Get More Meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has helped me and a few of my fellow SDR's gain more meetings by giving us the ability to interact/engage with customers on our website in real-time. It helps users on our website have a hands-on interactive positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disconnect between CRM (Saleforce) and actions taken on the website/qualified don't always match up which can create some confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have faster and more open communication with companies which in return has helped book more meetings as well as create a better experience for the people that are on our website. Also, the Intent tool is super helpful in seeing what companies are showing buying intent for your products/services to ensure more attempts are being made for engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified easily weaves into your workflow and is intuitive to use. It will help set meetings for your outbound team and will create opportunities you wouldn't have found otherwise.
It also helps a company direct questions or problems to the right people; you may have someone on the chat asking a question unrelated to the employee online. But that employee can get the contact info, find the answers or person they need to connect with, and then circle back to the contact on the chat to ensure they're taken care of. Less loose ends, more immediate problem-solving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bot that chats with a contact obviously isn't as precise as talking with a person, and sometimes this means the routing is a bit peculiar. But these are easy things to iron out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
*cuts down time between a contact's question and an answer
*this makes it easier to set meetings immediately
*makes it easier to get questions answered immediately for current customer
*consistently lets you deliver faster customer service and helps build goodwill with prospects and current customers

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is hands down the best chat platform I have used to date. From the discovery & implementation sessions to the integrations, experimentation, channel-specific customization, outbound motions, and on... not to mention, the support is NEXT LEVEL. Andrew has become a fixture on our team and has helped us optimize the tool along the way. He and Qualified are often the topics of (very positive) discussion on the Sales side of the house - always a good sign! :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report yet. Any issues have been handled almost immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has become one of the largest pipeline drivers for our teams. Taking high-value web visitors that we would have missed and converting them to opportunities at a rate we have not seen in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
CS team & onboarding process is extremely smooth. The Qualified team helps you get up and running quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were better Slack/real-time notifications but they do have an integration that works fairly well just not as detailed as I'd hope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a chat solution that was able to do all the heavy lifting in terms of automation to help our team target and prioritize appropriately.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows teams to interface with website visitors, but the real value comes from the data they collect overall. Being able to peruse the pages your visitors were viewing (and pull that information to other systems) is super helpful. Additionally, the Qualified team is great about working with your specific business needs to find creative solutions for your webchat and your analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that prospects visiting the website on the weekends/after hours can't live chat, but that is a staffing issue, not a Qualified issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the leaky funnel problem for our Sales and Marketing teams. We able to connect with potential customers while they are looking at our website, and the data collection through cookies is very helpful for chasing down those leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has become one of the most effective and efficient prospecting tools I have used in the last couple of months! It has truly proved its worth and application in more ways than what is marketed for! I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to grow their outreach!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no dislikes for qualified!

Qualified has simplified the prospecting and outreach process by 10 fold.

What do you like best about the product?

- easy and seamless integration with salesforce
- The customer success team is world class. We have a dedicated customer success director, Anna , who is extremely thorough and knows all the ins and outs of the platform in order to make my team super successful.
- the training and onboarding is top notch. Anna has walked me through every aspect of qualified through 1x1 sessions, guided me on coaching opportunities to help my team better use qualified and has done one off trainings to enable new sdrs on my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
- nothing comes to mind its straight forward and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us get in touch with customers and prospects in real time. The ability to get to customers in real time has not only helped improve the quality of our pipeline but has increased it as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified offers different / customisable experiments for your customers/visitors and a good amount dashboard and reports to track your success.
Not to mention, the AMAZING customer success tema!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!! Qualified meets our needs and requirements so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customise customer and lead experiences in our website and Salesforce Appexchange page and other specific landing pages. Qualified also helps us improve the lead-to-sales speed, creating specific experiments and alerts that help our Sales team book more meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to integrate our calendar and send our meeting booker. It really saves time allowing the prospect to pick a time and day that works for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like any product it doesn't work perfectly all the time... However, I do not like that the video option takes up the entire chat box. I am unable to use it due to the need to be able to chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to aid in prospect outreach and quick response time leading to better relationships with prospects throughout the sales journey. The support we are given from Qualified has aided us in being able to better utilize the Qualified platform

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is very easy to use, and their training is helpful. The team also check-in regularly and work with us on any feedback we provide. I like how the team works on ways to make it better for what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is the window view when chatting with a prospect is small, and I have to turn off my voice/video option to view the chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better visibility on the prospect information and account. I can see if the prospect is already working with someone on my team and pulls all the information we have from Salesforce. The team has also provided training on how to be more successful in getting a prospect engaged with your conversation. They have helped us book more meetings with prospects.
