Qualified has been such a great tool for our team!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has helped our sales development team to amp up our processes - the Signals intent data truly gives insight that we rarely saw before. And, implementation was seamless - Brittany Rhyme has been an absolute rockstar and helped us through every step from initial processes to onboarding new reps as they join the team. I can't thank her enough! We've already seen some great ROE numbers, and I look forward to seeing how it continues to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup process was a bit labor and time intensive, but our partnership with Brittany made it easy as can be!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified lets us have insights into our web traffic that other platforms don't provide. We can start conversations with visitors and generate a pipeline that otherwise would have gone untouched.
The best way to drive ROMI
What do you like best about the product?
The team! From our experience during the initial connections with our BDR (with Feh) to sales conversations (with Blake) through to launch and beyond (with Kate), we've been supported, heard, and seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside is not having my internal processes and tech setup optimized to make the most out of Qualified, but even with some limitations and opportunities for improvement on my end, my Qualified Success Architect (Kate) is helping me to get value out of the investment in the platform and services quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping me to focus limited resources so I can shorten my sales cycle. With Qualified, my outreach team is doing fewer cold calls and more warm touches with prospects who are in the mindset to be introduced to our solutions.
Linnea has been an excellent partner, is knowledgeable and responsive.

Just how easy Qualified is to work with.

Nothing -- everything has been great working with Qualified

Chatbot online experience that is providing a great online experience for our customers.
Best Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Kate's customer service was outstanding! Also love the live data that helps us connect with the most aligned potential clients for the best fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have only worked with Qualified a few months, so no dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to capture potential clients by connecting to them when they are most open to connecting.
Qualified is easy to use and easy to track inbound activity!

I like the additional support we received from our Qualified rep if we have any questions using this app.

I wish you could have multiple chat views with numerous site visitors open simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't necessarily have any "problems," but engaging with all of our site's visitors is excellent.

At this point nothing. It's a smart product with workarounds when need be.

Getting in front of prospects at the right time with the right messaging and content. Converting leads to meetings faster.
Ideal Chat Platform for Pardot Users
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding Qualified was simple. It connects seamlessly to Pardot and Salesforce. More than just a chatbot, Qualified is built to balance automation and authentic human interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some sync issues when connecting directly to Pardot but nothing that is a show stopper. I think the platform works more seamlessly when connected directly to Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified balances the ability to scale human interactions with large numbers of visitors to your website. With it, we've been able to generate better quality leads for our sales team at higher volume.
Love using Qualified
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Qualified! It has all of the features that I need (and more), and has been a great channel for me in my sales process. Anna has been incredibly responsive, pleasant to work with, and quickly got me up to speed. Truly a great help throughout the process :)

Nothing - this tool has been easy to work with and immediately showed me value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting qualified leads that are visiting out website. We put a lot into SEO, so this is super beneficial.

the qualified product team is consistently rolling out new features that are helpful and always keep one eye on measuring ROI to drive extra value.

it can be somewhat deep and complicated in terms of building out the experiences themselves.

qualified is helping us streamline the conversion process while also understanding our web traffic on a much deeper level.
Great product and customer-centric org
What do you like best about the product?
Great product and excellent support - very customer-centric. My team works regularly with Genise C, who is well-prepared, insightful, and consultative.

Nothing comes to mind - we've had a great experience with the tool and the team.
