What do you like best about the product?
Our consultant, Brittany, has been critical in our implementation. She is incredibly knowledgeable in MOPs and understands what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified does not natively integrate with Bizible, our multi-touch attribution tool; this is the only gap we have with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has allowed our reps to see where our prospects are coming from, how to best interact with the prospect, and streamline communications with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Super insightful gives a good overview of popular pages, what customers want to see, direct contact to prospects. Easy to use and can bring extra opportunities in without having to go looking for accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if the prospects were allocated to accurate BDR understand that is difficult if there isn't much info on lead. Would prefer to have less support questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say there are any particular problems that Qualified are solving but its added value is it sends notifications through when someone has clicked through and helps with follow up

What do you like best about the product?
Our Qualified Architect Stephanie is a fantastic resource and works incredibly well with our marketing and sales teams to fine-tune our results. The tool itself is straightforward to use and has a mac app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stephanie always creates a solution or finds a workaround if there are any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified makes engaging with new business, known leads and existing customers easier on our site. This engagement is leading to better response times on support issues and new enquiries, and gives a better experience to anyone browsing.

Best Customer Support of Any Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified lets us get real-time insights into who is hitting the site and provide our customers & prospects with immediate responses. I cannot say enough good things about Brittany Rhyme and Jordan Pierro from Qualified. Brittany works with us weekly to improve how we use the tool and build out experiences on our site. I have never seen customer support like what we get with the Qualified team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest gap I see for the BDRs using Qualified in their day-to-day is the ability to search. There is a lack of searchability on what prospects you have chatted with in the past and on Signals reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to chat live with prospects on our site, visibility into who is hitting the site, visibility into accounts that we were unaware of researching our product, increased pipeline and conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
With Qualified I am able to be notified quickly that someone is on our website and ready to chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meeting routing doesnt always follow our company structure on who the meeting should go to.

Speed to lead, with Qualified I am able to speak with prospects faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I am so happy we implemented Qualified Chat. It is a wonderful tool, easy to use, and provides tons of visibility on our prospects and current clients. Jennifer Schneider was so instrumental in getting us set up and continues to provide top support when we need her. Overall, it is an amazing tool that I highly recommend. Keep up the good work Qualified team!

nothing at this time as Jennifer continues to provide us with amazing customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Though I find the Qualified platform extremely beneficial- having Logan become part of our team has been the most valuable part of our experience!

Nothing- everything about the platform is great and helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that prospects can directly book a meeting from Qualified and you receive an Outlook notification for a 15-minute conversation. Most of them have led to opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the meeting booked were not for my territory but I reported the issue to my Marketing colleagues and they fixed it. Everything is working properly now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving the cold calling challenge we may face as SDR's and it allows us to directly speak with interested prospects so we don't have to find out if they have a project as they do most of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the shortcuts the best for qualified. It makes answering questions and chatting much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the notification system. Luckily we've figured out how to edit it, but there are parts of my day where I feel bombarded with notifications.

Qualified helps us get in touch with prospects faster and easier. It also helps us answer quick questions.
