SOCi has became a daily part of the workday
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to preschedule content, as it means we don't have to log in every day to handle it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't always received emails when someone leaves a comment, but this issue seems to be improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have been improving by adding more useful features and addressing email bugs.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics & Reporting - Detailed performance metrics that can be analyzed at both the individual location and aggregate levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data Granularity Constraints - While SOCi provides good high-level metrics, some analysts report limitations in drilling down to more granular data points needed for sophisticated analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fragmented Social Media Management - SOCi centralizes management of multiple social accounts across different locations, eliminating the need to log in and out of numerous accounts or use multiple tools.
Easy to use, saves time!
What do you like best about the product?
I can populate a month of social media posts for multiple social sites, all in one place. The platform is very easy to use and a few clicks to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coul be more report options available, such as requesting reviews from clients.

What used to take hours across multiple social media platforms, now takes minutes.

Soci has been the best tool for managing everything in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Soci is the convenience of having all my social media accounts accessible in one place. The AI feature is incredibly useful as well. I also appreciate how easy it is to manage client reviews, and the ability to oversee multiple locations is a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about Soci. It's a fantastic tool to use.

The team screwed up the dates that I requested our store be closed permanently TWICE. So we lost online sales because of it. Poor attention to detail

What do you like best about the product?
I love the frequency and level of quality of all the daily posts from SOCi. I wish I would have known about this over a year ago! The product integrates so well with my social media accounts and it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to add some back information and hashtags in a template that would be added to every post i.e. my company name #CURAHTravel

Streamlined Review Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate SOCi for consolidating everything in one place, making it much easier to manage reviews promptly. The AI-generated response feature also stands out, even though I've only used it a few times. It's very beneficial for someone like me with significant responsibilities and limited time, ensuring that important tasks like responding to reviews are handled efficiently. I love that SOCi has made my job a lot easier by reducing the time I spend on managing reviews and sending notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reviewing of reviews process a bit limited with SOCi, as it only shows the top 10 reviews on the home page and if I have multiple locations only seeing the top 10 is a bit limiting. With 24 locations, I would love to have a feature where I can see more reviews or have a dropdown menu to select specific locations for a detailed review in the home page itself. There might be a way to do this that I'm not aware of, which could be an educational gap on my part. Moreover, I think the initial dashboard could benefit from allowing users to customize their Home Screen to what Intel benefits them most. It would be extremely helpful if the dashboard could be tailored with widgets or features specific to my needs, such as being able to drop down per location and scroll through historical reviews as mentioned earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can respond to negative reviews faster, with all reviews consolidated in one place, simplifying updates like phone changes. SOCi handles multi-location management efficiently and saves time, crucial for my role with significant responsibilities.
Whole platform was easy to learn and works well for what it’s for!
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me with online postings and adding personalized information for our store. Also, love the AI rewrite feature for when I’m in a hurry to set some things up for the week.

Have not ran into anything I dislike at the moment.

This tool has made it easier to share updates and announcements with our local community, including information about upcoming events and changes at our store. It helps us reach more people in our area and keep everyone informed.
