Easy migration to Qualified, with great support from CS
What do you like best about the product?
We recently transitioned to Qualified and had a great onboarding and implementation experience, due in large part to the support from our CSM, Jon. Given our tight timeframe, we still managed to launch earlier than planned, which was a great win. The implementation process was straightforward and easy to follow, and setting up our account was handled in a very organized and comprehensive manner. I'm looking forward to implementing the rest of the features and capabilities as we continue to set up our account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot to learn, but nothing to dislike about Qualified so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is being able to see high value accounts on the website, and allowing our BDRs to pounce and engage in live conversations. We haven't been able to do this motion before with our past chat solution. Qualified provides a better view into our website visitors, and allows our teams to be proactive in turning conversations into meetings.
Real-Time Engagement Made Easy with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified simplifies the process of engaging with high-intent visitors in real time, while also giving us clear insights into visitor activity. This visibility helps our team route leads more efficiently and have more meaningful conversations with the right prospects at the right time. I also want to highlight the outstanding support we’ve received from our Qualified Success Architect, Michael Witt. Mike has been an invaluable resource; always responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. His guidance has helped us optimize our setup and get the most out of Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Qualified has proven to be a valuable tool overall, I found that the learning curve for building segments and configuring the routing logic could be smoother. It took me a while to fully grasp how everything was organized and to feel confident making adjustments. Introducing a more guided or visual setup process would likely help new admins become comfortable with the system more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us solve a few key challenges around lead engagement and routing. Now, our team can instantly engage with prospects while they’re actively exploring our site, which has led to more meaningful conversations. It’s been a huge help in giving us visibility into visitor behavior, and the automation features save time and reduce manual work, while still keeping interactions personalized.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely: ease of use and implementation. The customer support was also amazing, deployment of the AI SDR was pretty much clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a bit more control on some graphic elements (color, positioning).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform offers effective lead capturing and routing features.
Immediate ROI and Powerful Features, Quicker Action on Web Visitors
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has made it super easy for us to identify and nurture otherwise unknown web traffic. The platform is very easy to use, allows for multichannel touch points between the AI SDR and email functionality. We've seen immediate ROI from this tool. The team we have worked with from initial exploration to purchase and implementation/optimization has been very responsive and quick to tweak things with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation can be a bit complex, but we expected that going in to it given how much the tool does by itself once properly trained!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is directly helping us increase our web conversions by identifying and conversing with people on our site who may otherwise remain anonymous to us, or not seek more information. The AI SDR is able to increase those conversions bringing us deals we may not have otherwise generated.
Effective Inbound Routing and Fast Lead Response—No Complaints!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Qualified is our ability to route inbound conversations effectively and pounce on website visitors to increase speed to lead and outbound efforts. We are able to integrate our very complex routing rules in SFDC to make sure visitors speak to the right person. Our CSM, Cassie Tran, is also exceptional. She's very quick to respond, understands our business extremely well, and proactively addresses any potential challenges before we even see them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system felt complex at first, but it was easy to master with the help of our CSM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us significantly increase inbound pipeline by actively and quickly engaging with website visitors. It helps us proactively address prospect's concerns and understand their needs without them having to submit a cumbersome form, reducing back and forth and increasing speed to lead.

What do you like best about the product?
What has consistently impressed me, not just within this product category but also compared to all other vendors, is their QSRs and their genuine dedication to supporting customer success. They truly grasp the goals of your company and assist in translating those objectives into meaningful KPIs that clearly demonstrate pipeline success.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do the inbound chat and outbound AI email space extremely well and my only wish would for them to grow product offering in lead routing and enrichment for more than just web visitors.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After using Piper for five months, we managed to surpass our meeting goal for Q3 by 7x! Additionally, we saw a significant boost in our lead generation, achieving results 4x than in Q2.
Outstanding AI Features, Seamless CRM Integration, Excellent Customer Success Team
What do you like best about the product?
There are many aspects of Qualified that I appreciate, such as the AI SDR agent, Piper email, and its seamless integration with our CRM. I also find the analytics and reporting features to be excellent, particularly the visitor behavior reports, which provide valuable insights for our CRO initiatives. Lastly our CSRs have been fantastic and are quick to respond and support our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind that i would say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is assisting our account executives through its AI SDRs, streamlined meeting booking experiences, and seamless integration with our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a combination of the product as it is today and the potential we can see that Qualified is committed developing in it. Just as important, the onboarding and implementation experience was amazing in order to realize its full value at launch and going forward. The Qualified onboarding team was knowledgeable, positive, and generous with their time introducing us to the system, and getting us up and running. They're comforting to work with. It just feels good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike yet. There are a lot moving parts to the system, and a lot to learn. Not a bad a bad thing at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most immediate problem it's solving for us, is helping identify and make the most of qualified prospects engaging with our website. I'd previously been dependent on people taking action using form, having a new channel that both identifies these prospects and provide more compelling avenues for engagement is bound to help lose fewer good opportunities. Looking forward, Moving forward I'm excited for the productivity shift I anticipate for our business development team, as they spend less time spinning their wheels on cold outreach, and more time engaging those demonstrating qualified buying signals.
Boosted Engagement and KPIs, But Spam Conversions Are a Challenge
What do you like best about the product?
It's been nice to be able to engage with our website visitors when we are actively on their mind. It has led to some improved KPIs for our sales and marketing teams. I appreciate that the team at Qualified had a well organized implementation process and continue to be eager to help us get value from the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of spam conversions from our site have increased. The AI SDR can be a little too intrusive to the visitor experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest advantage for us has been the ability to engage site visitors in real time using the AI SDR and to schedule meetings instantly. We also value being able to see the questions visitors are asking, as well as knowing when customers and prospects are active on our website.
Feature-Rich Tool with Excellent Support and Worthwhile Setup
What do you like best about the product?
Full functionality. Great support staff. Seeing immediate results. Piper AI SDR is great out of the box, and will only get better with more training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. The implementation takes a bit of time, but its necessary because the tool has so much functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a centralized tool to book SDR meetings. The AI chatbot was wasn't a requirement for our needs, but made the decision to go with this tool easier.
