Great Add to our Website
What do you like best about the product?
Customization capabilities are fantastic, and the customer service / support is world class
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit detailed to get set up, but that was part of the extreme customization that is possible - so not really a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting detailed information about our website prospects, and it is enabling us to customize the journey that people see to better gear our site to their particular needs.
Amazing CX team and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Qualified for a bit now, but my role has shifted into using the product more. They have an extremely helpful and kind CX team who is always willing to walk me through the building process and give suggestions on what we can improve on. Danielle is great at sending me articles to help me get my job done and give feedback on how to improve. Having a team I can go to with questions at any time of the day makes my job that much easier. The product is super easy to use, and there are tons of knowledge-based articles on the University page. Much appreciation for the Qualified team!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing, in particular, I don't like. Everything seems to be working at the moment for us. Experiences are easy to build, and the product works for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps our team route leads to our sales team, answer questions about our product, and engage the people on our website. It also gives us intel into who is visiting our website and much more. We have even started using the chatbot to promote internal events like webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to choose just one! I'd say the collaborative nature of the whole qualified team is my absolute favorite. From pre-sales to well past implementation, you really feel like they are a part of your team. The willingness to build things the way that work for YOU is unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish admins could log reps out of chat if they forget to do it themselves. If reps don't log out when they are done for the day, it ruins the prospect experience. Annoying, but nowhere close to ruining the platform for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us at Fourkites to clearly view, track, and chat with prospects and customers on our website. We've used different chat tools in the past but it was tough to get buy-in from the team due to our low volume of inbound chats. However with qualified, not only are we able to see all the people on our site, but we can proactively engage with them before they chat in! Now the reps love keeping the chat open all day hoping they catch one of their top prospects poking around.
Outstanding in Every Aspect
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been the best technology vendor I have worked with in my 15+ years of experience in digital marketing. I never thought I would say I enjoyed a sales process, but I genuinely did with Qualified. Our sales process was led by Taylor Maxey. He was no pressure sales, very responsive, willing to do multiple demos for different teams, and just all around easy to work with. Jeff Ostenson led multiple demos for our teams. He explained the product well and even made the sales process fun. I didn't even know that was possible!
Brittany Rhyme led our onboarding and is nothing short of incredible. She is by far the best CSM I have had in a long time and potentially ever. I very much appreciate that she brings the same level of energy, if not more than the team did during the sales process. She is also an expert in the tool, which you think would be standard for the role, but it's not always. I am also impressed that the Qualified tool works as promised. I am going through implementation for another tool right now, and the CSM doesn't always know how to use the tool then it breaks from time to time! Qualified comes with the onboarding service like many tools do, but their process actually took the weight off us as the customer, so we could launch very quickly. The service of creating the chat flows, which Brittany leads, is invaluable. We would never be able to launch as quickly or build flows as well as she has with our entry-level knowledge. I also very much appreciate her interjecting her personal expertise in the chat flows. Brittany has a great balance of listening to our thoughts while professionally challenging us to think about things differently. Brittany will be the reason we are successful with Qualified and renew.

Qualified connects us to our customers when they are ready to engage with our brand. This connection shortens the sales cycle and leaves customers with a positive impression of our brand.
A truly unique product
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has completely transformed the idea of conversational marketing into something customizable and personalized so that prospects are truly receiving a custom experience on our website. Our BDRs have been able to get in front of prospects faster and convert more efficiently than ever before. Additionally, Qualified has the smoothest selling and onboarding experience I've ever had with a piece of technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't call this a dislike about the product - but I think it is helpful to have someone on your team that is comfortable with integrations and can help conceptualize experiences. The QSA will do almost all of the heavy lifting to build out experiences, but having some knowledge of internal processes helps the build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us use our website as a conversion tool with far less friction for the prospects. We are able to identify and get in front of prospects faster so that our BDRs can move them through the funnel quicker.
Quality Tool For Modern SDR Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The customization and complexity conform to every aspect of our SFDC environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to give feedback it would be to streamline the reporting for high-level and easy-to-digest dashboards.

Qualified has proven to be a fundamental tool in building a modern outbound SDR team.
Qualified is an excellent partner to work with for Conversational Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has enabled us to have a much better engagement with customers who visit our site, and we are able to personalize it to relevant content and conversations, resulting in a much higher conversion rate than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, when you have multiple users working within the platform, a user will change a setting without fully understanding the impact that may have on other programs running, but this is also an issue with many platforms of this type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us to engage with our customers and prospects via meaningful exchanges. It helps ensure that visitors can talk to sales at the right time for them, and get the relevant content for where they are at in their journey.
A whole new lever for Growth and Sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is highly customizable—our company has intricate workflows, and our systems do not match the way most other companies set their systems up. Despite all this, our Qualified Success Architect has found workarounds and pushed the product team to adapt to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding isn't the easiest thing in the world. Qualified is a specialized tool that works very closely with SFDC, and requires a good amount of involvement. This isn't a tool that you can get set up with in 1-2 weeks. For a proper experience/best results, you will likely need a tech lead, business owner, and someone to architect flows and work in lockstep with the various Growth teams at your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we've had no control over our Inbound funnel—there's only so much one can do. For Paid ads, you can spend more. For outbound, one can send more emails. Up until now, we've had no control over our Inbound funnel. Now, if our team is projected to miss our goals, we can be more loose with who we chat with on our site and spend more human resourcing towards winning over larger 'whales' and enterprise clients.
Easy integration with great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
It has been a really smooth integration to our website and easy enough for our reps to pick up quickly. Quickly led to meetings booked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Further integration with our routing tool would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to lead has increased as well as our knowledge of what our prospects are searching for on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Very unique tool that we are very excited about. The support and training for implementation could not have been more smooth.

Nothing as of yet, we are new to the tool but things are great.
