BSP FOR EVERY API PROVIDER
What do you like best about the product?
1) Gupshup has been very easy and effective BSP provider
2) They have easy implementation and Documentation
3) They have cloud APIs which helps for any API providers to implement them for faster service to be provided to the end customer
4) Gupshup has a very effective and good support team for any assistance required

1) They dont have genric dashboard for all the team members

1) Gupshup has solved many cloud APIs problem with was not been solved by other BSPs

Gupshup addresses the need for streamlined and efficient conversational experiences across multiple channels, which benefits me by providing a robust platform for engaging with users and delivering relevant information and assistance effectively.

Its basically bridging the gap between our company and our consumers.
The ease at which are able to get the template approved and send it to our users it's really helping us there.

A decent Whatsapp marketing and automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gupshup is easy to configure and integrate with CRM and ERP platforms. I like how we can send out personalised bulk broadcasts to everyone in a single click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gupshup does not a mobile interface and the enterprise plans are not economic

We use gupshup majorly for marketing and sending out bulk broadcasts . We also use bots for automating meeting reminders on WhatsApp
Unmatched flexibility cloud telephony solution
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to modify process flow quite easily to accommodate as per my business need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports and dashboard need improvements.

I used gupshup as a could telephony solution for automated sales and service calls. We had huge benifit by saving almost 80% man hours of effort at out contact center. CSAT and call wait time reduced substantially as well
