Super easy !
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to schedule posts etc & nothing is a hassle

Nothing , very easy to use and I don't struggle

It's solving forgetting to post and engage with clients . Benefits me because I can never "forget"

What do you like best about the product?
It has been great to use to be able to have regular postings to websites. Owning an agency, trying to manage multiple tasks can be daunting so having SOCi cover the social media postings have been nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things that I have needed to change have seemed to be more difficult to use than I would think. It is almost as I am being prompted to call them first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing more than posting to social media for me.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI Is an amazing platform that makes it easy to manage multi-site operations. You can schedule posts, and reply to reviews all from one login.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the best esthetic and may be a little more complicated for those who are not so tech friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us track reviews and social media posts of multi-sites within our operation.

I really like the analytics. I like that I can compare how my business is doing with my competators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I have not experienced anything I dont like about it yet.

I sends all solcial media updates right to my email so I can quickly respond to any concerns.

What do you dislike about the product?
The helpdesk often provides short answers and links to articles rather than detailed, personalized assistance. More comprehensive support and in-depth guidance would be beneficial for resolving complex issues more efficiently.

SOCi Review
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is centrally located and it is so easy to post on multiple platforms at once and it is easy to reply to Google/Yelp reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the platform, but noticed it was just overhauled. Will have more feedback on this shortly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping franchisees market easily on a local level. Makes it easier for me to help the franchisees and encourage them to respond to review and constantly post on social media. We have to approve all posts before they get published so this streamlines the process.

Time-savings for me. It saves me a lot of valuable time.

Cost is always a topic closely examined by small business owners. The cost with SOCI is actually favorable.

SOCI saves me time. I don't have to worry about remembering to post.
Automated Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to set up my social media posts in advance. I spend a few hours once a month going through to schedule and it posts when I want it to without having to login everyday. Gives me time back to be with my clients all while staying in front of potential ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more libraries of template posts and those that are more closely relevant to the real estate market. More variety overall would be great as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time in having to post everyday. I can schedule in advance and not have to worry about it. Gives me more time to spend with clients or pursuing new clients

If you make a mistake and post - it goes quickly to all your sites too, so be careful and proof read before submission!
