Soci Review
What do you like best about the product?
Having frequent social media updates help to get new clients. Very easy to edit and make social post your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really have a dislike for SOCI. Some pictures I don't care for, but can change easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media post content.
SOCI is simple and time saving social media marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the images and simple marking messages it creats. It even includes hashtags and allows you to choose the suppliers you want to include so only those you wish to sell or sell more of. The site it easy to use too and there is a library of additional media to choose from. I've gotten some creat content ideas that I've used on my own on there. If you don't have much time or are busy traveling one week and can't pre schedule contect this can solve that problem for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it can be repetitive or the same as other travel advisors. As long as you go in and modify the content or message, hashtags and posting date and time it can stand out from the rest. Otherwise it gets lost in all the other advisors who post the exact same thing using the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time and helps me come up with content ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it posts to all my platforms. They are really nice posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little confusing on where to get what I need. I am sure I just need to spend more time but with the couple hours I have played with it I found it a little confusing.

I love that it has posts on social media's I don't post too often.

Easy access to quailty social media content, easy to use and to connect to your social media accounts

Honestly I can't think of any downsides.

SOCi makes finding quality content to post to my business social account easy, It saves time and creates professional content.

Good with a lot potential
What do you like best about the product?
I do find that the interface is mostly user-friendly. The calendar feature is straightforward and fabulous for visual layout and scheduling all your posts. The libraries tool is great to house customizable designs for easy and quick use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posts did not go out as scheduled a few times, and the templates feature has some room for improvement. But I do see the vision! The program overall is a win for any marketing team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting social media posts across multiple platforms in a timely manner with a user-friendly layout. As a market manager who does not focus on marketing content, but still must push it out, this tool makes the task so much more effective. And when working in a nonprofit, saving time is crucial!
Great Listing Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
SoCi provides a more hands on approach to listing management, supported by a team. That being said we have noticed restructuring of this to some degree, which is a bit disappointing. That being said they are better than competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
SoCi seems to be in a bit of a transition with lots of turnover and changes to the way they do business. New executives seem to be a bit out of touch with why their tool has previously garnered so many brands' trust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SoCi helps us manage all of our listing information across publishers via one central location today.

What do you like best about the product?
Using SOCi is very convenient and easy to use! I really like that myself and my staff are able to access all of our social media pages through this one platform. Would definitely recommend it to other apartment communities!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike on this platform. I truly enjoy it!

SOCi helps us track, manage and post on our reputation and social sites all in one place! Very easy to use as well.
SOCI Simplifies My Business Day
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of dealing with multiple channels and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve to get over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use for all of the above but I think I appreciate easily managing customer feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is. I love how I can schedule posts for all our social media all at one time to post at a specific date and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had an AI function to help write the posts. I currently write it in ChatGPT the copy and past it to SoCi.

I use it a lot for marketing our property and our property's amenities and staff.
