What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi is a one-stop-shop for all things social, reputation, and listing management. I find it easy to navigate, which is crucial for efficiency. The Genius AI tool is another feature I enjoy, especially because it drafts review responses, something I find particularly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the listing section because we've had a lot of issues with connecting Bing and Apple. Also, while the initial setup was easy, certain integrations weren't completed when they should have been.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi puts all of our reviews in one place, making it so much easier to organize and respond. The AI assistant also plays a big part in simplifying my tasks. I really enjoy how it speeds up and simplifies responding to reviews, saving me a lot of time. The initial setup was pretty easy with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI could be a little more variable. I feel like sometimes the responses all sound the same.

I use SOCi as a social media platform for posting. It helps us share highlights of our community or special events to our residents. What I like most about SOCi is that it is really easy to schedule posts and see peak times to post. It's also very user-friendly and I enjoy all of it.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi to manage the social media presence of our veterinary hospital. It provides an easy one-stop platform for me to view all of our online presence, saving me the time of running reports on separate platforms. My favorite feature is the charts and graphs, which allow me to quickly review the necessary materials I need to manage our platforms with ease. I also like the social media calendar that shows me all of my upcoming scheduled posts, allowing me to easily plan my topics for the month. The initial setup was very easy as it was set up by our IT department.

I love how SOCi allows me to publish to four different sites at the same time, which saves me time. I find it easy to use and appreciate its clean interface. The initial setup was very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling and calendar feature of SOCi, it's super helpful for me. Being able to sit down and plan content two to five weeks out in advance is amazing. I find it really convenient that we can gather all our content on our phones and transfer it to the SOCi app, and it shows up on the desktop app or web app. This makes sure we have a social media presence every day. The initial setup of SOCi was super easy and straightforward. Just linking all our accounts and getting familiar with the platform was simple. It's really helped us streamline our social media scheduling and review management, working with our corporate office. It consolidates multiple platforms into one place, saving a lot of time and making sure we don't miss anyone in a crowded space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the one thing that could be improved is the competitor review insights. I would like to know what the insights actually mean and how they can be linked more closely to those who are in our in our same niche, as opposed to just peer competitors in the same industry.

I use SOCi to consolidate multiple platforms into one place, saving time. It helps us understand engagement, ensures we engage appropriately across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp, and keeps our business active in a crowded space.
Efficient Social Media Management, Needs Simpler UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi has resources for content and allows me to manage all of my business's social media in one place. It helps to make sure content is always scheduled to be posted even when I am not in the office or available to curate a post at that moment. I also think it saves time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think SOCi could be more user-friendly. There are a lot of tabs and different things that take a bit of getting used to. Maybe a more simple website format would make it easier to find what buttons you need.

SOCi helps ensure my content is scheduled even when I'm not available, saving time and effort. I like its content resources and the ability to manage social media in one place. However, it could be more user-friendly due to many tabs and a complex format.

I love using Soci to manage all my social media in one spot ! Soci lets me know which items need responses all in one quick platform.

I like everything about Soci! I like how I am rated at how fast I respond to all the reviews.

Soci is solving the problem of missing a comment or review on a platform that we might not have notifications turned on or we missed the notification.
