Great product & success team
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simple reporting, great success team, more meetings for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I can pinpoint at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to have better conversions online and provide a better experience for our prospects.
Incredible onboarding experience and continued support for an immediate impact.
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience was painless but extremely detailed. The Qualified team does a phenomenal job of creating a personalized experience during implementation leading to a quick and efficient way of customizing the tool to best fit your business and goals. In addition, the UI/UX has better enabled our sales team to leverage the tool helping to lead to great success converting leads on our website via chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't necessarily think of anything that I've disliked about our experience using Qualified thus far. We've been customers for about 4 months now and are happy with our early results. It's on us to continue to optimize and improve - Qualified does whatever they can to help make us successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bandwidth, user-adoption, and sales intelligence. Chat is a very powerful tool to leverage on your website, but you have to have sufficient time and resources to make it successful. We found it difficult to optimize chat and drive user-adoption with our previous chat vendor due to not having a dedicated person resource to own our chat program. Working with Qualified and being assigned a dedicated Qualified Success Architect has made a large difference as they have essentially acted as our chat program manager with inputs from our internal team on strategy and content. The modern UI/UX has also led to greater adoption from our sales team as it's ease of use is superior to other tools.
One of the best tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable thing about Qualified, in my opinion, is the opportunity to generate reports that can be discussed with account managers and other team member - you always know who's surfing on our company website and what's he/she looking for. That's how you easily build up strategies for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the "Availability Status" turns off despite the calendar settings are different - but it's a little thing that can be easily solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is highlighting in real time chances of useful conversation to support oriented sales, and that's really helping me to get orientated among the big quantity of accounts I have to monitor on a daily basis.
Huge benefit to our lead program!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has helped our company increase lead volume with very little lift on our end. I would highly recommend it!

We've had nothing but good experiences with Qualified!

Capturing users that visit our website which is leading to increased leads for us.
Qualified Review
What do you like best about the product?
Having our Success Architect, Jeff Karges. He has been a tremendous help in getting the chat enabled and troubleshooting many of the issues we have run into.
What do you dislike about the product?
For larger enterprise customers that have multiple product lines, we need to create separate connectors - would be great if you could have partitions within the instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a consistent chatbot enabled across our web properties. Qualified is helping to enable guided flows to more easily direct our customers to the information they need.
We've already seen great results in such a short spam of time!
What do you like best about the product?
We just recently started using Qualified and the implementation process was seamless! The reporting dashboards offer a plethora of information for reporting, the platform is user-friendly, our sales team loves it, the people are great to work with, and I've already seen great results in such a short span of time. I especially love that we can see what our customers are doing in real-time, allowing our sales team to pounce on opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing in particular that I dislike about Qualified. I am really liking our results so far and am excited to continue optimizing. I'm sure we will see continued growth as we move forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to chat with customers and significantly speeds up the process in which our sales team can speak directly with customers. It's also giving us another channel in which to execute content marketing.
Excellent Service and Immediate ROI
What do you like best about the product?
The BEST thing about Qualified is their Team! Stephanie Ngyuen and John Duffy are wonderful partners in the implementation and helping us adjust to our ever changing needs!
Stephanie provides not only excellent service but provides insightful information in our monthly KPI reviews.
Qualified as a tool has paid for itself almost immediately, and we couldn't be happier.
Ongoing support is exactly what a small org like ours needs, and we appreciate the continuity in team members even as Qualified goes through changes/account assignment shifts.

What do you dislike about the product?
None - though John did leave our team for another customer, having Stephanie continue to support us has given us the continuity we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uncovering potential prospects on our website; helping to deanonymize visitors and traffic, as well as create new a new source of leads through intentional pouncing and the ability to offer meetings seamlessly.
Web chat the way it should be
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an incredibly user-friendly webchat platform, both for website visitors and webchat teams. I like that this platform supports both proactive outreach to potential customers and intelligent routing for reactive conversations when visitors raise their hand to speak with us. The team at Qualified helped deliver pipeline for our business within the first week of launching and our team is very excited to keep growing that pipeline with this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that comes to mind for dislikes -- the platform is very easy to use and effective. The cost was much better than the competitor platform we switched from, and we have added value, so it's an easy decision for us to stick with Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website is our biggest source of revenue, but we knew that there were still many potential customers visiting that weren't converting into sales opportunities and could. Qualified helps us solve this problem by making it incredibly easy for visitors to get in touch with us in a personalized way, and our team can also see when people we really want to talk with visit the site, and proactively start that conversation. It's a very high ROI platform that goes beyond basic webchat and it's worth every penny.
Easily a market leader for chat technology
What do you like best about the product?
Our SDRs can be proactive versus reactive with website visitors.

I haven't found anything I dislike about the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been a tool that regularly provides value across a variety of teams/teammembers and continues to offer new avenues for us to use it to even greater impact. The tool is very user friendly and easily integrates with other key systems in place for truly actionable insights. What makes it even easier to hit the ground running with Qualified is their dedication to success for customers/uers. I recommend the Qualified product knowledge courses for users of all types. Additionally, our Success Architect, Jennifer Lynn Scheider is simply the best. Jennifer's expertise with the Qualified product, understanding of the different use cases/contexts in which we interact with Qualified, and attention to detail as it all relates to our specificities as a customer creates an unmatchable experience. Thanks Jennifer and the Qualified team!

Qualified has been incredibly valuable in both allowing us to meet potential buyers where they are in their journey and connecting all the dots that both initiated and propel their own unique journey.
