What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to schedule posts & stories. It helps you track how often you're posting, which is great for maintaining a consistent frequency of posting. It's pretty easy to post and integrate it with your different tools and devices as well. I haven't had any experiences with customer support just yet but the method of contact seems pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside is that it makes it harder to edit posts. It's easier to edit posts and finalize them on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep track of how often I'm posting so I can meet my quarterly goals.

What do you like best about the product?
My wife does all of our social media, using SOCi. Without any prior experience with the product or marketing work, she's been able to pick up the software and get all of our postings done efficiently. It's nice to be able to sit down once a week and schedule all of the upcoming posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at this time we dislike about SOCi
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting things on Facebook can be time consuming and requires you to post live. Using SOCi provides us with a library of material for posts, and gives us the ability to sit down in advance and schedule a number of upcoming posts on our own time.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to navigate and the functionality is intuitive to use. The platform also has customer support that I find helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform gave more response options and allowed users to categorize different review types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and responding to negative customer reviews, and also helping us with local listing management and store locator information.

What do you like best about the product?
it helps with automating the posting process makes it simple and easy and saves a lot of time ! also it helps creating consistency and by planning ahead and measuring where i am getting my clients from ill know what plataforms to make sure i focus the most.

Also it integrated seamlessly with all plataforms .
What do you dislike about the product?
so far no complains at all ! i think they have done a great job making social media marketing much more easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi helps me make sure that we have a positive online presence and helps keeps us current with our marketing as frequently, time can get away from me due to the busyness of our practice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is only a problem that we are having and that is because I had access to multiple hospitals long ago, so I get notifications for their reviews and such which can feel a little much.

SOCi helps me keep informed on our reviews across multiple platforms.

Soci brings simplicity into multifamily

What do you like best about the product?
Soci analyzes our data on our paid ILS's and recommend changes needed to gain more traffic to our sites. Integration was easy and customer support has been very hands on and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about SOCi, nothing to dislike

SOCi helps me navigate all ILS's and spot check, review and audit.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of posting to all of my properties social media accounts using one platform! Being able to engage and respond while scheduling posts and resident activity all through on platform makes my job so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that my accounts unlink themselves from SOCi and it can implact scheduled posts and can cause them to go out late or not at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started utilizing SOCi I had to go onto our properties Multiple different platforms to create posts which cost me several work hours to get all the posts up and the delay would sometimes result in the community engagement would suffer. I now can just do one posting and it is out ontime and the quality is much better.

First Soci Experience

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Soci is the Scheduler. I can schedule social media posts in one sitting for a week, a month or even for months.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the downside is if I would like to view the published posts on FB, I would need to log in to a facebook account, which I dont really have access to. I wsih I could go on FB or Instagram without liggin in to an account if I were using Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media Management through Soci is very convenient. Posting in 3 different platforms takes a lot of time whereas with Soci, its like hitting 3 birds in one stone. I have not explored the reporting yet, but for sure it will be very helpful if I would be needing to use it.

This platform is super easy to use and navigate it, I reccomend it to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't enough information or training on how to explain the use of this to newer employees it needs to be introduced immediately and proper training given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps with our marketing and social media needs which is beneficial for marketing purposes

What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to be able to see all reviews both bad and good all in one place. Love the AI generated responses for the reviews too to help with the all the guess work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI generated responses need a little work but still helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with all the guesswork of responses to the multiple reviews we get in a day/month. Plus it helps to make sure we aren't saying the same responses to every review as well.
