Data ingestion processes for all chat interaction without no errors observed and very efficient, secure and scalable and easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Major issues, so the platform is pretty stable.

It's very useful for our Regulatory Compliance and the platform is very secure and reliable. The system supports long-term retention of all chat and email formats with no reported issues in data integrity or accessibility
