I like being able to schedule posts, whether they’re our own or suggested posts, because it helps keep people engaged- whether tenants or prospects.

It's a learning curve because there is a lot to learn with it, but we are getting used to it!

What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi for its content library and the premade content it offers. This really stands out to me as beneficial. The initial setup of SOCi was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the use of Coordinated Universal Time to be a pain. It should be fixed to each time zone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps with scheduling for social media in my business and offers a content library with premade content that I really like.

Having to get posts approved, but it’s just a company policy.

Email Review Alerts That Keep Me on Top of Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
In a single day a lot happens, one thing that has always been a saving grace is the email alerts for reviews. Whether the review was good or bad, it's nice to be alerted immediately so I can handle them accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across something I don't like.

SOCi has been helping me manage social media posts and stay on top of reviews, making it easier to keep everything organized and up to date.
Simple, User-Friendly Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
The usability and how simple it is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform takes forever to load when trying to schedule a post with a photo attached to it. It's also hard to upload videos to be scheduled. I also don't like how I can't schedule Instagram posts anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to schedule posts for multiple platforms and manage them all within one platform, not having to deal with multiple logins.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how SOCi is easy, convenient, and super user-friendly. It's a great tool for scheduling content, and I love how it gives suggestions and I can easily see the analytics and everything. The initial setup was great!

Sometimes it may take a while to load when I first open but that’s about it
