Soci is turn-key for managing listings for multiple locations.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Soci updates listings easily, makes it efficient to respond to reviews and helps with SEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how often my point of contact at Soci changes. I currently don’t know who is managing our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci made it easy for us to manage our reputation across 37 location.
Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate, I use it almost everyday to schedule posts for my community. I love being able to track the engagement at a quick glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to comment on my posts if I needed to reply to someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes it easy for me to post on social media for not only my community but others in my area if they need help remotely.

We maintain continual contact with customer reviews, information for customer’s, and many operational functions. Have grown to rely and trust SOCI. Would totally recommend

Sometimes navigation is a little complex but have always been able to complete desired task.

One stop for operational times and specials as well as fluid response for customer interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Having multiple platforms all in one location makes planning, creating and share message easy, fast, and organized.

I'm still working on the outs and ends but so far I am very happy with it.

Great selection of images and great customer service! Several items are easy to use...

I'm a bit lost at all of the capabilities and features.

I'm not sure how to incorporate all of it...the timing and understanding what and when is above my capacity.

Interface is a bit clunky, you cannot see how the actual post will look.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of posting. I can do one post on SOCi, and it is posted across all my sites. Makes my life easier and saves a huge amount of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Engagement segment- the way SOCi rates “negative” comments is off. The majority of the comments are just replies or neutral with only one or 2 truly negative comments since beginning SOCi- I find it stressful to see that portion and when I go to “clear them out” I find it does not affect the negative rating and is a waste of my time chasing these metrics.

Management of all social media through one app. It saves me a huge amount of time!

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts on multiple platform has never been easier. The dashboard functionality that shows how many folks interact with your business on social media is very insightful. Highly recommend this for any Business owner that is looking to connect with their customers on Social platforms.

I love the options that you have when you are posting!It's very easy to get into the platform and begin using it.

I haven't discovered any downsides to SOCi. It's very intuitive and has everything I need.
