The Soci Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and friendly to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The insights could be more granular and industry specific benchmarks and categories would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

So easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been such an easy program to use. This is the first scheduling program I have used since graduating college and it is way easier to navigate than other scheduling programs. I also enjoy that is has a "Peak Time' feature so you can engage with your audience when it will be most beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could be improved is the analytic updates. Most of the time there will not be updates and things will look the same for weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us make sure our content is the same across all platforms and that everything is scheduled weeks in advance.
SOCI drives the right traffic on the freeway of marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Since we have transferred to SOCi, the leads driving to our website and properties has changed. It's been more tailored to the specific needs of the individual prior to them arriving to view their prospective new apartment home. We can leverage and scale our operations in the right fashion rather than try to hit an evermoving target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Change is never easy when having to move from one product that you've used for a long time; however, SOCi is much more updated and their features better suit what we are ultimately looking for for our communities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi benefits our team with resources that target exactly what we need from a renter's perspective when searching and combines that with the traffic we need at each site.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having access to all the information in one place. I love the reports here and seeing what posts are catching our clients' attention. I enjoy having the AI assistants when creating review responses. I also love how easy it is to schedule future posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do miss having premade reviews for certain situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to stay on top of our reviews. Making posts more frequently with the ability to future schedule posts.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. I like the AI responses so I don't have to come up with my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike so far. I mostly use it to reply to google reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a quick way to see all our reviews and reply in minutes.
Making social media marketing easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can make ONE post and it's able to post on all social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was hard to continue to login to each social media account and post. Having one platform has solved that problem. It also helps with replying to reviews!
Good for high-level planning
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a great dashboard for long-term content planning. It allows me to easily track all my social media channels simultaneously and measure what content works best where and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company requires templated images for posts. I'd like to be able to upload my own design and be able to use it for my posts without recreating it each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci shows me what our corporate team has planned so we can adjust our schedule and content accordingly.
SO user friendly!

LOVE utilizing this tool for our business now, and we are seeing great engagement and feedback from other users. Love the contests feature, and how incredibly easy it is to build posts and see reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into anything that I dislike about SoCi yet.

Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Soci allows us to post to all of our social media in one place and make it easy to schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to crop pictures and make them all the same scale. We also find it difficult to tag people in different photos. It would be great if we could create Instagram and Facebook stories!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like that everything is all in one place; review, posting, and comments.
One of the easiest platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
It's EASY. Not being very computer savy, it's just a click of a few buttons. It's hard to mess it up. It also gives deographics to see if things are working as they should.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Like I said, it's one of the most easiest platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to ask a vendor for info to post on social media.
