Overall, a great experience with a great program that continues to get better
What do you like best about the product?
The program itself for our end-users is exceptional! All techology user levels are able to understand and use SOCi. I also love the SOCi team and that they take the time to listen, help and advocate for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some strange built in features (30 minute queue time) that has been difficult for our team. Also, the popups get old quick for those of us that are in it multiple times a day - and thats being nit-picky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have approx 300 locations that want to manage social media easily without access to the native platform. This also allows team members to see/review/respond with oversight.

easy to use, streamlines social media, takes the time heavy load of content creation off my plate

seperate link to approve posts. It's not terrible but slightly annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping me take the load off of having to constantly create and schedule content. extremely helpful in saving time and teaming with our vendors for great content.
My Business is thriving, all because of SOCI.
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has literally helped my business grow. So much to the point that I am the only person who handles everything from my business from taking appointments to marketing. However because I use SOCI it has put me above all my competitior and its all attributed to SOCI. Customer support is always there to help. I use SOCI daily to check up on how well my site is doing. Its super easy and implements everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intergration is super hard to figureout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is helping me get discovered as well as keep up with all my reviews. I am able to see all my competitiors as well as the competition in how they are doing verses my business. It intergrates all my social media sites and puts me on so many other sites to get discovered by new cliens.

Simplifying Our Marketing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful for seeing all our social media in one spot! We enjoy being able to schedule posts ahead of time, the ability to respond to multiple people from one platform, and the "extras" provided to enhance our posts (photo and video capability, Canva access, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use my phone I have to log in each time and that can be a little annoying. Nothing too serious - I haven't experienced any big issues on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are putting all of our patients, potential patients, reviews - anything online - into one spot. Generally, people wait to come to the chiropractor until they are in pain. When they are, we want to be able to get the person scheduled as soon as possible and this really helps us respond quickly, while helping to ensure no one slips through the cracks when they need some help.

I wish when they send messages you would receive a copy in your email, I go into SOCi once or maybe twice a week and I miss important messages.

This saves me so much time in my day
Scheduling Tool is a Game-Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
This social media scheduling tool within SOCI is a game-changer! It saves so much time by allowing me to schedule posts across multiple platforms in one go, streamlining my workflow, and keeping all my content organized effortlessly. It’s a must-have for anyone managing multiple accounts! I honestly wouldn't even have multiple social media accounts if it wasn't for SOCI. Another benefit is the access to the corporate marketing library if I need additional content to post I can access pre-made, pre-approved content quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are glitches -- which is true of alot of technology products these days. As time goes on these bugs tend to work themselves out. I wouldn't let it hold me back from using SOCI because the scheduler is invaluable!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the challenge of managing multiple social media platforms by enabling me to post across all of them simultaneously. This feature not only saves me a huge amount of time but also keeps my brand’s messaging consistent and organized across channels, helping me maintain a strong, unified presence with minimal effort. It’s a massive productivity boost!
A Great Alternative To Costly SMM Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user-friendliness of the platform. Each quarter, the abilities and options available grow and become better, and the support is wonderful and quick to respond. The support is AMAZING! I can email my contact, Liz, anytime, and she is so quick to respond and to escalate tickets for quick resolutions. A good bang for your buck.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are missing or lacking somewhat, like the reporting, and the ability to post both FB and IG reels with customizations AND stories both. I also would love to see an option for auto-hiding a comment based upon a profanity filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cost is a main selling point as it's much less expensive than other platforms like Sprout. It's also got some nifty features, like review reply templates, post and image library with the ability to sort by keywords added to the post, and has okay reporting options.

I like how convenient it is and the we can schdule our posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that we do not have an option to repost or reshares stories and that we are not able to choose sounds directly from the platform.

SOCi is solving the issue of having to remember to post something on our social media pages. SOCi allows pre scheduled posts and eliminates the need to go in everyday to post.

Working with SOCi and their team was amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful with the follow through to ensure the ease of use with the platfrom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I disliked about this platfrom and their team. Any concern we had was breifly followed up with an answer to help give us more insight on the usage of the platform.

This site has helped us to generate responses to any incoming review and ensure all our reviews are coming through whether they're new or updated reviews.
