What do you like best about the product?
You can post across multiple accounts with an easy scheduler that can schedule your postings in one motion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything so far. It has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with timing efficeniency for posting across many platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has allowed my small business to have a consistent online presence despite having only a small staff and being limited time-wise. It was very easy to set up and has continued to show up on my social media accounts week by week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, SOCi posts don't include my company's email when they're supposed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a consistent social media presence despite the fact that I really don't have time to do that alone.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that all of my social media and tennis platforms are accessible in one place

I think navigation or the platform could be better, not always easy to find what you are looking for

The Soci platform solves the issue of having to login to multiple platforms, remembering multiple passwords and managing just access across them all

New Experience Going Well

What do you like best about the product?
In my small time and expereince with SOCi, I like the layout of the program. It is very easy to see your options for pages and it keeps track of where you've been. Being able to click back to the previous section is easy. The calendar seems like it will be a great tool! I still have a lot to learn with the organization of it, but it'll definitely help out all our stores. I am also very excited for the insights portion and being able to pull reports up quickly and download if needed. Our support staff has been very knowlegable and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
All I have to say about this is how much work I had to do to get all our stores integrated. This is not SOCi's fault though. I am hoping all this hard work getting everyone integrated will be worth it! SOCi has a lot to offer and I hope it'll live up to the hype.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It'll really help with our SEO and online reputation for all stores. We are also hoping it'll help store owners simplfy their social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly love the convenience and amount of time I am saving when updating our social media. I do love that it is very user-friendly. The amount of tasks you can complete on one website is amazing

There is not anything at all that I dislike about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is solving are posting to social media issues away. there are some employees that are not very social media savvy and this helps so much with it.

What do you like best about the product?
The library feature is excellent - very useful for ensuring a franchise location has content from corporate as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to bulk upload to Instagram and bulk upload errors with URLs. Perhaps I just need more time with it, but the bulk upload has been difficult to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to reviews on one platform - makes it easier to stay on top of these.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic posts to multiple platforms and the ability to review the scheduled posts prior to publication
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to keep up with multiple platforms and more instructions on how to tailor for personalization would be helpful. For example, I'm still unclear on how to insert personal links

What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a system that would allow all our franchisees to do all the tasks they need to do in one platform. We wanted them to respond to reviews quicker and easier, and SOCI lets them do that. with the help of the AI, it makes it much much easier for them to respond and more willing to actually respond and engage clients who left a review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, support can be a little slow when creating new listings or technical issues, but eventually, it gets resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to reviews as well as what to respond. As well as managing our Social platforms and scheduling.
