Fundamental Shift in Workflow (Positive)

What do you like best about the product?
Our whole marketing team uses SOCi. The best parts for me are the Listings tools and the Reputation Management. The support team is lovely and has been excellent to work with as we have gotten set up with the various tools and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few places where, because it's new to us, the proper method to use a tool isn't immediately obvious. It also took a minute to set up, because of how many brands we manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, the purpose was to consolodate our listings. On top of that, we've implemented their solutions to manage our social media, our social media advertising, and our reputation management. We have one dashboard for the work that took several several different websites before. Possibly more importantly to me, their systems are set up to publish and propogate information across each and/or all of our listings, which was a pretty attention-intensive process before.

I like that there are training modules available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was intimidating about actually posting because I wasn't real clear how to do it. I figured it out, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finally able to manage our own social media pages.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very simple and easy to use. Not super complicated. Easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a deeper integration with social media, pages for other options like stories and reels

It is the only way we can create messages for franchised page.

SOCi Has Made Reporting Consumer Sentiments Easier!

What do you like best about the product?
In the multifamily industry, reviews are extremely important and the top deciding factor of whether or not a prospect will rent at your community. The platform's reporting allows me to quickly pull reports of recurring sentiments that can be shared with all stakeholders so that important marketing and operational decisions can be made.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, the BBB is allowing reviews of companies and SOCi does not offer an integration, but hopefully this would be on their road map soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows me to manage the social media postings for multiple locations. It is also helpful in providing diagnostic reporting of residents' sentiments and review analysis.

You can post across multiple accounts with an easy scheduler that can schedule your postings in one motion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything so far. It has been great.

It is helping with timing efficeniency for posting across many platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has allowed my small business to have a consistent online presence despite having only a small staff and being limited time-wise. It was very easy to set up and has continued to show up on my social media accounts week by week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, SOCi posts don't include my company's email when they're supposed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a consistent social media presence despite the fact that I really don't have time to do that alone.

I really like that all of my social media and tennis platforms are accessible in one place

I think navigation or the platform could be better, not always easy to find what you are looking for

The Soci platform solves the issue of having to login to multiple platforms, remembering multiple passwords and managing just access across them all

New Experience Going Well

What do you like best about the product?
In my small time and expereince with SOCi, I like the layout of the program. It is very easy to see your options for pages and it keeps track of where you've been. Being able to click back to the previous section is easy. The calendar seems like it will be a great tool! I still have a lot to learn with the organization of it, but it'll definitely help out all our stores. I am also very excited for the insights portion and being able to pull reports up quickly and download if needed. Our support staff has been very knowlegable and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
All I have to say about this is how much work I had to do to get all our stores integrated. This is not SOCi's fault though. I am hoping all this hard work getting everyone integrated will be worth it! SOCi has a lot to offer and I hope it'll live up to the hype.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It'll really help with our SEO and online reputation for all stores. We are also hoping it'll help store owners simplfy their social media posts.
