Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love the insights qualified provides, web traffic data, specific page data, who's on the site, where they're browsing and their history on the site. OUR CSM!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Until you get used to it, the UI can be a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights into our prospects!!! We didn't have this before and it's driven much higher revenue into our org.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Qualified has been amazing in making sure we are getting up and running AND staying on top of our plans for how to best leverage chat across our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The build flow is a little complex but the communication with the team we're working with at Qualified is so easy any questions get immediately answered. They're also not afraid to jump in themselves and help build or solve a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement from high value website visitors.
Qualified is an amazing product that helps build pipeline!
What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is phenomenal. It gives us a full view of who is visiting our website. But in addition, the team from Qualified is the best I've ever worked with. Logan, our Success Architect, has become a valued partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A- There is nothing for me to say here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has solved: Our ability to proactively reach out to visitors, prioritize who we chat with, and customize our chats, so they are more personable. Our business performance has increased!
Great tool and even better support!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an easy-to-use tool with a clean UI and a great support team. We've been using Qualified for about a year and the company has continued to evolve and support our team throughout our growth. We've worked with Derek on the Success Team and he is second to none. He's always coming up with new ideas for how we can make the platform even more useful for our team and he listens very well. If something doesn't quite work for our team at the time, we move along and revisit when we are in a position to talk about the ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. The company continues to grow its product set and is easy to use. One con for some companies could be that they only work with Salesforce users. I'm not sure if this is still the case but I remember when we were vetting them, that was a plus for our team because we knew it would integrate easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary thing we use Qualified for is our website chat system. Its functionality is great, the UI on the backend is good, and it's easy to set up. They've helped us build out different experiences and the routing system makes it great for customizing how the chats get routed to the inbound team.

ability to see what they are looking at and identify what information you want to give to them.

Nothing so far, everything works fine right now.

It helps to know what customers are looking for right now and start the sales process early.

Qualified is easy to implement and a powerful tool for increasing conversion on your website by directly engaging visitors. Stellar customer support!!

Additional features and chat seats can get pricey.

Qualified allows us to interact with folks browsing our website and capture valuable lead data that we didn't have access to before Qualified.

Qualified can sometimes provide incorrect web page viewer information.

Qualified allows us to better interact woth people that are curious about our product and technology. By live chatting, we really stand out from others!
Very good insights to user behavior. A bit intrusive

User interface and ease of access. Insights into prospect behavior is key.

It is a bit intrusive. Especially for prospect that have been previously targeted.

It is providing more leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified seamlessly integrates with our systems and provides actionable ways to interact with new customers that visit our website. The salesforce connection is honestly amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while we have issues with the online browser version not sending proper notifications, but it's fixed quickly by using the app version. Otherwise, everything seems to work really smoothly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to easily see what our customers are viewing on our website. This helps us understand what they view, what might cause misinformation and how we can improve our website. It also makes identifying potential issues like IT support request before initiating a chat.
Excellent product and better onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is head and shoulders better than the competition we evaluated. It's personalization is incredible, ease-of-use unmatched, and it seamlessly syncs with all of our tools. Also, the intelligence, specifically around being able to use SalesForce data such as pipeline stage to proactively reach out and nurture deals is excellent. The entire onboarding process is very easy. Our rep, Steve Jones, built everything for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there's nothing that I dislike about the platform. It's exceeded expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving our website conversion rate, helping us learn more about what our prospects are looking for, and reducing the friction to speaking to a rep (increasing speed to lead).
