Helpful with social media
What do you like best about the product?
I appriciate that everything is in one space. The auto posts and library is also helpful. I like how helpful it is for reviews and responding to reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that what I post just through facebook won't show up on the calendar for SOCi. So I generally have to have my facebook business suite calendar open and SOCi in order to post things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
This really came in handy when I needed help creating captions for post on social media. I also used it when creating itineraries for clients. If I needed additional details about a theme park or location, I would just ask SOCi!

There is nothing I dislike about it, it has been super helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I love the comparison feature with our competitors and the sentiment feature. The program is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would ideally like to see all our clinics reviews laid out chronologically on the first page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing useful comparisons with our competitors, allowing us to closely monitor reviews and respond appropriately

What do you like best about the product?
Love the automation, the posting schedule and the targeted posts that generate engagment! My social profiles have grown in followers and engagement since joining! Very easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like about SOCi! Only downside could be less contol over posts.

Helps me to get regular content posted on my social media platforms!

What do you like best about the product?
This site is super helpful and truly has most everything you need in one place. The platform itself is user friendly, and customer support is always helpful and friendly. They promply answer all of my questions usually with ease and if they don't have a solution, they work with you to get it resolved. Highly recommend, it's been a great tool for our company!
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly the only downside I have found is resharing old posts. You have to go in and really recreate the entire post again for it to properly post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of posting on multiple platforms from one space. I also really like how reviews come through on SoCi, it's made it super easy to respond right away to new reviews.

I love that all of my social media accounts can be managed in one place. I can also respond to my reviews as well as schedule posts cutting my marketing time in half.

I would love it to do craigslist and have a place to also create content like Canva.

I can access all my accounts and respond faster.
Helps make social media easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can go in each week and adjust the messaging to be consistent with my brand. It makes the whole social media posting a little easier. It's easy to get set up and use the product and it helps me reduce the time I spend marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't easily choose the suppliers or frequency of supplier posts. Making that self-select would be the biggest thing I would change. Also, maybe having options for posts based on specialties (i.e. groups, adventure travel, women's travel, LBGTQ+, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being a marketing pro, it's helpful to have some preplanned content available for me to have automatically added to my social media. It's a time saver and I am very grateful for the opportunity to use the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule social media posts for multiple accounts in the same place. The libraries are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automatically scheduled posts are repeated among similar accounts at the same time on the same day.
