Easy To Use

What do you like best about the product?
Makes handling multiple accounts very easy! I handle social media for 43 stores and almost everything I do can be handled right from the Soci dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could ban spam FB accounts across multiple pages. I have 43 stores that I manage social media accounts for. It would be nice if I could ban a user across multiple accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can respond to Google Reviews quickly and easily. But the best part are the AI generated responses. 99% of the time, they are the perfect response from us and require very little (if any) altering.

What do you like best about the product?
the platform is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have no negative comments on the use of the platform. I have to explore more of their options and make the most of what they have to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
The video guides were helpful. I'm not much of a fan of reading and retaining.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is it's training material and who actually likes more training material!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just nice it's all in 1 place.

What do you like best about the product?
For my purposes,I use SOCi as a one stop shop for my daily social posts. Instead of having to post on multiple different platforms, I am able to get my message out to all of them in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I didn't know about this software sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me at least an hour of time everyday. My time is valuable and I can't get it back once it's gone. SOCi helps me to be able to use my time more efficiently which in turn makes me more money

What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use and to teach others how to use it

A few glitches like having to reconnect!

What do you like best about the product?
THe upside is having all the information and clients in one spot with all different platforms and being able to have all of the information houses in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often the app will show no reviews if they had been answered previously
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have all of my clients social media account under one app as well as different platforms and able to answer all different questions and reviews at one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can adjust everything all in one area instead of having log into a bunch of accounts to make the same change. I also like their GEO rank feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of their ranking features outside of GEO rank are misleading at times. It doesn't give you the full breath of how a companies website or GBP is ranking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows us to assist franchises with making changes to their listings and gives them insights to how their listings perform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all of my marketing in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to delete posts, I would like to receive notifications when SOCi posts to may various platforms. It takes awhile to get all of the networks connected

Being able to put all marketing campaigns in one spot

The ability to plan ahead, and stay ahead
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to use a little more to be able to give great feedback here. Starting up, it has been busy so I have spent limited time on the platform, but enough time to get a baseline understanding of basic features. Ill be able to provide more specfici feedback in a few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping plan ahead so I can focus on my post when convinient for me, not when it is the best time to be on the social media platfroms

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful in analytics and in sharing in most social media accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
We are initially being brought to the company page and then put an extra step to go to our location. It didnt cover X or twitter accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pIt assist in scheduling postings and other relevant updates whenever you decide to post it in Social media
