Feature-Rich and Easy to Use—Qualified University Makes It Even Better
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it provides so many different features and capabilities. It is easy to use and the Qualified University helps with this as well. I like it helps engage website visitors in real time. The routing and notifications actually make follow-up faster and more organized. Since meeting Jennifer Schneider has also been a huge help in understanding the platform and navigating all of the features especially as someone who hasn't used the platform before. It's clear that Qualified cares about their clients based on how the customer success is involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The other side of it is that Qualified does have a lot of features and it is a bit of a learning curve to master all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the problem of leads falling through the cracks by surfacing and routing website visitors in real time. This benefits us because we get better visibility into intent, faster follow-up, and cleaner handoffs to sales instead of chasing down activity after the fact.
Streamlined Engagement with a Few UI Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Qualified's AI SDR function because it helps answer low-hanging fruit questions from site visitors, saving us the time it usually takes to respond to form fills. The goals and offers piece is also a great way to promote priority content. The initial setup was great too, with the implementation architect doing an awesome job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UI a bit clunky, especially around the AI studio. Trying to review chats and answers via the scorecard while also trying to build out snippets involves too many windows and clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for pipeline generation and faster speed to lead. It solves website navigation and better engagement problems, and the AI SDR function answers site visitor questions quickly.
Great CRM Integrations and Standout Support from Our Success Architect
What do you like best about the product?
The support is truly outstanding. Having an actual human account manager answer our questions and give suggestions for success is one of the top reasons we use Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I can think of since my last update. I think their team is very receptive to feedback and makes updates based on users' needs promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified's chatbots and AI SDRs to help our Sales team clear out the "noise" that often slows them down. It's great to have a tool that allows us to qualify these leads before sending them to our account executives to work. We feel confident that we are routing leads that are ready to talk and are well-versed on our products. The support we receive from our account manager, Elle, is sublime. She is a product expert whose help is unmatched!
Innovative and User-Friendly Tool That Simplifies Transitions
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the constant innovation behind this tool. Its user-friendly design has also made the transition from Drift much easier. Finally, the onboarding process was very hands-on and felt like a true strategic partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features that are truly groundbreaking still feel unfinished and would benefit from further refinement or enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhance digital-to-human customer experiences by evaluating and implementing Al Agents to reduce friction in the digital buying journey, while also increasing efficiency and effectiveness in BDR and sales prospecting efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Qualified is easy to use with a simple interface. The fact that the chatbot crawls our site and updates itself is a real plus. It can chat in many languages, reaching visitors in their own language. I appreciate the amazing customer success managers who stay with you throughout installation and usage.
The snippets allow me to train the chatbot on answers that may not be apparent on our webpages. For example: What is the best Vision System to use? What's the latest software for my product? This has greatly helped us keep the bot current.

I don't use Qualified's video chatbot. The platform has had some difficulties helping customers with detailed support questions.

Qualified accelerates our sales process by answering questions 24/7 and qualifying visitors before they chat with sales. It handles simple queries, freeing our team for high-intent buyers. It's easy to use, multilingual, and connects to Salesforce. However, it doesn’t handle customer support questions well.
Realistic AI Interaction, Needs Better Attribution
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Qualified acts like a real person and even has a name, which makes leads feel as if they're talking to a real human. Its human-like interaction provides information to answer any question, and having someone to chat with makes it easier for visitors to get answers without having to look for them and navigate multiple web pages. The initial setup was fairly straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attribution and cookie stamping is a little wonky, and our attribution from leads sometimes have the wrong UTMs missed, especially when a user navigates to a non-landing page then opens the chat. When a user comes to our site with UTM parameters from a paid ad, but then opens a new page then opens up a Qualified chat, the Salesforce record loses UTM attribution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for our website chatbot, answering questions about courses and meetings. It makes leads feel like they talk to a real person, which enhances their experience and saves them from navigating multiple pages for answers.
Effective CRM Integration with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Previous Response: I love working with their team, especially because our CSM Michael Witt is extremely helpful in setting up our workflows and answering any questions at all times. I appreciate the attentiveness we've received. I find tracking leads to our CRM data, the smart round robin feature, and AI nurturing through email campaigns on Qualified to be very valuable. The initial setup was pretty easy with support from their side.

I use Qualified to engage with developers and easily book time with sales. It helps with 'speed to lead' and includes valuable features like tracking leads to CRM, smart round robin, and AI nurturing.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified excels at bringing high-intent individuals straight into our funnel and efficiently sorting these leads without requiring any manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike specifically, but as someone new to the platform, I sometimes struggle to understand the distinctions between the various options found in the Experiences, Conversations, Meetings, and Signals sections of the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than depending only on static forms or waiting for delayed follow-ups, we are able to engage site visitors in real time using chat and conversational marketing, which allows us to schedule meetings instantly. This approach benefits me by standardizing the way traffic is captured, routed, and measured.

What I like most about Qualified is how well it helps turn website traffic into real sales conversations. The AI chatbot engages visitors in a way that feels natural and relevant, and it does a good job qualifying intent before passing conversations to sales. That has made a noticeable difference in the quality of inbound leads we receive.
The Salesforce integration is another big plus. Data syncs cleanly, routing works as expected, and it fits smoothly into our existing sales process. We also like how much control we have over targeting and messaging, whether that’s based on the page someone is on, their level of intent, or the account they belong to.

There’s nothing in particular that I dislike about Qualified. Like any platform, there is a learning curve when getting everything fully set up and optimized, but once it’s in place, it runs smoothly and delivers consistent value. Overall, any minor challenges have been more about configuration than the product itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the problem of high-intent website visitors going unengaged or leaving without taking action. It helps us identify and engage the right visitors in real time, qualify their intent, and route them to the appropriate next step, whether that’s a live sales conversation or a follow-up.
As a result, we are capturing more inbound demand that would have otherwise been missed and improving the quality of conversations that reach our sales team. It has helped create a more efficient handoff between marketing and sales, reduce response time, and ultimately drive more meaningful pipeline from existing website traffic.
