What do you like best about the product?
Soci has truly revolutionized the way I manage my social media accounts. What I love most is how it makes scheduling posts incredibly simple. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing me to plan and organize my content effortlessly. Whether I’m managing a week’s worth of posts or strategizing for the entire month, Soci keeps everything in one place, making my workflow more efficient. It’s an essential tool for anyone looking to stay organized while maintaining a strong social media presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I’m thrilled with how Soci streamlines my social media management, I do wish it integrated more seamlessly with TikTok. As someone who frequently posts across multiple platforms, having full TikTok support would save even more time. Additionally, there are moments when I need to manually update hashtags or links after scheduling posts, which can be a bit of a hassle. Despite these minor issues, Soci remains a valuable tool in my social media toolkit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci has been instrumental in solving several business challenges for me. As a travel advisor and content creator, staying consistent with posting while juggling client work can be overwhelming. Soci helps me maintain a regular posting schedule without sacrificing the quality of my content. It ensures that my social media channels remain active and engaging, even during my busiest times. By streamlining the scheduling process, it also frees up valuable time that I can dedicate to client interactions and other important business tasks. Soci’s organizational features have truly enhanced my efficiency and effectiveness, allowing me to focus on growing my brand and business.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and integrate and implement that even I can figure it out and use it effectively. I like the feature set that it offers and we use it daily. Any time we have an issue, customer support is quick to reply with a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about soci at this time.

The password. It is a little odd. I know it is to protect the company.

What do you like best about the product?
With a business that is so centered around following up with clients sometimes it feels like your chasing your own tail recently with no one answering phone calls. Being about to reach out eith the hearsay feature has made reaching clients so much easier.

limited templates. a bit difficult to apply to system at first.

being able to reach clients via text and that is helping me support customer service and sales

I have no complaints, everything has gone as expected. Adding music to reels would be helpful.

Probably does a lot more than I know it does so I am most likely not taking full advantage of the software

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has been amazing! It was easy to integrate all our social media accounts onto the platform. We used to have to go to each individual platform to make posts. Now we are able to make one post and push it out to all our platforms. We also have the ability to schedule posts ahead of time, and plan out our month in advance. It's wonderful for time management. We are able to do everything from SOCi so we never have to leave the platform. We can reply to messages, inteact with our customers, and respond to reviews. It's been so easy to use, and implement in our buisness. Customer support is always avaible whenever we need it. We only use SOCi now.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just wish they had all the same options for all the accounts. It would be nice to have the same features across the board, but we understand not all social media platforms are the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was super time consuming having to go to each platform to make posts. We are now able to push one post out to multiple platforms.
