always attentive and responsive. We wish more partners resembled Tanya!

We've really enjoyed working with Qualified thus far and hope to continue seeing record-breaking results. 100% recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want more features on specific aspects of Qualified, such as giving admins access to control individual shortcuts. Feature requests have been submitted!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aiding our ABM strategy in uncovering signals of intent from all website visitors and allowing reps to start conversations with these companies on the website. Qualified is providing visitor information that we previously did not have available.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to Drift, the functionality of the chatbot is so much better. Things like being able to see what leads type before they hit send and being able to audio/video call are great for our reps.

On the marketing side, the 1st and 3rd party intent tools that Qualified provides are 10/10. The way they present them in-platform and in Salesforce is unmatched.

Their new feature, Qualified Meetings has been revolutionary. Reps dont waste time chasing demo requests to book calls, everything is scheduled for them so they can focus on priority outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a few hiccups during launch because we were unaware that the entire Qualified team would be at an offsite during our launch week. But they were quick to get us connected with support members and remedy the situation as soon as we reached out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting more people on our website, tracking lead engagement/intent, allowing leads to book meetings after submitting forms

A superior tool with a stellar customer success team

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Qualified this quarter - I was nervous about the implementation process as I wanted to avoid downtime in transitioning from our existing tool. My concerns, however, ended up unwarranted as we flipped the switch in record time and ahead of schedule with no hit to performance. Not only is Qualified a superior tool to that of its main competitors, the customer success team is unparalleled in terms of their level of engagement, responsiveness and knowledge. Our entire SDR team is happy, we already see an impact on pipeline and we are ready to take our conversational marketing strategy to the next level with Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The entire process - from sales, to onboarding and integration, to daily platform use has been phenomenal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead acceleration through the funnel; pipeline influence; improved user experience for prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see exactly where prospects are going on the website and engage with them directly. Personal touch

There's so much it can do - make sure you're on your game during setup otherwise you might miss out on something!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us engage more quickly with potential customers on the website. It also helps route current customers past my team so we're not wasting time on them.

What do you like best about the product?
East to work with team and dedicated tech to assist us with integration and navigating our complex setup in Salesforce. We have found an increased interaction from website visitors using Qualified vs a competitor. Our Success Architect has been an amazing asset in getting our integration set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes thus far. Standard challenges when learning a new platform. Minor setup is needed when creating the lead generation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is making it easier for website visitors to navigate our site, resources, and interact with our team when desired. It allows us to route website visitors to specific and correct team members based on their responses and interaction with the bot.
