Soci is great for anyone using social media
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and you can practically teach yourself!

That all social media sites can't be used with soci

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my posts are built for me and I can pick and choose what I want each day. This saves us so much time and the ads always look great. I love that it easily posts directly to our social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there has not been anything that I dislike about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having a hard time keeping up with building the ads and adding them to each of our social media sites. This save us so much time.
I appreciate how easy SOCi is to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I have 4 different accounts linked in SOCi and I love that I can post to all 4 with one click. I also like being able to reply to reviews in one place. It definetely makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish I could do is post to Nextdoor with SOCi.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi provides a ton of data to evaluate how successful we are at our social media posts and campaigns. It makes responding to review simple. Assists with scheduling and posting on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notifications of receiving reviews immediately provide assistance in responding to negative reviews, leading you to believe the review is negative even when it is a 5 star review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us increase our social media footprint and get clients coming into the hospital.
Pretty User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can have different photo libraries to store photos for future use. I have to post multiple posts throughout the month and so it makes it easier so I don't have to look through my personal photo albums. I like how I can see the whole month on one screen and can just choose a date and then write a post for our Facebook page. It's pretty user friendly even for ones who have never had to make posts for their company before. Definitely recommend it. Once you get training on how to use it - your good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using SOCI consistently for about a month or so. I haven't as of yet found anything that I dislike with it. But that doesn't mean down the road I might not find something. But as of right now I am very pleased with it.

It's helping me to effectively submit posts for our social media platform. It's quick and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using SOCI as a property manager in March 2020, right at the onset of the pandemic. During that challenging time, SOCI was an invaluable tool that allowed me to stay connected with residents virtually, helping us maintain strong communication and engagement despite the restrictions.
Since then, I’ve moved into a Marketing Coordinator role, where I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with a SOCI Account Manager who has made setting up and managing the backend of my properties straightforward and efficient. Their support and expertise have been instrumental in helping us streamline our social media efforts and reach our audience effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to SOCI is the limitation in integration, specifically with Instagram. Unfortunately, SOCI can’t yet utilize all of Instagram’s features, like posting stories, which can be restrictive for those who want to fully leverage every aspect of social media. But overall, SOCI remains a fantastic tool for property management teams looking to enhance their digital engagement.

Whether we're broadcasting to multiple communities or tailoring content for a specific audience at a single location, SOCI makes it easy to deliver targeted, consistent messaging. With just a few clicks, we can share engaging content that resonates with our residents, builds our brand, and drives traffic—all while saving time and ensuring each community receives the personalized attention it deserves.

What do you dislike about the product?
While it's not necessarily a knock on the SOCi API, the response signatures can be dynamic in nature and cause some issues for casting the response into objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick uptime on search engines, maps, etc.
