Convenient and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it very easy to manage all of our social medias and schedule posts way in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, our photos will upload grainy

Being able to post on multiple platforms at once, and manage reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is the best tool to help busy business owners organize and schedule social media and reviews! Everything is in one place and is super user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a way to post instagram reels on soci!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social media outlets.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is a great platform to create and schedule content out to several different platforms. I like the ease of working in the dashboard and how this tool is a time saver for our on-site teams. I also like their listing service and some of the new genius functions they recently rolled out. Customer support is always professional and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say one thing we have disliked over the years is the turnover with the reps. It has definitely gotten better lately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT saves time for our social media ambassadors when creating content and scheduling content across different platforms.
Collaborative Team and Excellent Onboarding Support
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to the great interface and training systems the platform has, the support and partnership from the team are what I like best about SOCi.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anthing yet that I have disliked. I believe the least pleasant of the experiences is just the migrating from one provider to another and having to reformat the information. It's not a SOCi problem just a change mangement situation that will arise with any change of vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is providing us with AI powered tools to allow our small team to do more without the need for additional overhead. The platform is also all-inclusive so we are able to consolidate the user of several other platforms into one tool.

Love the reporting feature available which allows for reputation too

Managing listings from one place
Easy to manage all of our users!
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy as an admin in SOCi to manage all of the users we have for each of our properties. We can pull reports to see if they are posting to social media regularly or how their Google reviews are being responded too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to get more reviews through SOCi - it is a big ask that will likely not happen in our system to have users paste in all of the emails they'd like to ask for more reviews from regularly and impossible to do it automated at certain touchpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Response times, frequent social media posting
SOCi makes it easy to post as a franchise!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi enabled our brand to allow franchise locations to post individually. This has helped us communicate to our community, rather than being grouped-in with the nation at-large. Now, we can tell the community about our outreach programs and what we do to support local schools and businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the prohibited words list includes things that aren't actually inappropriate in context. For example, we cannot use the word "tart," but one of our flavor offerings during the summer was PopTart... it was almost impossible for us to post about that flavor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SOCi, we could not have individual franchise social medias. Now, we are able to post to our local communities!

Still learning the in's and out's, so no comment.

Being able to have the social media content set up for weeks in advance. Also, it's so easy to use and scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only if I need to delete something is a little cumbersome because I haven't figured out how to delete in groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to set it and know it is constantly working to build solid new leads and clients for our team.
