What do you like best about the product?
Partnering with SOCi has been a game-changer for our team and our properties. From day one, the implementation process was seamless and intuitive, which immediately set the tone for a successful and stress-free onboarding experience. SOCi’s platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for our teams across various locations to adopt and integrate into their daily operations without disruption.

What truly sets SOCi apart, though, is their exceptional customer service. Every interaction with their support team has been marked by responsiveness, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping us succeed. They’re not just a vendor—they’ve proven to be a true partner, always available to guide us, answer questions, and tailor solutions to meet our specific needs.

Perhaps most impressive is SOCi’s forward-thinking and innovative approach. They continuously evolve their offerings to stay ahead of digital marketing trends, ensuring that we’re not only keeping up but actually leading in our space. What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on only entering 4 comps for reporting. Would love to add more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving one of the biggest challenges we face in property management marketing: scaling consistent, high-quality digital engagement across multiple locations while staying efficient and brand-aligned. Before SOCi, managing social media, reviews, and local listings for multiple properties often felt fragmented and time-consuming. Each property had its own set of tools or processes, making it difficult to maintain consistency, track performance, or support on-site teams effectively.

With SOCi, we now have a centralized platform that gives us full visibility and control across all our properties while still empowering individual teams to engage locally. This has dramatically improved our ability to respond to reviews quickly, publish content at scale, and optimize local SEO, all while saving valuable time.

Inconsistent and Buggy

What do you like best about the product?
That I can schedule posts for social media ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not consistent. It does not remember my choices for posting. I do not think there is a way to post to groups. Limited social media platforms. Does not pull all stats, amount of followers is wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It posts some generic posts for me so that my posting stays consistent even if it is not very interesting.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has made managing our social media accounts and business listings a breeze! Previously, we manually managed all our business listings independently, taking hours to make updates across our 40 different locations. Now it takes me only a couple of minutes to push posts or make updates. It took us only a few weeks to get our entire company on to the SOCi platform, and the onboarding team took care of the majority of the integration. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure our experience was as seamless as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "negative" thing I can think of in regards to SOCi is that I'd like there to be more in-depth training guide available in the University or in the Help forum. Some things, I've just had to trial and error them to figure them out because I couldn't find anything available. But for major things, I know I can just submit a support ticket and they'll get back to me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us stay on top of reviews, listings, and social media for all our communities in one place. It’s made it way easier to respond quickly, keep our info consistent, and share content without jumping between platforms. We’re seeing better engagement, and it’s saving our team a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy management and updating of store listing info across all platforms. Scheduled social posting. Responding to reviews across platforms for all stores.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes takes a while for new stores to be onboarded and all listings created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes it easy to manage listings for all locations, updating hours and other information. We also use it for online reputation management, responding to reviews from all platforms. And coordinating social media posts across the company.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi was very easy to use and has allowed us to scale our marketing efforts. The Genius Copilot was crazy helpful with innovative ideas and additions!

The time to set up the product and get under way was a bit longer than expected

What do you like best about the product?
I manage the marketing for 7 different businesses, so I like that I am able to see all of our Google Reviews in one place. It makes it easy to respond quickly. I also like that I am able to post to all of our social media accounts at once. It makes my life so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
There does seem to be a small amount of "lag time" from when Google Reviews actually are posted to our Google Business Profile and when they show up on Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Soci makes my life easier as I can manage our 9 social media accounts all in one place. Setting up my posts on Soci is easy and saves me so much time.
