Easy to use.

Post can be setup and posted in advance.

Some of the posts can be a little cheesy. Wish they werent so generic

I love SOCI! It is an excellent tool for managing social networks, allowing you to maximize yor production time.

It should be a simpler and eye-friendly tool.

I really like being able to see the most used words.

It takes a little while to get used to, but once you do it's super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi gives me the control I need to manage all of the relevant social media accounts in one location. I love being able to quickly respond to reviews which helps your rank with the various algorithms. Fantastic platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any yet. As I said, SOCi offers me the exact tools I was looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary thing I was looking for was help quickly responding to reviews. It is so critical to be quick with the responses.

I appreciate the ablitlty to post on differnet platforms in one place. So easy!

Easy to use and very accessible. It's integrated into our system so analytics do not need data entered.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better designed to be specific to the industry.

It is multifaceted so I don't need to visit multiple platforms to get all the infomation.
SOCI has allowed me to do much of my marketing in one place and streamlined how I manage my reviews

Being able to post out content far out in advance as well as the canva integration which helps with creating new material to post

not any I dislike, maybe could show the statistics in a cleaner display or format

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi helps me manage and control a daily task of mine. I no longer have to worry about my latest content and when I'm going to post on social media. It was very easy to use and we use it daily!

Honestly, I haven't found any issues with Soci yet to report.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a user friendly platform to schedule all of your sociall media accounts in one place. Their customer support team is quick to respond and knowledgeable. I use Soci at least once a week to schedule or create posts. Our team was easily able to implement the new platform and has many features including results from your posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Soci.
