A Game-Changer for Our Video Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
LucidLink has become an essential part of our video production routine. Before, moving large files between editors and clients was a constant headache—slow transfers, duplicate versions, and endless waiting. With LucidLink, everything feels like working on a local drive. Our team can access and collaborate on massive video files instantly, no matter where they are. It has saved us hours every week, reduced storage costs, and eliminated the frustration of syncing issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge we had was figuring out how to add people to a folder. At first it wasn’t obvious, but after checking the knowledge base the steps were very clear. Since then, no issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use LucidLink every day for editing and content delivery. It gives our entire team access to the same assets instantly, without waiting for uploads or downloads. This has streamlined our workflow and allowed us to focus on creativity instead of logistics.

Fast and easy

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up and relatively painless to use. Don't really need to think about it too much other than paying the bill.
What do you dislike about the product?
Premiere extension is a little clunky / not super straight forward. More or clearer insight into data use and how it will be reflected in the monthly bill might be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing to connect multiple editors to the same drive without needing to download or manage files before getting to work.

What do you like best about the product?
With LucidLink, I can open and work on huge files in no time, saves me a lot of time

It’s updated quite a few times per month and tends to disconnect frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidLink lets me work on big files right away, without having to download them. It saves a lot of time and makes working with others super easy.

Effortless Remote Collaboration with LucidLink

What do you like best about the product?
I love that LucidLink is instant and can be uploaded and used simultaneously. It really solves the all-remote workflow by giving everyone immediate access to files. The move from classic to G2 has made the system work even better and smoother. The initial setup of LucidLink was very easy, and with the transition to G2, it became even simpler, which is a huge plus for onboarding new team members.

Pretty Solid Drive for Multimedia Post Production

What do you like best about the product?
It just works. The hardest thing in todays overly exaggerated SaaS world this one works as advertised. Integration was simple enough. One day I was on Google Drive the next I was on Lucidlink and its been a true joy. I use this tool every single day. There is no day where I do not use this so it needs to be solid and just work and this does that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service does not automatically start as it is supposed to but I just turn it on manually and it works great every time no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast availability of resources across multiple editors that updates almost real time.

What do you like best about the product?
So simple, I can get someone to download and install have way around the world and files are ready instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey. The payment tiers can add up quick, so you still need some other offline storage to balance things. It's def not for archiving long term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more hard drives, my media is ready anywhere to be streamed.

We have no structural issues: LL has essentially proved trouble-free for us.

Since we are essentially a "middle man" LL is a reliable partner for us in providing media transit

What do you like best about the product?
The software operates quickly and reliably, and the support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there were options for a longer backup history, though this isn't essential for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We faced ongoing difficulties hosting our Revit central files on various cloud solutions, as they frequently caused our models to crash. Since switching to Lucid, those problems have been resolved, and we have not experienced any issues.

Smooth experience

What do you like best about the product?
Previously we used in house server which has lot of latency. But with LucidLink it is fast and reliable even from home. I like the mobile app that works with any network. I use it everyday from my workstation and home. It is easily replaced with our previous servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there is no downside I have experienced since I have not yet worked with large files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved latency and soled the problem that required VPN for connecting to my office server which increased efficiency
