What do you like best about the product?

The latest edition 2019 provides support till the year 2030! A decade free of re-installations for the SQL Server developers. This is a good sign for reliability.
Improved code performance features are another plus, that makes 99% of the SQL queries run faster.

What do you dislike about the product?

The learning takes longer due to the lack of best practices present in the documentation.
The 2017 version is more preferable by the developers due to its longer shelf life, stability, and considering a good balance between the existing and new features added.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Scalar UDF Inlining issues in SQL Server 2019 issue fix has dramatically sped up the execution of queries by automatically converting inconsistent UDFs into relational expressions.
