Powerful for Social Management, Room for Onboarding Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the AI review responses and the integration with our CRM to send automated review requests. The AI review responses have streamlined our reputation management process, making it easier for our team to respond to positive and negative reviews. The directives are easy to adjust to adhere to our tone of voice. Additionally, the CRM integration helps us increase our average review rating and review volume by allowing us to send review requests after tours and move-ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search agent onboarding is not fully functional. It claims to scrape the website for details, but freezes or gives an error when you share the website. It has a lot of room for improvement. Also, we had to do a lot of onboarding work ourselves and there were several 1 hour weekly meetings that were a bit repetitive. The onboarding trainings could have been condensed into 1 or 2 sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes it easy to ensure listings are accurate and optimized, reviews are responded to quickly, and social content meets guidelines. The AI review responses and CRM integration help boost review ratings and volumes, streamlining reputation management and easing response to reviews.
Easy Posting Across All Social Platforms with Great Content Choices
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to post content to all social media platforms. I also like the choice of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike thus far.

Wonderful Planning Tools and Easy Account Connections
What do you like best about the product?
The planning aspects and ease of connecting accounts is wonderful. Also, it is nice to be able to plan posts so far in advance

Connecting with my Google Business Page has not been easy

SOCi Makes Client Marketing Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi because it eases my marketing tasks, especially in helping me with clients. The initial setup of SOCi was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at this time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for marketing, and it helps me find the words when working with clients. I like the ease it provides.
Love everything except for ad campaigns.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I am able to respond to Google reviews within soci. It allows me to have quick responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might just be an ace thing, but the ad campaigns are atrocious. I didn’t want the store locations to be part of the ads and customer support did not remove the ad account. The owner of the stores doesn’t want to pay for the ads, and we then get charged about $300 per ad, which is at least twice a month.
Somehow it is set to automatically set the ad live unless we delete it. So when a message popped up saying something about needing to reconnect so that ads would work, I didn’t fill in the information, that way no ads will run.
I love the social calendar and all of the content that is on the platform, but please find a way to allow people to opt out of ads, or just have ads as potential and then someone needs to click on the ad for it to go live.

Ace puts all of their digital assets on soci, so I am able to get content from Ace.
One Platform to Schedule Posts and Review Social Analytics with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to schedule posts and quickly review social analytics. Comparing locations is a plus too!
What do you dislike about the product?
All things considered, there is no downside if you need one platform to manage all social assets and accounts.

SOCi helped refine brand consistency and social sustainability across all accounts and platforms.
Holistic, Granular Review Insights for Companies
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a holistic view of all possible review material for a company, with the ability to get to a very granular level of detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to export more of the raw data for further analysis

It allows us to monitor reputation in real time.
Soci for Social Activities
What do you like best about the product?
It tells all about the social activities going around. Notifying you about the updates, google reviews is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to understand initially about how does it work and how to navigate for different social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never go on my website to check about the google reviews. Anytime some one put a review, I get a notification of that which makes me to check which I like.
Because no one has ever been able to connect my business page to SOCi

I've not been able to connect SOCi to my FB business and use the benefits of SOCi
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not been able to connect to SOCi, even when we had training at the office (3 times) no one could understand why I couldn't connect and therefore gave up.

Never have been able to connect.
