User-Friendly Scheduling That Makes Facebook Posting Hassle-Free
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have a social media account of any type. So it allows me to post things on my stores Facebook without having that,
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't anything that I dislike about it . It is very user friendly. It allows me to even schedule posts out so it not such a daily hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I don't have to get on any social media apps or accounts to do what I need to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is with SOCi's app to respond to my business reviews. I also find it valuable that it's easy to integrate with multiple social media platforms. The business updates and scheduling features for social media posts are also aspects I enjoy. Additionally, the initial setup of SOCi was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their AI bot that generates replies to my reviews can be very stale and repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me schedule posts, update our social media platforms, and respond to reviews efficiently.
Makes posting and keeping up with Facebook so much easier.

Everything is all in one place and that it keeps up with customer engagement.

That you can’t edit a post after it has been posted.

Being able to keep up with all of the customers comments and concerns. It is very beneficial so that we never miss a customers comment.

I like SOCi for social media. It's easy to use and helps me schedule upcoming events and specials. I think they are doing good.

SOCi Simplifies Review Management but Needs Tweaking
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi to respond to Google reviews for my company, and it makes it easier to respond to clients who leave reviews. The AI is pretty nice, which helps me respond quickly and efficiently to my clients. This quick response hopefully helps in getting promoted more on Google. The initial setup of SOCi was good and easy, which I appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the auto-generated responses could be improved. They're a little bit cheesy, especially when they relate to the work I do in a way that's too in-your-face sporty. It would be better if they had a more personal feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes it easier to respond to Google reviews, helping me respond quickly and efficiently to clients. The AI feature is pretty nice, improving my response time and potentially boosting my visibility on Google.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using SOCi for social media and reviews, and it really helps with replying to reviews. I really appreciate the AI review samples; they help me to word things in a professional manner.

I have a problem understanding many of the other features that compare us to our competitors. The initial setup of SOCi was complicated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of usage and the stats/reports available through SOCi. The scheduled posts make a huge difference for me, especially in avoiding forgetting to post. Seeing the reports in real-time is really helpful as it lets us understand what the clients respond well to versus what they ignore. The initial setup was very easy too.

I have no complaints at this time

SOCi prevents me from forgetting to post with scheduled posts, and the real-time reports help us understand client preferences easily.
Robust Content Management with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
With SOCi, I really appreciate having content readily available for me to share. The app is very nice and works really well, saving me a lot of time during my day. I also find the initial setup to be fairly easy and self-explanatory. It's pretty robust in everything it offers, and it's a very large resource available to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there's quite a steep learning curve for those of us who are newer to social media, especially in using it as a lead generation and advertising tool. I would prefer something with a bit more simplicity in learning how to manage campaigns. It's a bit overwhelming at first because of how robust it is, and I sometimes get a little lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves problems for me such as content creation and scheduling, and it saves a lot of time out of my day. It helps with having content available for me to share.

They post to all social media platforms at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It disconnects from Instagram a lot and I don't believe it give notification when people leave messages on FB.
