Everything in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is in one place. I can check and respond to reviews, schedule social media posts, and view statitics from one site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, I am sure the set up takes time but then it is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management!

What do you like best about the product?
The only times I have interacted with SOCi hasn't been positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was locked out of my website for almost 2 months. It took 20 emails and several phone calls to get the issue resolved. SOCi said it was Farmers and Farmers said it was SOCi. For 2 months! I find that unacceptable.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI seems easy to use for our social media. I like the graphs that it keeps track of.

I dislike the review section, it's not easily visable

I do not feel there was a problem with the old way we posted our social media
I really enjoy SOCi and it has helped a lot! It is so easy to navigate

SOCi is great for prescheduling posts so I know that it is still taken care of if I get busy or am not there

I have not found a downside yet to it, I am still learning all that I can do though

It is making marketing easy and more convenient
Disappointing Integration, and removes functionality you would have by going directly into platform

As part of a franchise group which wants control over the overall brand, I can understand a platform like this to standardize inputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Much of the functionality and customization that is offered directly through each platform is significantly removed by SoCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does not solve any problems for me directly. Instead, it gives the Franchisor ultimate oversight and control into their multiple locations.

Nothing pretty easy to use, used all the time for responding to residents and posting important events

Soci has truly revolutionized the way I manage my social media accounts. What I love most is how it makes scheduling posts incredibly simple. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing me to plan and organize my content effortlessly. Whether I’m managing a week’s worth of posts or strategizing for the entire month, Soci keeps everything in one place, making my workflow more efficient. It’s an essential tool for anyone looking to stay organized while maintaining a strong social media presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I’m thrilled with how Soci streamlines my social media management, I do wish it integrated more seamlessly with TikTok. As someone who frequently posts across multiple platforms, having full TikTok support would save even more time. Additionally, there are moments when I need to manually update hashtags or links after scheduling posts, which can be a bit of a hassle. Despite these minor issues, Soci remains a valuable tool in my social media toolkit.

Soci has been instrumental in solving several business challenges for me. As a travel advisor and content creator, staying consistent with posting while juggling client work can be overwhelming. Soci helps me maintain a regular posting schedule without sacrificing the quality of my content. It ensures that my social media channels remain active and engaging, even during my busiest times. By streamlining the scheduling process, it also frees up valuable time that I can dedicate to client interactions and other important business tasks. Soci’s organizational features have truly enhanced my efficiency and effectiveness, allowing me to focus on growing my brand and business.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and integrate and implement that even I can figure it out and use it effectively. I like the feature set that it offers and we use it daily. Any time we have an issue, customer support is quick to reply with a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about soci at this time.
