What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop. I can not only post to multiple sites, I can review engagement there too.

There is a lot of info. I have not had time to explore it all.

They are helping us keep our listings consistent across the search aggregators and also managing our Social Media content and distribution.

Easy Peasy Social Media Content
What do you like best about the product?
As a busy travel cruise specialist it is great to have a partner like SOCI to provide content on social media platforms so I don't have to create content when I am taking care of clients. They make staying online simple and quick.

Would like to be able to customize content to target market

Soci makes having robust presence online more managable without spending hours curating content

It is very easy to schedule posts. There are numerous versions to choose from in posting ads.

Taked a few minutes to figure out how to schedule things the 1st time. It won't let you edit the wording on an ad.

Allowing us to post ads quickly and schedule posting for the future quickly and professionally.

Tab bars can be more simple, or broken down more

Social Media made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Makes managing the hotel social pages so simple. My page looks clean and professional and the ability to set a schedule in advance to ensure updated content goes out regularly is such a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides the site was bit intimidating when I first logged in but after a quick review of all the available training I was comfortable very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep our social media sites updated and allows me to set a schedule for the entire month within minutes, that can be modified anytime I need to. The pre-designed posts save me so much time and provide our guests with relevant, enganing content.
Very easy to use with accurate data for the betterment of your buisness.

Everything is very intuitive and easy to use.

That every buisness is not using it! It makes managing public relations easy for our property.
