Great Way To Manage Social Footprint!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of our social channels are within one platform to keep track of. Scheduling posts has never been easier. We have so many hands in the pot, and this is a great way to keep everyone on the same page and in the know.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having so many hands in the pot that assists with our locations... keeps everyone on the same page! Can help us easily identify any social opportunities.
As a user without social media, this makes it easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to make and schedule posts without using my own personal social media accounts. This is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu clustering can be much, and I believe most of this can be done with a simpler UI. Other than that, no complaints.

Keeping us relevant on our neighbor's feeds.

Its user friendly and all in one for so many features

The workbook on the learner dashboard is not helpful, videos and visuals are plenty good

Review responses, its helping with making those faster to reply to by having one platform and helping to streamline business branding across profiles
I have never understood fully how to use this so I just don’t touch it ever.
What do you like best about the product?
I don’t have to post to Facebook which is why I subscribe.

There is no printed step by step instructions so I could really use it well. A 30 minute training session just doesn’t do it for me.

I like not having to create all of this social media content and it's great content that TLN does for us

I still feel that with everyone getting the same posts at the same time, it's really driving my engagement down. None of my posts get a high reach at all. I would also prefer in the reels that we don't see people's faces otherwise it's obvious that its' not our own reels

Generis posts about therapies and services I do not offer. I don't think it is $60 worth.

Easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can respond to reviews with an AI generated response effortlessly from the platform. It was very simple to link our Google Account and Social Media (Meta)
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the responses get repetitive and/or don’t actually address accurately the review. It would be nice if the AI could bring in comments or sentiment
