What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-use UI and the option to bring your own lexicon. I also appreciate that it supports different channel formats like chats and email. The initial setup was swift and straightforward.

Platform support could be improved

Data ingestion processes for all chat interaction without no errors observed and very efficient, secure and scalable and easy to use interface.
