Great All-in-One!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a great all-in-one resource for social media management; especially for large teams. You can easily see what is being posted across locations, along with sharing your own content across platforms. Being able to see reviews and reports on engagement is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Soci is that the interface could use an update. It feels a few years behind, but hey, it does the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI solves the issue of managemeing a variety of accounts across multiple locations. Being able to see everything in one place is very helpful and convenient.

Scheduler capabilities allows you to get ahead on your social media strategy.

Mass uploading to a library is not easy and could be improved.

SOCi Reputation Management
What do you like best about the product?
Since I often work with franchisees who can be hesitant to adopt new technology, I’ve found the "Reviews" feature on SOCi to be incredibly helpful. It provides franchisees with a straightforward way to view all their reviews in one convenient location. Rather than logging into each individual platform, they can respond to all their reviews at once. When they’re unsure of what to say, SOCi’s automated AI system offers a helpful starting point for crafting responses. Once franchisees give this feature a try, they’re usually convinced of its value. The SOCi online trainings have also been an effective resource for teaching franchisees how to use the tool. And whenever questions arise, SOCi support is always available to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to feedback from franchisees, organizing social content after it has been added to the content calendar is challenging. Once a post is created, it cannot be easily shared to additional social channels. For instance, if a post is scheduled on Facebook, you have to start the process from scratch to schedule it on Instagram. Additionally, the tagging feature in the social libraries can be unreliable. For example, when posts are tagged as "Figure 8," searching for that tag does not always bring up the relevant posts. Some adjustments to the tagging system could be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our franchisees either lack experience with social media or simply do not have the time or resources to manage their own social content. SOCi offers an effective solution by allowing franchisees to learn and use a single platform, eliminating the need to log into each social account daily. Its role as a "one stop shop" has been a major factor in encouraging franchisees to begin engaging with their social platforms. With features like accessible content scheduling, review management, and tools to monitor the overall health of social pages, SOCi has provided significant benefits to our company.
Streamlined and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience, and user friendly platform SOCi offers. I love that it is integrated with our marketing team, and makes posting to all of our social media platforms so easy! It saves me so much time.

So far, I have found this program easy to use and very user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a busy hospital, and don't have time to run social media pages on top of everything else going on. SOCi allows me to streamline my social media presence, saves a ton of time, and keeps me in the know about what opportunities there are for improvement and engagement with our clients
EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
what is most helpul for me is that is easy to use, having diferents platfofms together makes me using it more often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any trouble yet, if anything I will reach out customer support.

Using SOCi as a marketing tool for 10 apartment communities.
What do you like best about the product?
My all time favorite feature of SOCi is the reviews tool. I can easily view, respond, and track all reviews instantly for all 10 apartment communities. Receiving automatic emails when a new review is written is helpful to respond to all within 24hrs. The AI Generated responses save me tons of time throughout the day without having to create my own response all the time. SOCi also offers excellent customer support at a instant, and it was fairly easy to set up with help along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent taken the time to use all of the tools that SOCi offers, but if I had to choose something I disliked, it is the discovery tool for content. This may be very useful for other businesses, but it isnt something I would use for mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reviews management is the biggest one for me. Also, the listing management is very helpful.
Easy to use and the support from SOCi is what makes the experience
What do you like best about the product?
The support team. Hands down the team is attentive and meets my needs and questions. The platform is great and easy to understand from a social media managers perspective. Since launching SOCi to our 100+ franchise system last year, we have not run into any large issues with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform could allow for mass deletion of accidental posts. We have run into an issue of when a post is mass published to all accounts, we are unable to delete them as easy as facebook. It requeires us to go into each Instagram account and delete manually which can be quite the roadblock. Another thing we would love to have is the ability to post stories on facebook.
Lastly, we love a bit of friendly competition and it would be great to have the dashboard show the top 5 performing accounts (not groups) so all our franchisees can become motivated to outperform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our franchise previoulsy struggled with posting to all 100+ of our franchise locations and thier various social media platforms which made it hard for corporate to execute national camapigns on their behalf. With SOCi, we are able to post to all locations and even group them into special groups to make thier social media more deatiled to what they offer. Another way SOCi has helped our system is having the online video training available to all users. Our marketing team has downloaded several of these videos to have on hand and share with any locations that have common SOCi questions. This saves our team a lot of time and we apprecaiet the ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a Property Manager at a very busy property, sometimes the last thing on my mind is social media. With SoCi, I can always count on routine posts but being able to upload my own for special events, makes it extremely helpful for our property!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do see some posts that are not related to our property or local town. I'd like to see some variety with the local area and seasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with daily/weekly social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform houses the key metrics and publishing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall UX could use some enhacing such as being able to answer direct messages, preview images sent via direct message, "liking" comments.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is super user friendly ! It helps out alot with meeting our social media requirments. Love the new Soci Go app, makes posting super quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes post fail due to a large file size, that would be my only complaint.

Helps reach more prospects. Takes off some of the work load by assiting with posting after hours.
