A Game-Changer for Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate LucidLink for enabling our graphic design and packaging agency to work fully remote as a team. It helps us collaborate in real time seamlessly, even though we're at different locations. I like the easy-to-use interface, the reliability, the security, and the scalability. The transition from using a clumsy and slow VPN system to LucidLink has been a game changer. The interface is much easier, and the operation is just seamless. Setting up the SaaS was very easy, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add

Game-Changer for Global File Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I use LucidLink for my video marketing agency where I have two overseas editors. I really like the ease and efficiency of uploading files and how my overseas editors can access them immediately. The speed of file access is game changing. LucidLink is affordable and obtainable, which is important for my business. It's also very easy to use and intuitive, making it a great choice for our file transfer needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to understand how much I'm going to pay. I think making it clear on how much you will pay for that specific month, updating live dynamically what the price would be instead of going over a limit and guessing how much you'll pay the next month would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidLink makes file uploads efficient and fast, allowing overseas editors to access them instantly, which is game-changing. It's affordable, easy to use, and very intuitive.
Fast Cloud Storage with Smooth Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use LucidLink every day at work as a cloud-based storage solution. I appreciate its quick usage and substantial storage capacity, which really helps save time. It facilitates collaboration with my peers on a shared drive effectively. I like the easy navigation, and I'm really pleased that it's not clunky or glitchy. Additionally, the initial setup of LucidLink for my team was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you need WiFi to use it and it would be good to be able to access files on portable devices like phones and iPads easier. It would be good to access the files on my phone, so if I'm out of the office and need to send files to a colleague, I could do it straight from my phone with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidLink speeds up my workflow with quick access and ample storage. It enhances collaboration on a shared drive, and I love the easy navigation and smooth performance.
Intuitive and Efficient, But Lacks Mobile Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I find LucidLink easy for document upload, which is really convenient for sharing financial docs. Transferring and accessing documents between devices and users is smooth. I also appreciate that the app is intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating new profiles and projects was a little clunky. Couldn't access website version from phone had to use app, which has limited capabilities. Couldn't set up from phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LucidLink for easy document transfer and accessing files across devices and users, simplifying sharing financial documents.
Plenty of Storage Space
What do you like best about the product?
Storage space. That's pretty much it. There's some things I wouldn't mind changing though.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extra steps with AzureAD/AD. Nested Grouping isn't a thing. Group and User creation is a bit of a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup storage space. No worries about losing data
Streamlined Remote Collaboration with LucidLink
What do you like best about the product?
I use LucidLink for working with freelancers on editing projects and sharing files more easily across the Internet. It really streamlines my workflow compared to slower services like Google Drive. I find it easy to use, and it has a nice UI panel for controlling admin operations. I also like the built-in Premiere Pro panel, which works natively in the editor we're using, providing a seamless integration. The initial setup was very easy, which was an added bonus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think onboarding people into our system and giving them access could be a little bit more clear as well as the billing parameters and how things increase in price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LucidLink to work with freelancers, solving the issue of sending large video files quickly and easily, which used to be a huge bottleneck in my workflow.

I like that LucidLink allows us to access Adobe files and images quickly and easily. It's fast, so it doesn't cause slow loading issues with any files. I really appreciate that it integrates with Windows File Explorer, which means I don't have to use another application to access files. It allows me to easily access files without needing to learn and navigate through new apps. The initial setup was very easy; I just downloaded it, set up accounts, and moved all our files over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, it has been disconnecting a lot. Other than that, it works perfectly.

Easy Setup, but Limited Linux Support, Storage, and Backup Options
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup is very nice. Not alot of thought needs to go into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Linux support kinda sucks. Limit storage. lack of external backup options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Local files for multiple users in a project.
Smooth Setup, Needs UI Polish
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we don't need to spend much time uploading files or downloading stuff because they’re just all there. It integrates perfectly into our workflow, which makes it really efficient for us. The initial setup is very easy, and once we figured it out, it just worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's really buggy and naming conventions can mess up our team and make sure we don't access the stuff. I think the UI is a little bothersome too. Sometimes it's hard to understand, and the mobile app is super non comprehensive. Also, the web app is pretty limited. I'd like to view it up to you files more in the web app. Select mouse files at once. We'll customize the download options closer to Google Drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LucidLink for sharing video files and collaborating on projects without shipping hard drives. It integrates perfectly into our workflow, saving time on file uploads and downloads, and provides easy access to all our files.
