Exceptional Support and Easy Setup with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for social media creation and posting, review and reputation management, and SEO optimization. It saves me time, gives me inspiration and fresh ideas, and provides convenient reporting. I really like the people at SOCi; each individual I've spoken to cares about the company and my experience. Their willingness to step in and assist with anything, whether that's marketing strategy, technical support, or whatever else comes our way, is something I really appreciate. Additionally, the initial setup of SOCi was very easy, which was a great start to using the platform. I love my SOCi team!

SOCi: Streamlined Posting & Effortless Review Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi helps me plan out my whole week or month of postings. It's great because I can sit down and do it one time, and then I don't have to think about it for the rest of the week or month. This is really helpful since I have a busy schedule. The initial setup of SOCi was easy.

SOCi helps me post across multiple platforms and review audience engagement. It allows me to plan my social media content for the week or month, fitting into my busy schedule.

Efficient Multi-Location Marketing Tool with Proactive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how SOCi allows me to efficiently manage listings for over 100 locations in one place and makes suggestions to improve SEO and search results. I like the proactive suggestions and handling of issues, as it identifies and solves problems without me even knowing. The initial setup was fairly easy because the SOCi team had a good process in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making bulk changes to a specific group of listings. It's possible, but the process could be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is the centralized management. It allows us to easily update and maintain accurate listings for all 44 locations and provides helpful social media engagement reports that make performance tracking straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, there are areas where it’s not clear what action is needed, especially when the terminology is difficult to understand without prior knowledge.

SOCi addresses the complexity of keeping listings accurate and managing social media across many locations. Having everything in one place allows us to efficiently update information for 44 locations, stay organized, and easily track social media engagement, which helps improve our overall marketing performance.
Comprehensive Social Media Management, Needs Social Listening
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Genius and the social media management features in SOCi. The reporting and engagement tools are great, and I really appreciate the ease of the tool, having everything all in one place. Additionally, the team is great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the team could be more organized and timely. I also wish SOCi had social listening capabilities.

I use SOCi for scheduling social media posts, tracking reviews, and keeping listings updated.
Streamlined Social Media Management with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how SOCi allows us to manage social media posts for our apartment complexes without having to log in to each platform individually. It's great to be able to build a library of past and generic posts, so our teams can use them when they're short on time or for specific events like holidays. The ability to schedule posts across all platforms is a big plus, making everything much easier and more streamlined. Setting up SOCi was also very easy, which was a nice surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to add a schedule date to the library posts. I would also like to add videos and photos to a post like we can when we post directly in Instagram.

I use SOCi to manage social media posts for apartment complexes without logging into each platform. It helps build a library of posts for efficient scheduling and easing the posting process across Facebook, Instagram, GBP, and TikTok.

I like that I get the reviews promptly. This helps me to navigate any reviews where the customer is not satisfied.
