How Qualified Helped Me Book More Quality Meetings + Increase Pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
We frequently say at VAST that our website is our virtual storefront and that Qualified allows us to greet customers as they come in and help them find what they are looking for. Think of the kind of help you get when you visit a Publix or one of the stores you enjoy going to regularly. It is likely that one of the reasons you enjoy going there is that the employees are helpful and attentive. In a virtual, work-from-home world, Qualified allows companies to extend that same level of customer service to all the virtual foot traffic a site receives daily. This lends itself to getting in touch with the leads that are already interested in your services. Often times these are leads we were not privy to, but Qualified allows us to connect with these folks in the course of their market research or a LinkedIn ad they saw.

Within a month of adopting Qualified, I booked three introductions with key decision makers who had come onto our site in the course of their research. It was easy setting up an introduction with the calendar plug-ins so that the lead had a one-click step to booking the most convenient time for them. And the best part, these three meetings lead to over $1M in pipeline that I may not have otherwise found!!

The team at Qualified has consistently been helpful with quick response times in offering advice, webinars with best use tips, and the weekly questions that come up from our team. I highly recommend using Qualified for your business both because of its value and the customer support you receive :)
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications we receive through our app in Slack or on mobile phones can sometimes be a bit excessive. It has been the case a few times that I click on these notifications and they take me to chats wherein the lead has already left the site, but this may be more on the lead opening our page and clicking out of it than a mistake on Qualified's end. We have had to toy with the amount of notifications set up, but overall it has not detracted from our experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is getting us in touch with leads that were in our blind spots and that is changing the amount of introductions and productivity we accomplish on a daily basis. It also allows us to get in touch with leads that have clicked on a link we have sent them in an email right as they get on our site. It offers us the opportunity to pounce on them at the perfect time.

What do you like best about the product?
Our customer success manager is fantastic! He checks in regularly, helps me manage our account and experiences, and provides valuable business reviews. The app itself is also user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations with registration tools would be awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us get quicker access to prospects and easily answer questions. We've booked a great deal of meetings that have resulted in pipeline and closed business.

What do you like best about the product?
Logan Brown has been a fantastic customer success architect with relentless attention to detail. He has helped our organisation and teams immensely with his vast knowledge of his product. He is detail-oriented and always willing to lend a hand whenever needed.

Nothing so far! The software keeps developing and fixing its own issues fast enough.

What do you like best about the product?
We just finished our Phase 1 and implementation- I've onboarded many tools so far in my career, and this has been the smoothest; all others will be held to this standard going forward. With Kevin's help (Success Architect, Customer Success), our entire team could learn the tool quickly and efficiently, and he was able to help us plan and strategize our phased launch approach. He was more than we could have asked for in a launch partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet found a downside in all honesty, I'm finding both the team and product to be great to work with. Any trouble I come into, we're able to resolve quickly!

Connecting Prospects to Sales quicker, Aiding in Navigation, Site Personalization, Demo bookings.

The support and assistance INCLUDED in our contract price has been amazing, not only with implamintation and systems integration, but with onboarding, training, and weekly follow up

No initial challenges, still early in our usage.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick, simple, collaborative setup and integrations. We were up and running in 30 days with the help of our awesome CSM. Intuitive user experience and solid integrations to our MarTech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant, we worked through removing spam/non-target meeting requests that were initially burdensome, but otherwise an exceptional experience so far.

Prospect and customer engagement, quality lead information, understanding of prospect/customer needs, and streamlining our lead flow process.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about Qualified is the attention they give to try to make their product the best it can be for our brand specifically. I think there are lots of cool features to use, but they are great about understanding what is best for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is difficult with any chatbot on your website, but I would say that it's pretty hard to think of other ways to personalize without potentially overstepping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps solve the problem of getting prospects questions answered. It's so easy for prospects to now come to our site and set up a meeting with a Sales Rep right away to get their questions answered.
