Fast and easy implementation

What do you like best about the product?
We got a fully managed support package for our Qualified subscription and Rob and his team did an excellent job setting up the tool on our site. We're a month in and no meetings yet, but lots of great learnings and we feel confident that Qualified has our backs as we continue to optimize our conversational marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any meetings set as of yet, but we are learning a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting new insights on our site traffic and allowing for more direct outreach for our BDR team. Qualified is making our site more useful.

What do you like best about the product?
- Qualified is easy and set up to use especially with the help and guidance of their team and docuemntation

- User friendly both as an end user and admin
* From the users standpoint it just stands as a simple chatbox that prompts them to answer the questions you've configured
* From the admin you only need to alter a few settings here and there. It's very easy to maintain

- Can make workflows as simple or complex as you need + workflows are also really easy to establish

- Their technical support is some of the best I've encountered of any software we've used in the past
* They have a dedicated success manager that sets a regular cadence with
* Even their general support and success team is very responsive. They get back to emails almost immediately to address any issues you may be experiencing


- Qualified also easily integrates into Salesforce - giving you greater insight on how you can engage your users
- Qualified's chat features streamline a lot of communication
What do you dislike about the product?
Could potentially have better internal reporting functionality internally rather then being mostly reliant on how it's connecting with your reporting functionality within Salesforce. That said it's also somewhat of an expensive solution in comparison with some other chatbots but with good reason such as the set of features and support that you receive with most large plans.

Although the platform is also pretty intuitive once you get a hang of everything it takes some time to get fully familiar with all the features, reporting and functionality it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps people access you in an easy and non-intrusive way. This helps expand your reach as some prospects would be more inclined to contact you at chat at first over phone or email.

It also gives us additional visibility to how our customers interact with our page as we get real-time views of users interacting with the website.

What do you like best about the product?
Nathan has helped us to really take advantage of Qualified. We love how we can engage with potential customers and help them in real-time. The reports are just amazing! All the data you need to take better decisions and see what is working and what is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I do not like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can help users to find what they are looking for and provide a much better user experience. It has automated a lot of our processes and removed a lot of friction from our sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is great for efficiency and is easy to use. It is also very easy to track metrics within the platform to gauge interactions and team performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the biggest downside I've experienced while using Qualified has been the length of time it took to set up all of the experiences and avenues for our team to connect with leads. Once everything was in place, the tool has been fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps our team focus on the highest intent leads in real-time. We have visibility into who is currently interacting with our site while being provided with useful information to increase conversion metrics.

Smooth and Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
The demo request process on our website has improved a lot since implementing Qualified and that is very important but personally, I love the quick and constant great customer service we get from our CSM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a lot of downsides to using Qualified. Implementation and transitioning was a lot for our team to handle all at once and we had some bugs but that is to be expected and, again, our CSM was very quick to fix anything and everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to not let possible revenue fall through the cracks and miss opportunities when we don't have people on standby. They integrate with your CRM and MAP, among many other things, allowing for quick, easy enrichment and look-up of your prospects. I find this incredibly valuable when conversing with a live customer. Also, the amount of depth that I've seen our Marketing department go into with the Qualified team is incredible; being able to auto-book meetings based on territories and follow all sorts of decision trees.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy most about Qualified is the ability to send someone else's calendar right over the website. Instead of scrambling and having to keep open 1000 different calendars, I can just send the individual who would be best fit to meet with the prospect. Additionally, we can see where the prospect is in our SFDC Pipeline, granting insane amounts of visibility and information to make the right decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Qualified will automatically make me unavailable within the app, and then I might miss a visitor that has asked to chat because my notifications turned off. That being said, that is very rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified simplifies the logistics on my end of scheduling with a prospect, and thus cuts down the wait time on their end, increasing the odds of conversion to a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified lowers barriers to building rapport with prospects and website visitors. I love how customizable it is, and as a rep, it makes my work more fun and creative to have various channels for bringing in new business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications can be a lot if you have lots of traffic! There are many moving parts. And it can be a challenge to manage visitors who are constantly shifting or visiting different parts of our website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing use to make outreach or contact more relevant and personalized, while also enabling us to provide a friendly and approachable entry point to our business.

What do you like best about the product?
From the initial onboarding, all the way to utilising the solution has been a seamless experience. The solution enables us to quickly react to new and existing customer needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike about the solution that we've discovered so far in our Qualified journey. There are elements around integrations of third party data we are interested in exploring and how we can improve customer segmentation based on certain criteria
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving our problem in measuring account engagement and how we can improve lead generation and net expansion on key accounts. It gives us the ability to track that our marketing messaging is resonating with our core target audiences and helps us to improve content engagement and track product interest.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce to push and pull information directly to contacts visiting your site that are in a current sales cycle. Nathan Chein our CSM is great to work with!

Qualified seems like its dependent on Salesforce integration to be successful

Qualified is helping our BDR teams deliver a faster time to market to book meetings and engage sales early to start a sales cycle. Our CSM Nathan Chein helps manage expectations and execution of our chatbot experiences, super valuable.
