What do you like best about the product?
SoCi is such a powerful tool. It makes managing social media and local marketing easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far - SOCI is easy to use.

SoCi Makes Social Media Brand Management Seamless!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Calendar feature! It makes things so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more editing tools with planning posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to plan multiple posts in advance, typically I like to log in once a month and get our social media completed for a few weeks.
Streamlines everything.

This software makes life so much easier and it is very user friendly

Nothing so far that I can think of that I don't like

It just helps a lot to be able to schedule everything is one place.
One Management Platform: So Many Uses
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much you can do on the platform. From responding to reviews across all locations with the help of AI responses, quick and easy ad launching, post scheduling, and report building, there is so much SOCi can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of bugs from time to time, but the support and engineering teams are always on it. There is not a ticket that goes unmissed or unresponsed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have hundreds of locations. SOCi helps us standardize some business elements the same across the board, but also has all the information in one place. I don't need to log out and log in natively through these listing platforms, but instead, I can use SOCi and just switch the location!
Overall, a great experience with a great program that continues to get better
What do you like best about the product?
The program itself for our end-users is exceptional! All techology user levels are able to understand and use SOCi. I also love the SOCi team and that they take the time to listen, help and advocate for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some strange built in features (30 minute queue time) that has been difficult for our team. Also, the popups get old quick for those of us that are in it multiple times a day - and thats being nit-picky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have approx 300 locations that want to manage social media easily without access to the native platform. This also allows team members to see/review/respond with oversight.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, streamlines social media, takes the time heavy load of content creation off my plate

seperate link to approve posts. It's not terrible but slightly annoying

it is helping me take the load off of having to constantly create and schedule content. extremely helpful in saving time and teaming with our vendors for great content.
My Business is thriving, all because of SOCI.
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has literally helped my business grow. So much to the point that I am the only person who handles everything from my business from taking appointments to marketing. However because I use SOCI it has put me above all my competitior and its all attributed to SOCI. Customer support is always there to help. I use SOCI daily to check up on how well my site is doing. Its super easy and implements everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intergration is super hard to figureout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is helping me get discovered as well as keep up with all my reviews. I am able to see all my competitiors as well as the competition in how they are doing verses my business. It intergrates all my social media sites and puts me on so many other sites to get discovered by new cliens.

Simplifying Our Marketing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful for seeing all our social media in one spot! We enjoy being able to schedule posts ahead of time, the ability to respond to multiple people from one platform, and the "extras" provided to enhance our posts (photo and video capability, Canva access, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use my phone I have to log in each time and that can be a little annoying. Nothing too serious - I haven't experienced any big issues on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are putting all of our patients, potential patients, reviews - anything online - into one spot. Generally, people wait to come to the chiropractor until they are in pain. When they are, we want to be able to get the person scheduled as soon as possible and this really helps us respond quickly, while helping to ensure no one slips through the cracks when they need some help.
