Great software for social media
What do you like best about the product?
It lets me add different social media plataforms, track engagement, and see how the posts are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
the looks, it looks a bit outdated (at least the dashboard).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the main problem is probably the consolidation of social media into one platafform.
Very helpful sharing and marketing our business events/offers.

How the posting and how we can link our website to order product/food.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something I disliked. The old training was quite difficult to navigate, especially with how much detail in went into the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us understand posting times and when is best to post at peak timing.

It elimiates the time it takes to post on many platforms. I am able to post on 4-5 platforms at one time hassel free

Being able to personalize our social media posts.

not being able to go back to edit or remove instagram/facebook posts

being able to submit tickets when needing assitance with the application

Qe are part of a North American buying group so it allows me to remove any American offers or marketing.

Soci is an amazing way to be active on social media and make sure what's being posted is monitored.

It does take some getting used to and figuring out where everything is.

We can we on social media without the worry of someone posting and saying the wrong thing.
Not Enough Support
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard. It's simple and very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not enough support. We do not have a dedicated rep. I feel i am not very knowledgable about everything the platform offers and feel as though we're paying for a lot of features we arent even using.

SOCI helps our onsite teams schedule social posts and respond to reviews all in one place.
Soci has everything that you can do in one location.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you cannot only utilize social media sites, but you can respond to reviews as well.

The interface is a bit outdated. Other than that, it is great.

It is helping us maintain our online reputation. Which in turn boost our company's presence and overall reputation.
