Its not too bad
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all things are housed in one place

I wish I could schedule one post for multiple sites

Keeping me form posting daily.
I love that everything is in one place. However, it's quite cluttered and not easy to navigate.

Every thing is on the same platform. This makes it easy for it to be all in one place.

It's not easy to navigate. I have a hard time finding post.

We don't have to sign into multiple sites to check posts or create them.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is the when scheduling your content across all social media networks. It is easy to use with the built-in calender feature. You are able to keep track which days your content will share automatically. Another cool feature in the calendar schedule is the "New Posting Plan". This feature breaks down the social networks you want to specify times for posting. You can hace your post "recurring" or "manual" as an option and also consider "Peak Time" when posting. Awesome job Soci!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have multiple RAHs and you want to work with them on Soci, you have to do extra steps that aren't straightforwarded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving automatic posting for our Home Health agency. Our ageny is able to schedule corporate posting versus day to day posting that happen in our office. This benefit is great because one day can be dedicated to corporate social media for the month and admin work can be focused on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Soci makes scheduling and creating content so easy. With a busy schedule having the social media responsibility added can make taking and scheduling content difficult. Soci has been a great tool to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Soci would add an option to edit tiktok videos through the platform. I don't typically schedule videos on Soci because it is difficult to transfer my content from one platform to Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping me with time management and ease of mind when it comes to scheduling and creating content.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see my content laid out on a calendar. Being able to upload and store images for later use.

I wish I had more control over posting customizes stories to instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to pre-schedule posts and forget about them later.
It has been a good experience so far, yet, I dont like that I am not able to edit instagram post.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can manage everything in one place. I dont have to keep switiching apps or websites to post the same content. It has saved me time and money. Very easy to use, integrate, implement to the rest of the marketing staff. I like how I can log in everyday and learn someting new.

I wish I could approve the postings sent from corporate. Right now im not sure who the admin of the account is and it has stopped postings in the past. After reaching out to customer support, i have been able to manualy post the content.

I have been able to communicate with our guest on a different level. see what their needs are based on what they say online has been a game changer for our review scores.

The platform is so easy to use. I love the scheduling feature because I can just sit down one day, plan out the month and it'll do it's thing.

We can't tag anyone or any of the community events we're supporting.
