Good in theory, but limited capability
What do you like best about the product?
It puts all the platforms in one location. You can manage and oversee all your pages in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limited features that you can't do through SOCi. For example, you are limited on Instagram in being able to reshare stories, invite collaborators, add locations, and like comments. Meta Business Suite offers better functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting notified about new reviews being posted on google business listings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCI does all of the work on my behalf. As an Agent, social media costs me a ton of time, and I like that I can remain in the game without having to put in a ton of work on my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am brand new to this and so far haven't had any negative experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefiting me by creating content and allows clients to leave reviews, but i haven't actually started using it yet, just took a webinar about it today

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of using SOCI to be able to post to multiple platforms for our business. The dashboard is extremely user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes when it comes to SOCI

It's allowing us to post with ease so not only our current customers know what is going on so do future customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to provide suggested content to the calendar for the individual users to be able to approve where they see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the interface is fairly clunky. It could use simplifying.

SOCi is helping update property related information in multiple digital places through one edit. It is also helping publish social content to multiple platforms at once.

What I love most is the comprehensive reporting and analytics, allowing us to track our campaigns’ success in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and learning curve can be a bit challenging, especially for new users, but once you get the hang of it, the platform becomes much easier to navigate.

SOCi addresses the challenges that multi-location enterprises face in managing their digital marketing efforts across various locations and channels. By providing a centralized platform, SOCi enables businesses to automate and scale their marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency while allowing for local customization.

It help me organize the scheduled posts. I can do schedule posts and also see the result of the posts.

It may not cover all social media that we are using. This is one of the limitation for my business.

It help me organize the information and posts that I am planning to post to my social media. I do not have to switch to different platforms to update the same information.

Amazing Marketing Companion
What do you like best about the product?
This site is wonderful to any and all whether you are experienced in marketing or not. The AI tool gives you ideas on what to post and what links, photos, hashtags, and captions to use depending on what aspect of your business you want to represent. It also notifies you about comment or reviews and how to respond to them. It's great because even though it's doing almost all of the work, you are also learning from it and how marketing works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training videos are not as helpful as people expect it to be, there are some terms and techniques you will be confused by if you don't know what it does or what it means, some of the things on this site, personally, was a learn-as-you-go type of experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The consistency in social media posting and the ideas on what points in our business we would want to put out there.
