What do you like best about the product?
SOCi keeps post daily on my social media with deals that are appealing to my clients and those searching out travel related post on social medai
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some destinations I do not specialize in and might not be as informed about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping me be consistent in posting to social media. I can set it over the weekend and have a week long of post that keep my page in front of people

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule out my social media posts. I am able to use content supplied to me by the franchise, but also upload my own photos.
Also, the ability to respond to user reviews in the platform, as well as get AI rewrites to make my posts more vibrant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to upload photos on the desktop so I use the mobile app for easier uploading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows a lot of business solutions to be in one location. Ease of use for me as a small business owner

I like I am able to post and schedule content.

I think it would be better with posting from the actual page of the account.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about SOCi is the easy access to all of our social media in just one app/website. Scheduling social media posts has been very easy since we started using it, 100% recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful tab for us will be images, since we do not use this tab very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Views on our social media posts and easy access replying to reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, complete profile of tools, options for images that are for free use, ability to edit scheduled posts, what more could I want?
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only thing I wish is that I could automate my hashtag to be in every post without typing it each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me TIME by scheduling posts.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to manage and respond to guest reviews across all locations from one place. The daily email summaries and mobile app help us stay on top of feedback in real-time, and the templates save time while still allowing for personalized replies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the review inbox can lag or load slowly, especially when filtering by star rating. It would also be helpful to have more customization in the reporting tools or better visibility into review trends over time.

What do you like best about the product?
This is such a great platform, it allows you to customize everything to your liking and needs. I love how you can plan your templates in advance, and allow them to post when you decide. You can work ahead and get several weeks planned at once. The platform is so user friendly, I love it. I would recommend this hands down!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to not get customer support to fix any questions or concerns of mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop shop when it comes to social media!

What do you like best about the product?
It has a library of posts that I can choose from so I don't have to spend hours making my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wasn't sure how to connect my accounts until I looked for it on the help page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I simply don't have the time to do all this social marketing, nor do I know what works and what doesn't work. SOCi is helping me by cutting hours of my time for social media marketing, and doing it more effectively since they know how it works.
