Having inside data of the leads approaching ur site is the best way to interact with them.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an incredible tool that allows my SDRs to field chatbot requests extremely quick by pinging an SDR when someone wants to chat. Each SDR has a very short window to hop in the chat or it routes to the next SDR. Pouncing is also great because you can see what content your prospects are viewing on the site, this allows you to create tailored messaging that reasonates more with the prospect more with 0 lead time. Support team is great as well. You can book prospect meetings insanely fast. We even had a closed won in 12 hours from a qualified chatbot conversation!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Using desktop vs the app can be a bit confusing. I also wish you could hop in to chatbot from the mobile app. That would be great if you happened to not be exactly next to your laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us solve speed to lead. If you can quickly pounce on a prospect that is on your website, then there doesn't need to be any speed to lead as it becomes 0.
Qualified allows our Inside Sales group to support customers quickly and effectively.
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified helps eliminate non-sales requests, allowing the team to assist actual inquiries from existing or potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified chats are first come, first serve for the agents online, but it would be helpful to deploy the incoming chats in a round-robin way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the issue of Inside Sales having to deal with non-sales related inquiries which ultimately saves time and allows them to perform their job more efficiently.
Customizable user experiences to drive conversions
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified pulls prospects into the funnel. Instead of passively waiting for the prospect to submit a demo request, we can guide them to the proper solution through an automated chat. Further, our BDR team can proactively reach out to provide a personalized, human touch.
What's incredibly valuable is that each visitor's experience is customizable based on their status with our company. Open opportunities and high ARR customers can receive white glove treatment from their sales rep, and former customers can be identified and reeled back in. The possibilities are endless.
Lastly, we use Salesforce, and the Qualified integration is seamless.

What do you dislike about the product?
With any process flow customization creating experiences can be complex, but that is not an issue for us as our CSM has been a rockstar guiding us through each step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified improves conversions rates and ultimately increases revenue.
Would recommend to any sales organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Our ability to route customers to get support or purchase our products is made so much easier with Qualified! Plus, it integrates directly into our CRM and ERP solutions, so the information and conversations can be saved and synchronized! It is a great tool that has boosted our numbers since we started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say it has any downsides. It is very loud whenever you get a notification. This isn't necessarily a bad thing if you're away from your laptop and a customer comes onsite.

It solves issues for our customers who have trouble navigating the website and it allows sales representatives to answer questions, but primarily it allows us to create more opportunities for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Every interaction I have with an employee of Qualified, I feel heard and that my message is understood and will be communicated with the appropriate parties. Their employees are consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and motivated to find a solution for your company. They understand that their success is dependent on the adoption and integration of their software into the business process will retain customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a relatively young technology, Qualified's offering continues to expand and show promise of great returns. However, this requires further investment on top of a sizeable annual contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows our team to chat with prospects and customers on our site in real-time, allowing reps to audio or video call inside the chat bot while updating the SFDC record all inside Qualified. Allows instant meeting booking based on form submission criteria and extremely customizable chat journeys based on source data to create a premium prospect experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified platform is easy to use, straightforward, intuitive, and effortlessly customizeable. Support from our dedicated solutions architect is phenomenal!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a thing that didn't work well throughout our implementation experience.

Qualified allows for us to engage with prospects in real time, leading to increased lead conversions and a decline in missed opportunities.

Robust Chat Tool backed by a Great Team
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's customer service is excellent—Linnea has been incredibly supportive and helpful during the onboarding and implementation process. In addition, the platform itself is user-friendly and has a ton of behavioral data available for marketing and sales teams to utilize and drive conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with the platform.

Excellent customer service with a superior intent data tool
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has enabled our sales team to focus on the highest intent prospects we can find - those who are visiting our own website. The analytics it provides allows the sales team to dig into visitor data and supplement our prospecting efforts. Additionally, Jeff is a SUPERSTAR Success Architect. He keeps our ship afloat, always there to answer questions, set up new routing, and assist us with the many needs we have as a growing company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see too many downsides with Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us reach those who are interested in our products (and visiting our website) more quickly. It's providing us with detailed data about what people are interested in, which prospects are being driven to the website from our own outreach, and how we can tailor our messaging based upon what is interesting to those who visit.
