Qualified is simply great
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how qualified creates experiences for prospects based on who they are - customers, partners, prospects, campaign leads etc. The best part about it - that it integrates with 6sense and clearbit so it know who the person is (or from which account) without the need for us to cookie them first. It also notifies specific teams about specific accounts doing specific actions, which is super helpful.
Also loving the fact how easy is to book a demo with our BDR right from the chat even when our team is unavailable.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the experience building process go be simplified. Its not the most easy to use thing, but at the same time is crucial to get the value from the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting website visitors to leads, taking customer inquiries, booking demos with BDRs, pipeline generation.

Excellent partnership & platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great but I cannot speak highly enough of our solution architect. She consistently keeps our team aligned, brings creative solutions/approaches to the table, and is an incredibly thorough problem solver with us. We can keep testing and expanding what we do on the platform because of her dependable partnership. There is definitely a learning curve to get a handle on building experiences/segments/etc. but Jennifer has been endlessly patient.
As for the platform itself: Qualified makes a real impact on our lead gen and pipeline. There are so many ways to make this platform fit our business’s priorities and we’re excited to keep expanding our implementation.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to really get a handle on building experiences. I'm still learning even 5+ months on the platform but that's expected with every new technology implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us convert the right website visitors into leads/meetings booked but also enables our team to meet the needs of our visitors (either by surfacing the right content or connecting them to a live rep)

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not sure I could speak more highly of the product or the people at Qualified. From onboarding to continued success meetings, Qualified has answered every need we have had, and has opened our eyes to even more possibilities. I started as an end user and transitioned to an administrator, working more closely with the team, and not only was the process seamless, it was also refreshing and motivating! Steph Nguyen and John Duffy have been instrumental to our team's success and I cannot thank them enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Round-robin functionality can be improved, but there are numerous workarounds for now!

Qualified helps us to maintain a customer-centeric approach that supports our PLG motion within our sales org.

What do you like best about the product?
The service is awesome. The team really makes sure you are getting the most out of the platform.

There really isn't a lot I dislike. No big issues.

It is helping us assist folks on our website faster and getting them to our sales team at an accelerated rate.
Upleveled AI Chatbot & Top Notch Customer Success Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Earlier this year, we upgraded our website chatbot from rules-based branching to an AI SDR...and it's incredible how well Piper can respond to questions! It's eased the strain on our reps to not have to be continuously online to answer questions since Piper can handle questions and book meetings 24/7. It also eased the strain on our marketing team since we no longer have to manage the countless branches when we were doing rules-based logic. I also appreciate no longer needing to have as many manual translations for localized experiences which can be a bear to maintain and QA. Another area of the platform I use often is Offers. I love how I can easily segment what gets shown to users and manage them all without dev support. The cherry on top is the incredible support we receive from our Customer Success Architect. Their expertise, quick responses, and pleasant demeanor makes our ongoing relationship quite enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all of the content that Piper crawls in the initial onboarding phase, it makes for a hefty QA experience prior to launch. The scorecard functional is helpful to see common questions but the refinement process takes a while (which is worth it in the long run). It would be helpful to have a filter to option to see the content publish date so we can exclude older blogs and press releases that we don't want Piper referencing. We've experienced some issues with the crawl rate limit as sometimes it can overload the server. It would be nice to have options to schedule crawl dates and times, as well as how long the crawl takes

For our demand gen team, Qualifed is a vital pipeline generation tool! We can offer our customers and prospects tailored experiences to best meet their needs from speaking with a rep in real time, finding helpful resources, or scheduling a demo of our product.
Extremely Valuable for SDRs!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is extremely easy and intuitive to use as a new SDR. Qualified has not only helped with increasing my meeting bookings but also allows me to engage with our prospects in real time. Qualified has shortened our sales process with speedy connections and for current customers to reach the correct representative immediately. Rob has been an enormous help in providing best practices that have helped us get better results from our experiences on the website. I am also a big fan of Signals; it has helped me to prioritize my outreach more efficiently and thoughtfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is that the chat window has become smaller with the voice/video feature, and I have to turn it off to see the chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better visibility around a prospect/ account. I can see any previous interactions with colleagues and the lead information from Salesforce without leaving Qualified. This creates quicker response times, and I am also alerted when a lead has clicked through an email cadence or hits the site.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified provides an intuitive interface to create customized user experiences for all audiences that visit your site. Seeing these insights in real time helps our SDs engage with visitors on-the-spot and have proactive conversations with them since Qualified allows you to see the path the visitor took during the current and previous sessions. I am also a big fan of the Qualified onboarding team - they have been amazing, helpful and ready with suggestions on how our team can maximize the early use cases for the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform was built to be optimized with SFDC and how out-of-the-box features within SFDC are used, it leaves little room for flexibility with integration with different tools, like marketing automation platforms. But they are actively working on expanding those capabilities and seem very eager to understand how their customers want to be able to use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is giving our SD team insight into how visitors are interacting with the site without needing to have a conversation. They get a sense of what the visitor is looking for and can reach out in real time with relevant, personalized information. Secondly, it allows visitors to schedule meetings with our SD team without a lot of complicated integrations or additional plugins. Lastly, we can view insights in real-time and gain a sense of who is on our site based on our internal segment definitions and use cases, allowing us to prioritize our most sought-after accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of engagement from the Qualified team. Shelby Parton is doing fantastic work helping build and provide guidance on best practices and helping us get the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the platform - The one thing that I would say is they might benefit from have a package for micro / small businesses so they could get ther benefits of a platform like this.

Filling the Gaps in time zones is helpful with a small team. (Having 24/7 sales engagement)

Qualified has been a great product, the UI is easy to use for sales people and the features are very robust!
Apart from the product, what stands this tool apart is the exceptional customer service we've received throughout the way from the team. I've worked with many Marketing and Sales tech vendors before, but have never come across a team that's so dedicated to our success with the tool every step of the way.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice if the fuzzy matching for accounts was a little more reliable, but that again is just nitpicking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CS Architect, Genise, has been a great partner in understanding our use case, creating different experiences for different pages, demographics, personas. We're been up for about 3 months now and have already seen great results.
